Very professional and lovely work. This was my first time and I will definitely return again.

I do appreciate that I did not have an appointment and took me this morning. But I think that experience was one I do not want to repeat. It was too expensive for the quality I got. She was speeding through the whole thing, let the nail polish run, and overall did not pay attention to detail. To me, nails are all about details. And after her service, I feel kind of robbed. If they were truly in such a rush to finish (I was the only one in there), why did she even bother to tell me to go. I was taught to always give tip, but I do feel she did not truly earn it. I don’t like having to write such a negative review but it is how I truly feel after my experience. Go somewhere else where they will give you the quality you are paying for!! (she did not even ask my opinion on anything during the service) CARE MORE ABOUT THE MONEY THAN OVERALL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Ive been coming here for months never had a problem with Tina till recently. I went a few days ago on a Friday it was busy, was told to come back at 730...half hour after close would have wasted my time.. When I pointed this out no apology was offered. I went back earlier today to give another chance. Tina tried to charge me 40 for same service Ive always got that costed normally 30, 35 max Ill just take this as message they dont want me there for whatever reason and I wont be coming back. I suggest if you value your time then go to a nicer place and one that respects repeat clients

Good place, reliable and great work, I suggest going to Tina. Unfortunately they dont do anything advanced just basic work and theres always a bit of a depressive vibe at the shop. But for the consistent and great work Id recommend nonethelessEDIT: downgraded review to 3 stars from 4. Went in earlier today at 5 pm. It was busy so they told me to come back at 2 and a half hours later... That would have been half hour after shop close. Very happy with the service you should call in advance and make an appointment, clean efficient the chairs are very comfortable I made a last minute appointment and they accommodated me. I will be back there again my technician was very professional and my feet look beautiful .

Excellent experience. The nails turned out perfect, and I messed up on color and she fixed it immediately and without complaint. They were short staffed, but made due.

The pedicure was perfect and detailed. I also went for a Brazilian wax, but it was done fairly quickly and when I got home, I saw that the wax was done without much care because there were patches of hair still left.

This is my go too nail place. Girls are really nice, prices are fair, and they do a great job. I had very very short nails so acrylic nails never lasted more than a week till I came here.

Today is 5/13/2020 and like so many of us that go to Salon LaVie, I am waiting patiently for Broward County to go into Phase 1, according to updates this may be on 5/18/2020, and I cant wait for your re-opening and as soon as you do I will be making my appointment! I first went to Salon La Vie back in 2016, and never, ever, had anything less than a wonderful experience and everything looking excellent!!

I originally gave 4 stars because I was happy with Angela, who did my nails for many months. Unfortunately, she was on vacation for many weeks, during which time I specifically made appointments with the manager. But, when I would go in, the manager had other people do my nails, telling me not to worry. When I got home from my last manicure I realized it was once again very sloppy and it barely lasted 2 weeks. I finally found out that Angela is not coming back, so I will not be going back, either. I did not feel like I was treated well, so am happy to spend my money elsewhere!

First time here today I called and spoke with a really nice gentleman. I got to the nail salon and was place in a chair right away my nail lady Tina was very sweet and did an amazing job. I will be going back great service.

This is only my second time here. First time I came I only had a pedicure done by Tina. Never had a pedicure so good. This time I had manicure & pedicure with Tina. She is the best!! The salon is not big which I like and its very clean!! I have been to a few salons here and this one is by far the BEST!!

Love this place. I have never had any issues with the services provided. The staff is always nice and friendly. Even when I walk in during my lunch break, Tina always fits me in.

They assisted me rapidly and well attentive. It was a hot day and Ken offered me nice cold water which is a plus. I’m glad I came here and tried the dip nail service it came out very pretty. I’ve been struggling my whole life to not destroy my nails due to a bit of anxiety that I suffer from daily. Anna is so amazing! Ive gone to her twice for special occasion nails and she has done spectacular work! I like the dip power and she is so precise, gentle, and quick with it! The facility is clean and everyone there is very nice. 10/10 would recommend!

The place that I normally go to was closed, so decided to give these guys a chance. The best move that I have made. I had no appt, but they were able to take me at 6pm. Lee who worked on me, was thorough but yet gentle. She did and awesome job. I will certain be back. This is now my place.

I went here on Wednesday to get a gel fill and pedicure. The staff is very nice Tina did my nails and she did a excellent job. I showed her a shape I wanted for my nails and she did a great job. Also I dont remember the lady name that did my pedicure but she did a great job as well. I will be going back in 2 weeks.

I was looking for a new nail salon, as my loyalty to my regular salon had faded away due to a lack of customer time, and services rendered. I was apprehensive at first to try Salon LA Vie, but I am so very glad I did. I have gone there and waited and Tina the owner was on her day off, saw that I was waiting too long, and came in. Any one that you use whether Tina,Bebe, Anna, Lee, and there is a another technician, you will be I good hands .

I love this place! The employees take their time with us and are excellent at their jobs. Anna is fabulous, her massages are so relaxing. This is truly the best nail salon around.

They use to be a good place to go, but its like they just do your nails to get your money and really stop taking pride in their workmanship. 😢😭

I have lived in Tamarac for several years and have driven by Salon La Vie without ever going in. Today I did and I am so glad that I did. The salon is clean and neat as well as well organized. Anna greated me promptly and after explaining my needs to her she proceeded to give me one of the best dip manicures I have ever had. Honestly, this is my first experience with dip powder and I am impressed and very happy. Anna and the staff are friendly and take pride in their work. I will be returning and bringing my daughter! Thank you Anna for the wonderful experience today!!!

Picked this salon bc of Google reviews. Bebe gave me a great pedicure! The hot towel was a great touch and they have different packages for pedicures. Will definitely come back and try one of their pedi packages.

This nail salon is better than any in NY! Moved here 5 months ago, this was the 2nd salon I tried and will never leave.Tina (owner and yes we have same name) is meticulous, takes her time and so sweet. Bill gives the best pedicures, they even have a menu for special leg treatments. The ice dancer pedi is amazing for tired/fatigued legs. And Ken is hilarious. They greet you with their family vibe, not a snotty salon.They even have a loyalty program!Love love it here :)

I don’t even think I have ever actually been this disappointed in a pedicure. Apparently their basic pedicure starts at $30. I was sold on the $40 pedicure because the extra “10” minute massage sounded wonderful after working on my feet all day . What I got was a basic extremely overpriced pedicure using advertised supposed better products . I addressed who I thought was the manager who originally had me sold on that more expensive pedicure and he could literally care less of my experience . He just wanted his money . Didn’t offer a solution , or say anything to even make me feel better about the $40 I was about to waste . Their hygiene wasn’t even spectacular . Although they use the liners , they don’t use gloves , the touch bottles with products from someone’s bare feet and go back to your feet ! The Pumice looked old . Don’t waste your time ! Im so upset that I had to spend that much for a mediocre if not less then mediocre service . I won’t be coming back and I’ll make sure to let everyone I know as well . Im a licensed massage therapist and this literally blew my mind on how they handled customer service ! I have NEVER let a client ever feel that were not valued !

It was my first time coming to this place and I’ve never been so displeased with a service and a nail as such. Anna presented no customer service skill whatsoever & on top of that was rushing through my nails and nails ended looking disproportioned and slanted to one side. It literally didn’t even look like I got them done at a nail salon. The only reason why I’m changing my rating from a 1 to a 4 was because came back the next day and Tina was so kind and patient and took her time to fix my nails. She was delicate and gentle and literally took her time looking at every detail and was more at peace and pleased with my nails. On a side note Anna continued to be rude and no customer service. We walked in at the same time and didn’t even have the decency to say good morning or direct a word to me; completely avoided me. If it was for Anna I would never come back to this place, but since there’s one thay showed great customer service (Tina) I would consider in the future.

ONLY COME HERE IF YOU LIKE THEM WORKING ON YOU AND 5 OTHER PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME. They don’t go from start to finish with you. There will be a whole bunch of people in between your start and finish.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITYI have gone to this place a few times and each time it gets worse and worse. The staff is nice and the owners husband who helps out on the weekends is very nice, but the owner, Tina is beyond rude. I went to them a few weeks ago and had the gel done for the 1st time. I specifically asked if it was going to last, as I was going out of the country for vacation. Of course they said it would. Low and behold 4 days into the trip one nail came off. I came back and they did fix them but she had a serious attitude about doing it, even though I took a picture of it broken so that she could see the date. But they fixed it so whatever right? I went back today to try the dip as I have never done that before and I didn’t feel like the gel held up like I thought it would and they left the foil on my hands for over 20 minutes as they went from customer to customer. The girl sitting next to me had waited over an hour for them to even begin fixing one nail that they just did last week. The owner sat down to work on her, didn’t even say hi and just grabbed her hand, put a tip on her and walks away to work on someone with a pedicure, came back did a little filing and walked away to go finish up someone’s nails. This place is ridiculous. They work on about 5 people at the same time- jumping all around. Do a little and go to the next customer, come back and do a little, then go work on someone else. When asking for the owners opinion as I had never done gel before, she told me at least 5x’s these are your nails not mine, I’m not going to make the decision and you complain. “Hurry up and make a decision because people are waiting.” Mind you at this point I have been there for an hour too. Since she was rushing she made a mistake with the paint and when I pointed it out to her, she said she would put a second coat on and told me to put my hand in the light. Of course as soon as she put my hand in the light she moved over to the next desk and started going that persons nails. When she moved back over to me, she goes AGHHHHH you didn’t put your hand in the light and now I have to start over. Of course my hand was in the light and had she paid attention and stayed with one client she would have seen that. At this point I was so tired of her attitude I pulled my chair back and said you know what, I don’t want you working on me. Her response was that I could leave. NO PROBLEM! I was more than happy to get out of there- I didn’t care that I was half way done. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service! And quality for that matter. As I was watching her jump from person to person another person walked in with a broken nail that they had just done. So 3 people? There must be an issue. No one should feel aggravated getting their nails done. It’s so ridiculous. There are many places to choose from and I refuse pay someone to do something for me with an attitude.

I went here for the first time last Friday to treat myself to a birthday mani/pedi. I was pretty impressed. Their prices are cheaper than most nail salons. I was skeptical getting a gel manicure because Ive had some horrible gel manicures in the past, but Anna did an amazing job! She shaped my nails exactly how I like them. She was fast and efficient. There was also a man working there that I assume is the owner. He was very engaged with the customers and even gave a me complimentary bottle of water. I dont get my nails done as often as I used to anymore, but I will definitely be back!

Was not happy at all. I have been a customer since a long time and this time the price randomly changed for something I have been getting for the longest.Also then Tina got very unfriendly to another customer and I could tell the job she did on my nails was very disappointing. There was color missing and also it was not clean lines and edges...Yes she tried to fix it in a very unfriendly way and with a very mean look towards me.I just think that customer service is not number one priority there, how they state it here.Honestly I am not sure if I will go back there..

Came in yesterday afternoon for a pedi and lip wax, I knew before coming in for my appointment that they were short staffed and I’ve worked at a nail salon so I deff understand when that happens. I was in no rush to get my pedi done so I didn’t mind waiting. The gentleman who made my appointment was very friendly and made tons of jokes! He offered me water and set up my pedi chair for me. I didn’t catch his name but I believe that was Ken (the owner). Something that bothered me was that he grabbed a random nail clipper to cut my nails. I was sitting in the chair for 30+ minutes so the water got cold. I was then taken care of by Lee. She worked pretty fast and I guess since she was in a rush, I didn’t get a long massage for my legs. She worked very thoroughly with my nails since I’m prone to ingrown nails which I appreciate. She did great with applying the polish and doing my lip wax. I left happy with my nails and wax.

Had a wonderful pedicure ny Angela and got my first powder gel mani (dont remember them young mans name 🤦🏾‍♀️). Loved the service. Only regret is I that should have gone sooner.

I liked the way he did my acrylics but i just got them done 12/30/17 and they ALL came off and they were pretty but when it was time for them to dry he wouldnt tell me that im good to go and he just told me to sit and expect me to turn the nail dryer on with my wet nails

This is the 3rd place ive been to since i cant find the right salon. La vie welcomed me politely, gave me a bottled water, made conversation with me and have a nice loyalty porgram. I tried nexgen with them for the first time and will see how it goes in 3 weeks. Im hoping i come back to this salon when its time for a touch up. Love it so far!
