Office staff is great, and the therapists are 1 on 1 and attentive. Surprised to see so many negative reviews.

Specialty physical therapists (neurological, hand, etc) were great. Support staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities are very good. The fact that there is no method of using the facilities except when in a therapy session is frustrating. They should offer day passes or short term membership while being treated so you can do your exercises on your own. Scheduling staff was a bit unacommodating but very busy so that may be the reason.

I cannot understand the negative reviews for this facility. The front office staff are professional and courteous. I have dealt exclusively with Michelle who went out of her way for me. My physical therapist is professional to a T and is fun to work with despite my being in pain many times. This is a friendly office, and the atmosphere is relaxed and safe. I would recommend Outpatient Rehab at Tully to everyone I know as Ive had a remarkable experience and am looking forward to overcoming my issue with their help!

The only reason I’m giving more than one star is because I liked my physical therapist. The office staff is impatient, unfriendly, rude. The person in charge of scheduling is just nasty. They are certainly very busy, but given the environment, I have no idea why.

Phone staff is unfortunately rude and unprofessional but aqua therapists are very good, professional, knowledgeable, caring and considerate. I only met with one land therapist who was ok. I got pushed at my eval for aqua therapy, prescribed by my Doctor and I experienced pain for days after the eval. I got the feeling the evaluator didnt quite believe me that I have chronic pain, I think. The scheduler was hostile and put out an odd vibe.

If you want a neglectful staff with an inappropriate attitude problem, look no further. They do not pick up their phones, and when they do you start wishing you’d never called them.
