I called to make an appointment as a new client and was treated horribly because I do not have insurance. Needless to say I will only be using them for free Covid testing because they are only good for that. If you do not have compassion and empathy GET OUT OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION!!

Such a beautiful clinic, providers are very helpful, but the staff over the phone are terrible. I called to schedule a NP appointment with diabetes urgent symptoms, Jessica completely disregarded my concerns and wanted to get my demographics despite me asking if she can please tell me when was the soonest appointment as I may just have to go to the ER and not establish for now. Not to mention that she is very rude. Would hate to have her representing my organization. May was helpful, but gave me an appointment date and time, two hours later I received a text message with a different date and time after I had requested my time off. I spoke with Sophie in hopes that she can help get the original date that I thought was being offered, not only was she dismissive, she didnt not listen nor she cared to understand or cared to fix her colleagues error. She made it worse by saying that my original appointment was only scheduled for an in person conversation with the doctor and that my symptoms will not be treated . She offered a tele visit for one day, and to see the doctor that I was scheduled with the following day. I dont think she understood when I told her that I also work in the medical field and that I am unable to take two consecutive days off in that event. I am so disappointed as I was looking forward to being a patient.

Great location, many medical and behavioral health services available. Medicaid and many other private insurance accepted, including eligibility assistance.

The guys at the testing site were very professional and had things moving relatively well. I didn’t have many people ahead of me but they were well organized. However I still didn’t get my results 5 days after, so I can go back to work. Had to go test elsewhere for that same reason. I called the center to get my results, no way to connect with a human being. Many extensions but none was helpful to reach out someone for results. The portal was not showing anything, just saying.

Went here for Covid testing. I waited over 4 hours in line. I’m still waiting in line. Legend has it, I’m still there.Got here maybe 10 min after opening and it’s just been a mess since. I am sure that the never ending lines of cars and people is overwhelming for the workers, but I’ve seen 1 person come out and swab someone in their car. This is beyond frustrating.

On their door, they direct you to 100 Bridge st. Good luck finding that place. The location exists on map but there is no CHC around there

Awful service. Completely disorganized. Told me my appointment was at 1 and was not seen till 2pm. Then they put me with a nurse who made horrible faces as she took my signs. Her face was that of a person who didnt know what she was doing and was obviously buying time for Dr. Justin Leas who was extremely late. Then she said he was running behind and would be 20 minutes until he saw us. By then it was already 2:30. Then she said it wasnt her fault that he is taking so long because our appointment was overlapped with somebody elses. When the time was given to us, they told us he was completely free! but then they tell us they overlapped us with another patient? When we finally got to Dr. Justin Leas, he had no idea what I was there for. Such a waste of time. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

My daughter took a Covid test on Dec 2, results should show up between 2 to 5 days. After those days with results, not a phone call, nothing; she went there to ask for it and a nurse told her some of those tests got lost when they moved to Cove Road. She decided to take a 2nd test on Dec 7th and they told her the same, results will be ready from 2 to 5 days. We are still waiting for the results or at least a courtesy call announcing the delay. But at the same time I m wondering if they had charged the insurance twice for nothing??? Don’t you consider this a theft? On the other hand patients are getting extra stress for being at home with no answer and in our case, she had to go out two times from home looking for answers at the Medical Office, putting in risk of infection some other people.I really need and answer from Management at this facility, it is unprofessional the way the have being facing situations.

This facility is great! But the off site Covid testing at Scalzi is horrible , the man who controls traffic needs a lesson on how to speak to a people in the community after all these are direr times and treat the community with respect. Mr Villanova is the rudest supposedly professional I ever encountered in a medical setting he can learn alot on sensitivity training and working better with the community. He is very obnoxious seemed very angry of his position. If these two persons continue to be employed there guarantee you will subject to move complaints. Francizta is the best!ThanksMedical Professional

I was excited as to how easy it was to get a drive-thru Covid test. They said the results would be back in 2 days. The test was for my school age child so he could not return to school without the results.Welp, its been 5 days and we STILL dont have the results back. Good luck navigating their phone tree and trying to get someone on the phone. When I finally did get through, a very nice woman told me she was surprised the results were not back and I should call Quest directly. After looking online for 15 minutes, I FINALLY found a phone number for Quest. A wonderful woman spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with me and could not find him in the system at all!I called CHC back, another 10 minutes trying to get someone on the phone who told me they dont use Quest!!!! She suggested we come in again for the test as it shouldnt take this long and it must be lost.

The Community Health Center (CHC) in Stamford is a top notch. The facility is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. I was lucky enough to attend their Harvest Festival in Stamford and it was super fun. They had a Magician, a face painter, and a dance party for the kids. I will definitely go back soon.

The CHC is by far the worst health provider in town. Avoid at all cost.
