I have chosen to give one star in respect to the fact that Dr. Waldstreicher has an amazing reputation and is apparently great at what he does. My issue with him was not ability, but bedside manner. I have yet to meet a Doctor who had such a horrible bedside manners and couldn’t see that the patient was crying for help. He responded with sarcasm and was very patronizing.Although I would recommend him as a Gastro, I would not recommend him as a human being who you are relying on for your safety and comfort.There are definitely many other Gastro’s out there who know how to treat their patients properly. I am very disappointed and will never use him again.

I have had Dr.Waldstreicher for my gastroenterologist for over 40 years.He is wonderful and caring Dr. along with his office staff and PA. He is always on time and returns calls promptly. I definitely refer him to my family and friends.

Dr. Waldstreicher is one of the best doctors I have seen. He does a lot of research and thinks deeply about options and long term plans. He is direct, honest, and extremely helpful and has supported me for over a decade during some very difficult times.When you call a doctor at 11 pm who is 150 miles away asking his advice if you should go to the ER, consider yourself lucky if they non-jokingly say they will come up to help you if no other doctors are in your area that they trust. Dr. Waldstreicher did that for me and even better, he then found people he trusted and put me in contact with them the same night.Excellent practice. I cant recommend him enough.

Dr Waldstreicher is an excellent doctor who cares incredibly well for his patients. He compassionately guided me through a very difficult time with a cancer diagnosis. I would recommend him to anybody.

A gifted, caring, thorough, and honest doctor. Highly recommend him.
