As a person with locs, it’s imperative to understand that locs have texture and texture has specific techniques in order for a healthy result and growth. The individual Princess doesn’t know how to interloc therefore the option of that kind of service should not be on the website. Interlocking takes not only technique but full understanding of hair types. The individual Princess lacks both technique and understanding

I spent 169$ on starting Locs and it wasn’t done properly. She basically did what she wanted to do than what you ask for.. I text & called her about it and no response even to redo it at least to make a customer happy that chose you for her journey. I am truly upset. You reap what you sow!!( Princess)

Everything was very clean and in order. I was very comfortable and loved Goldie’s friendly demeanor and professionalism. I do trust her skills so far , as this was my first visit and I was getting locs for the first time. Soo far soo good. I have fine, straight hair. She got done fast but took her time and knew what she was doing. She knew exactly what I wanted and needed.

I used Golden Locs and I am very disappointed and saddened with the unprofessional service she provided. My first appointment for a styling, for a photo shoot she was almost an hour late with no heads up or warning. I still used her service and paid her. Second time I booked her she Left early before my appointment time then very sloppy she rescheduled for the next morning at 10am and when I showed up on time for the appointment she was starting someone else’s hair. I waited 30 mins and she still wasn’t ready to do the job I booked. I was still charged the full price and this is unacceptable. I gave her chances to be a professional and she failed on all parts. I am requesting a FULL refund due to no service provided and she texted me and told me I will not get it. Supporting blk businesses is so hard with ignorant people like this individual.

Princess is a great loctician whom is passionate and knowable about what she does. I went in for a consultation and she was the first loctician that was personable and answered all of my questions making me feel like she wanted my business and not just my money. After i got my locs done, she taught me how to take care of them properly and showed me how to style it. (This is the first time i have had hair of this length). Her customer service is amazing and she genuinely cares about her clientele and their hair.

I met her last year when I decided to loc my hair up and she has been awesome. Coming from perm to natural to locs she was a great help. I really love her spirit, personality and she is all about hair care. Awesome work with her hands, I travel from the south from the bottom and will continue.
