Wow, I cannot say enough about this group. I have no bias only my experience as a patient. They run this place from top to bottom with warmth, care and compassion. I’ve been seeing Dr. Heron for about a year now and i have never experienced a doctor that i’m so incredibly comfortable with. I struggle really badly with anxiety, depression, and intrusive thoughts and also i have ovary issues and she has been nothing but a breath of fresh air. She is determined to find a medication that works for me with no problems and for that i can’t be more thankful. Thank you, Advanced Primary care for always having your patients best interest at heart. I will never go anywhere else ❤️

The staff is caring and I feel incredibly comfortable recommending them to friends and strangers alike. They even have a pediatrician, so my child gets this same incredible quality of care. What wonderful people. I’m very fond of PA Heron Martin and Nurse Charlie is a sweetheart. Ana makes scheduling super easy, and the newer members of staff I’ve met are looking to be just as high quality and care focused.

Clean & comfortable waiting room, bathroom, exam room, etc. Very helpful and kind staff. Doctor McCall is a saint- a wonderful doctor and person. He is so down to earth, honest, practical and professional. I truly can’t say enough good things about him. He was my OB with my son and saved his life during delivery. He’s now my OB again with my second pregnancy…there’s no other doctor I trust more with my body and my children.

Five Stars is not enough.This place is different. It is a group of wonderful caring people that make you a priority.For so long we are trained to go to the doctor and be seen by a different doctor every time. There was no connection and no personal touch. But not at Advanced Primary Care. Dr. McCall and his team will change the way you see health care providers. You will always be heard and never treated like a just a patient number.

Awesome staff!!! Dr. McCall is hands down the best Dr there is. We struggle to find a diagnosis, but He, Nurse Sarah, and team have worked non stop and continue to push for a diagnosis.. No better team than these peeps.

Dr. Bowen has been someone who I have been able to count on. He was able to help me better my lifestyle without having to go in all the time. He has been very flexible with my work schedule. The clinic is very centrally located for me to find. The atmosphere in the clinic is very upbeat and welcoming. All the providers and staff are super nice and very helpful. I know when I call and leave a message, someone always gets back to me. I have been passing along all the great things they have done for me and my family to my friends. Would highly recommend!

Coty was my nurse and she was excellent, didnt even feel my steroid shot.Dr. Bowen was compassionate and thorough, Im a new patient and had a great experience here, and would recommend it 100%.

I had the best prenatal care I could have possibly dreamed up at APC! Not only is Dr. McCall the kindest, most down to earth, and helpful doctor to see but the nurses and staff at Advanced Primary Care are all just as quick to make you feel comfortable and heard. From front of house to back you are greeted with people that you can tell really enjoy what they do, which is help and care for people. I just had my babies, but I am excited to use Dr. McCall and APC as a whole for the care of my family!

Beyond the moon happy with this team! I had been dealing with a doctor for a couple of years that was basically ignoring me, this team came highly recommended to me by my daughter who is a PA in Springdale. It was the best decision I’ve ever made! They are super thorough and caring...they listened, really listened! Long story short, they sent me to an Oncologist, I am very grateful they acted so quickly! The staff have stayed in touch, checking in on me, feels like family! I live in Missouri, well worth the drive!

Me and my daughter go here and see Dr.Laura Bailey she is amazing she listens to my concerns and addresses them. She’s flexible and willing to go above and beyond for her patients. I always feel welcome when We go for a check up. It truly feels like a family!

I really like my old PCP before I got transferred to the area and I hit the jackpot when I met Laura Bailey, Travis Bowen, Paige Bowen, Valerie, and Kaylee at the front desk. So happy to find this PCP team. I can’t wait to see their new office when they move in!

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. They have the quickest in door to in room to speaking with a provider times i have ever experienced. They have been extremely flexible with my familys work schedule and have also helped us into the office on last minute notice without any issue. I have been and will continue to recommend them to anyone in the NWA area who is looking for a provider they can rely on.

I was really excited to establish with a PCP that aligned with my values, but unfortunately this was not the case with Advanced Primary Care of the Ozarks. I initially met with Dr. Bowen and had a good experience. I felt like he took the time to get to know me. I went back to get labs a few weeks later on 1/12. Laura who was my provider at the time was not wearing a mask, which I found unprofessional. I decided to let it go, she took my blood and told me I would be contacted within a few days with the results regardless if there were concerns or not. I waited a week and decided to call since I had not heard from her or the office. I left several voice messages and sent an email over the next week. It has now been almost three weeks and I still have not heard back from a provider.

These guys are fantastic! You can get in super fast. They are very thorough. They want to take care of you and make sure everything is okay and not necessarily just the one thing you go in for. They focus on the whole person.

Its unfortunate because the actual visit went well. My issue I with what has transpired since. As part of my VA ratings process I attended this facility and was seen by Dr. T. Bowen. None of my stuff was submitted to QTC and they have now scheduled me another appt for the same issue with another doctor. Every attempt to reach Dr Bowen through his nurses has failed although I have been reassured time and time again that it was being handled. Almost 2 months after my appt and my VA treatment and ratings has been delayed as long because of this.

Ive been going here for about 4-5 months now and this is the best Drs office Ive been to. These providers talk to you, treat you like theyve known you their whole life, and take action on a permanent healing and not just a temporary fix. If youre looking for a place for yourself and your kids to go, this is it. They will value you and show your how you should be treated as a patient!

Sweetest bunch of doctors you’ll ever meet! Took great care of all my needs! Very professional and very kind. All wore mask and the overall environment was very clean and sanitized. Will never go anywhere else!

Best team ever! I had slight respiratory issues and I was seen outside their clinic. They called and checked on me while I was waiting for my results. My results were giving to me during non clinic hours so I could get them as soon as possible. Any questions I had, they were there to answer and always called back when I left a message. Everyone was wearing masks when I was seen and they were all very professional. Because of this I have officially established care with them and have a PCP.

APC of the Ozarks is a wonderful new concept for not only treating their patients but caring for your needs. They offer services no other family clinic can offer you like home visits if you just can’t make it in to the clinic. I have personally known and worked beside Laura Bailey APN for more than 20 years, her attention and care to her patients should set the standard of care for all other health care providers. That is why I’m so pleased to call her my Primary Care Provider and I know any practice she is associated with will give you and your family excellent care.

They were great from the start, the day of my appointment we had freezing rain and no one was able to get out and about there for the clinic was closed,However nurse Bailey made it a point to personally call me and make sure that everything was okay so I could be seen the very next day or as soon as possible....she even stated that if I could not get to her due to bad roads she would put chains on her tires and come to me.That made all the difference in the world to me.My mother was a trauma nurse for 40 plus years so therefore that just shows me how much they care and I will never go anywhere else!!!Thank you for caring so much about your patients that means so much!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this clinic. I have been seen a couple times since moving to Fayetteville and Ive been really worried about finding a PCP that I liked as much as the one I had in my hometown. I was not satisfied with how my son and I were treated at Fayetteville Family so when I heard of LB and APC of the Ozarks I decided to give it a go and have my son seen for some really bad ear issues. Lets also mention on short notice, I messaged about him the night before to Kaylee and she fit me in the next day. LB was perfect with my son, she told us how to take care of it and a week later we came back and she was able to help the issue with his ears. Following that he had to have a yearly check up on short notice and she fit us in for that as well, not to mention how well the whole office has bonded with my son and made him feel so comfortable. Shes also seen me by myself to help me get readjusted to a new PCP and she is always so helpful anytime I need anything at all.I love how well LB does with my son and me and I love how friendly and professional the staff is. Kaylee makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. I wouldnt pick a different staff!

In a year like 2020, with so many inconsistencies during a pandemic, it’s unique to have full confidence in a healthcare facility.I walked in with my 4 month old son with a lot of unknowns and fear, and walked out with a lot of trust, confidence, and knowledge.It’s on a rare occasion that you walk in as a patient and instantly feel like a family member.The providers listen with their heart, speak with knowledge & intelligence, and treat with love & care.It was refreshing to start a new relationship with these providers and I look forward to more beginnings with them, as they continue to grow and develop.Change is scary, especially when it involves your heath, as this 2020 health pandemic has confirmed. However, being under the wrong care is even scarier. I highly recommend making the change and trusting them with yourself and/or family just as I did today.

I was very satisfied with care that I recieved everyone there is very profesional. I was seen quickly by both nurse and doctor and over all it was a good experience I will be back.
