Took my son here after he fell and broke a tooth. Everyone was extremely kind, efficient, and thorough with their explanations. Procedure was quick and as painless as possible. I trusted them in a very scary situation and they answered all my questions, handled my toddler with care, and reassured me. They were great.

So nice this place doesn’t even feel like your going to the dentist ! I love it . Everyone’s very kind and they go over the top to be sure your comfortable and feel at home . waiting room and rooms are cozy . No one freaked out about masks . I had a root canal and it was 10/10 no big deal . Numbed perfectly . My tooth looks brand new ! ✨

I have been going to Parkcrest Dental for many years and have always been happy with the service I receive. However at my last appointment I was very disappointed, not with my service but by the Group as a whole. I entered the building to find two receptionist with masks on and three others standing behind the desk without masks. There was no sign on the door requiring people be masked, so I sat in the lobby with 15 other people who most were not masked. Come on Parkcrest Dental you can surely do better than this!

Exam, x-ray, and tooth extraction for $265 total. I felt that was a fair price, and the procedure went very smooth. The staff was very courteous.

We switched dentists because we needed one closer to home. My husband and I were very impressed with the whole Parkcrest Hygienists. I went to Cindy. She was so knowledgeable and caring. My teeth are not too good. Most of my teeth have had cavities and I needed advice to keep them from getting worse. Cindy was the “Go To Person” for this. She gave me ideas to use a Floss Machine instead of manual flossing. My teeth and gums would benefit from a sonar electric toothbrush. All these ideas have helped me to feel better about my teeth and my teeth feel so much cleaner!!Cindy was very kind and patient while I asked questions. I do appreciate her taking the time to help me with my problem teeth.All the upfront staff were kind and welcoming to us. Beautiful building with kind caring employees made our first trip successful.

When was the last time you loved your dental clinic? We love this place. The hygienists are talented and take their time. It never feels rushed or like you are just a number. The dentists are kind and take all the time you need to ask questions or address concerns. I never feel like they want to do work that doesnt need to be done. They have a very conservative approach toward treatment, which I appreciate.

I called today for a dental emergency, and they were able to fit me in even though Im a new patient. Once I got there I found out there was a mix up and I ended up not being scheduled until tomorrow. I was in so much pain that they found a way to squeeze me in anyway. Everyone was very helpful, extremely friendly, and very accommodating. They just earned themselves a new long term client. They went through all of my options with me and let me decide what would work best for me. I cannot reccomend them enough, and am so glad I called them today! I saw Dr. Keaster and Jen. We had such an amazing experience at ParkCrest Dental. It all started on Tuesday night when Mom broke a crown. We called ParkCrest and they were able to fit her in the very next day at 1300. After the diagnosis — exactly on time — they made time for a repair and replacement the very next day! So within a short 48 hours, Mom’s dental provider assessed and solved Mom’s problem. I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient the team worked, and am so grateful. In addition to the beautiful and calming office environment, the staff are truly caring and professional; prices are competitive and on point; and Mom got a senior citizens discount. This dental service is awesome. The staff of 12 Hygienists have long seniority and are very knowledgeable. The front desk is friendly and professional. Dr Ropka, worked on my issue the same day as my cleaning thus eliminating a second appointment, delay and trip back to Springfield.The new facility and expansion to house the practice is very clean and impressive.

My husband, 4 yo son, and I saw 3 different hygienists and 2 different dentists for routine care and we all received the best cleanings weve ever had.My husband required additional work for cavities and was really happy with the results.Ive been having issues with my jaw and have started the process for getting braces.Parkcrest is out of network for our health insurance, BCBS, however, they still submit to our insurance so there really isnt much change in what we need to do compared to an in network provider.Doctors, receptionist, & hygienists all the best staff and doctors weve ever worked with!

So two things here.First, seems to me that they like to schedule dental work that isnt necessary. Leads to them fleecing your insurance for plenty of money. Explains the big nice building. May not be true, but that was my perception based on comparing them to competitors.Second, do not use their guest wifi. I noticed it injects their own certificate to read your traffic. Common in man-in-the-middle attacks. Its their wifi, they can do what they want (not sure if that is legal). As soon as I saw this happening, I turned my wifi off. Maybe someone had to debug their network and left that in.Other than those two issues, everyone there is really friendly and professional.

So far the staff has been great and we havent even been to the first appointment.

I went to Parkcrest Dental four years ago for dental implants and dentures. My teeth had deteriorated from type 2 diabetes needing extraction some time in the future. Dr. Hall and staff help educate me on the implants and alternatives, the procedure and healing times for each step of the process and created a full treatment plan with costs. Dr. Hall, Leslie and Brenda, along with the recommended oral surgeon were all great. The procedure went as planned with very good results. I recommend implants over dentures if you can afford the additional cost because of the significant quality of life provided with the more secure denture. I have done six month visits for oral health and denture cleaning and maintenance with the same great service.

Dr. Dills is the best! Chipped a tooth, needed (emergency dental work and fillings) he got me in and repaired in less than 45 mins. Dr. Harrison did a great job on my daughters braces and she has great smile thanks to Parkcrest Dental Group.

It is tough to get me to go numb. Dr. Ropka did everything she could and she was fantastic. I have been to two other places in Springfield, but I really prefer Parkcrest.First, the place is very clinic-like which I find very reassuring. You can really tell how clean they keep things and if the building is that clean it makes me feel good about how clean their instruments are.Second, the people. I have seen Dr. Ropka and Dr. Dills here and they have both been great. Their staff has been wonderful as well. They took their time with me, put me at ease, and made it feel much less like a dentist visit than I thought possible.Lastly, the price. Yes, Parkcrest is more expensive than some of the other places in town. That can be a little daunting when you have to pay, but there is the old adage; you get what you pay for. Is it a little on the high side? Absolutely. Do you get high quality work? You do! Its worth the trade off for high quality care.10/10 would 100% go to them again and again.

When I had no choice but to go to another Dental office because Parkcrest couldnt help me, they are not truthful about releasing my records.I signed paperwork and now they say they dont know where they sent them but, in the next breath tell me its taken care of! I lost a filling and was able to get in right way and they took care of it quickly. The staff and Dr Fannin are always very very friendly and professional.

I went to Parkcrest for my dental needs as a child/teen and was always treated much better here and received better dental care than at any other dental office. I have had some dissatisfying experiences with my own daughters dental care in other offices (due to her insurance not being accepted by Parkcrest) and finally decided to bring her here anyway out of pocket. I was NOT disappointed!! It was just as great as it was years ago, if not better and the office is extremely clean. The upgrades are fantastic My daughter was also pleased as well. Dr. Harrison spent extra time with us explaining things thoroughly and making sure all of our questions were answered before we left. His assistant was personable with my child and made us both feel comfortable the whole way through.

Horrible experiences (multiple times). The dentist lied to me and said I would HAVE to get veneers to whiten my teeth (Im early 20s). I got a second opinion and used a hydrogen peroxide toothpaste and my stains disappeared completely in less than a year, and I DID NOT need veneers! To get veneers, they SHAVE OFF YOUR HEALTHY TEETH. WHO RECOMMENDS THAT TO A 22 YEAR OLD?! They also messed up a simple small filling TWICE and were very rude to me when I came back to have it fixed. The staff were straight up mean and gave me dirty looks when I came in for my appointment and told them what it was for. They acted like I was wasting THEIR time instead of ME that had to take off work TWICE. The second time the dentist still didnt fix the filling properly, and I finally went to a different dentist and they told me how badly PARKCREST messed up. Innovative Dental replaced my filling for free and reexamined me finding multiple things that Parkcrest missed. They also charged me $400 LESS than Parkcrest for the same work I originally needed. I will NEVER go back to this RIP-OFF of a dental office thats just trying to squeeze money out of people by ruining their teeth. Innovative is a significantly better dental office with pleasant staff.UPDATE*****. APPARENTLY THE FREAKING TOOTH THEY FILLED DIED.... IT GOT INFECTED.... LITERALLY THE ONLY TOOTH PARKCREST FILLED AND NOW MY TOOTH IS DEAD.

Ive never had anything less than a great experience when seeing Dr. Fannin at Parkcrest; he and his staff are truly superb. Always kind, and gentle when working in the mouth - about as painless as a visit to the dentist can possibly be! His prices are very fair, and they operate efficiently - theyll have you in and out in a timely manner. Very, very pleased.

My experience at parkcrest today was great !! It was my first time their with my 3 kids I was nervous cause this was their 1st time ! They all did great !! Very informative!! But my only complaint is that when I was trying to help tell my 4 yr old to close her mouth dr Scott basically shushed me and said let me handle it mom !! instead of saying it’s ok mom I got tricks ! “ Reassure me! “ instead of shushing me !! Other than that I love the staff / facility!!

Two of my friends and I got our braces done from Dr. Harrison and he was rude during every single appointment. When I went in after breaking a bracket from eating A PIZZA he told me that I was lying and he has to do an extra work now because I didnt listen to him. Apparently he said the same thing to my friend as well. My top and bottom teeth werent even aligned in the middle when I got them off and I still had an overbite. I went back to let him know that I was not satisfied with the result and he told me that he wasnt gonna do anything else for me. So I ended up getting an Invisalign from a different orthodontist to get them fixed. The new orthodontist looked at my teeth and surely was surprised to hear that Dr. Harrison refused to correct them because obviously they were not in a good shape. If I had known, I would not have gone to Dr. Harrison because I wasted my time and my parents money when I couldve gotten them straightened and aligned from other orthodontists.

The staff is great, do great work, and Im usually in the chair at or very near appointment time. Theyve been helpful on follow-up questions or working me in if needing something looked at quickly without charging for everything they can. Definitely recommend.

I have a massive phobia of dental work and these guys did everything to comfort me short of holding my hand (and if Id asked, they probably would have done that too!). Dental work is something no one ever looks forward to. I was very apprehensive and nervous about my visit. But, I was so very pleased with this facility. I had to have 5 extractions done, and I was very comfortable with the staff, they really do care about their patients. I will definitely refer people to Parkcrest. They go out of their way to make sure that you understand exactly what will be happening, and to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. As a business owner myself, I understand how important reviews and referrals are, and as for the lady April in a previous review, she is totally wrong, and the fact that she isnt even a customer of theirs, it says a lot about her character. This is a top notch facility with a caring staff. I will definitely be back.

Im a college student and chose Parkcrest after asking some other students for recommendations, and so far Ive had a great experience! They listened to my concerns and gave me a statement for all the options I had to choose from to solve my problem and was not rushed into making a decision on the spot, which is great when you are self pay and need to call your mom before you make any decisions!! Once again, I received excellent care for a routine exam and cleaning. The staff is always polite and courteous and I adore my hygienist, Marissa! Shes an excellent listener and communicator and just genuinely a warm individual. Dr. Flannery never fails to impress either. Thanks to all of you at PDG!! :D
