Great doctor! I would highly recommend him to anyone. He’s very informative and takes his time to explain and answer questions.

Dr. Santarosa seems personable and understanding but whoever was responsible for sending my prescription to the pharmacy did not do their job. I had an appointment Friday morning I seen the doctor and they told me they were going to send the script over to the pharmacy. Friday night after I got off work I went to the pharmacy and there was no prescription. I had to wait over the weekend because I could not reach them while dealing with the symptoms of my situation. Monday morning I called and stated that the pharmacy did not receive the prescription. They told me they were going to send it right over. Monday night after work, same thing, no prescription. I had to physically leave my job and show up at the office for them to send the prescription. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. While I was supposed to start taking my medication Friday night I wasnt able to until finally Tuesday night when I actually received my prescription. Took insurance money and did half the job. Horrid.

Dr. Santarosa is great, but his admin staff is a disaster. They cant get faxes out, dont return calls, and gum up instructions. Its a shame he doesnt have competent support.

Terrible communication makes patients wait for results they sent wrong forms to primary doctor don’t return calls do not recommend this doctor!!!

I have had two appointments to date and have found the office staff to be more than patient friendly and welcoming. Most importantly Dr. Santarosa was prompt; the one time he was slightly delayed the office explained his reason and apologized for any inconvenience. He carefully explained my urological situation and detailed his recommendations.

Excellent care and expertise. Regularly recommended him to friends. Would recommend him for family. Have seen him since 1997. Great staff, too.

This doctor double books so that you have to wait around in an overcrowded waiting room. When you finally get to see him, he constantly types on his laptop while you ask him questions.

I have been waiting two weeks and 3 phone calls for my test results...always with another patient...
