I am extremely happy with my experiences with Dr. Murphy… and really, the entire Team! My appointments were timely/prompt, and treatment has been completely comprehensive. I’ve never felt rushed (as with other doctor offices at times) , and genuinely feel/know the entire staff cares about their patients.I had a very complex situation with insurance, coupled with a difficult specialty pharmacy experience. Chris from Dr. Murphy’s office was able to to help me throughout the process to get the results I needed. He and other team members communicated with me regularly and clearly, and I am very grateful for their help!Highly recommend Dr. Murphy’s office to others looking for quality medical care and compassionate service. Murphy medical Associates told me that my CoViD result is positive. I went to another lab test came out negative both were PCR within two hour difference. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME IF COVID-19 COULD GO OUT OF YOUR BODY AFTER TWO HOURS OR TESTING POSITIVE. NO SYMPTOMS AT ALL.SHOULD WE RELY ON LABS?

8 days and counting... to get the result from a Corona virus drive-by test in Darien. Still waiting... phone calls to Murphy Medical Associated go unanswered.In contrast, I traveled to a European country for emergency family visit last month and I was tested at the airport, upon arrival. 45 euro fee. It took less than 24 hours to receive results (next morning when I woke up).There is no way our country will succeed in tackling this pandemic with 8+ days between testing and results.Only reason I would consider rating two stars instead of one is that staff administering the test was at least courteous and friendly.

I love the staff here!! I see Dr. Sheets in the Stamford office and their staff is always so lovely to speak with. Genuinely nice and down to earth. I’ve always gotten someone on the phone and making an appt has been incredibly seamless. They are the best!!

I happen to notice a claim submitted by Murphy Medical Associates for almost 2k in regards to a COVID test I never received. Repeat - I NEVER had a test done with them. Complete criminals. Dr. Murphy should be in jail.

Horrible since COVID .. they don’t answer the phones there’s no walk ins and when u leave a message no one calls you back .. I ran out of meds a week ago, have been calling for a refill for two weeks .. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you are on medication that u rely on

Terrible experience! My father fell while undergoing check- up at their Greenwich clinic and broke his ribs and eyeball socket. I should have learned from it and should have never tried them! Very bad and unprofessional way to get your medical history verbally and not putting anything in writing or entering in the computer! Too lazy to get your present physical weight and so on and on and on.... Their automated schedule confirmation calls you ten times and reconfirm as much as they call and to my utmost disappointment I was told on the day of the check up that the doctor is running late and asked if I want to reschedule! Are you kidding me? I was told that the x-ray has not come in yet and of course I know they lied because I called the lab and confirmed they have sent it already the same day I had it! I took my blood test results and stormed out! To make matters worst, they charge an exorbitant amount for all the blood tests that I apparently needed! To be laughed at by a nice doctor I saw afterwards —- and surprisingly told me — I don’t need all of these ! Of course, they did! So they can bill it to the insurance and scam them! What a joke!PS. My father does not have a monthly blood test and they’re charging and scamming his insurance too!!!

You will be surprised when you received your bill. They are not honest. I will give a negative score if thats an option.
