Dr. Ruggless is a great dentist. In addition to his excellent dentistry, he is always very kind and caring. He is always prompt, and I have never encountered a long wait. His staff is also excellent. I have been a patient of Ritas for more than 20 years, and she is the best hygienist I have ever encountered. Two thumbs up for Ruggless Dental!

Dr. Ruggless and his team at Ruggless Dental were highly recommended to me by close friends and co-workers. After my first experience there, I can see why! The dental hygienist took the time to explain every step of the cleaning process. She showed me before and after pictures and gave me simple tips to try at home to keep my teeth healthy. Since I am also a first time mom, she discussed proper dental care for babies and toddlers. Dr. Ruggless and his staff were kind, friendly, and willing to answer any questions I had. You can tell that this is a team of highly-qualified staff who love their job! So glad we joined the Ruggless Dental Family!

I was very pleased with my first visit to Ruggless Dental. Every single one of the staff members was friendly and had a smile on their face. The hygienist was gentle and I had no problems whatsoever with my cleaning. Mr. Ruggless was just as friendly and easy to talk to. He was also interested in getting to know me. I was very impressed by this because at the very first visit he was already working on establishing a patient-to-dentist relationship. I am definitely going back and highly recommend Rugless Dental!

This is a wonderful dental office! From the time you walk in the door, the front office staff greets you with a smile and is so helpful with any questions about insurance or scheduling appointments. The dental hygienists provided outstanding cleanings and excellent suggestions for oral hygiene. I was nervous about needing a filling, but Dr. Ruggless and his assistant took the time to explain the procedure and put me at ease. He is very gentle and seems to truly care about his patients. Thank you for a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back again!

1) My appointments are on schedule (dont wait 30 minutes after my allocated time) which is fabulous. 2) The music playing on office sound system is incredible and uplifting. 3) Really like Dr. R and his staff. They do good work.

Our 3 year old felt very comfortable and is actually looking forward to her next visit at Ruggless Dental. The staff was very friendly and professional and Dr. Ruggless was great with our daughter. We cant imagine a different dentist for her.

I have known Dr. Ruggless since I first went to Auburn Dental in the winter of 2013. He moved to this office some time ago, and I was still going to the auburn dental group in Auburn. Recently, I had an exposed nerve that the dentists at Auburn Dental was supposed to fix. Well they permanently closed which left me stranded. I found Dr. Ruggless through a Facebook feed, and called him and he helped me out tremendously. I thought to myself enough was enough with the pain I have been thru, and his receptionist, Suzy talked to the doctor about getting me in to pull a tooth, and they got me in ASAP. This right here is a great dentist group. I appreciate Dr. Ruggless and his staff very much. They saved my life from teeth pain. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very educated about dentistry.
