The rudest receptionist I’ve ever encountered anywhere!! After more than 5 years of seeing Dr. Durham, who is still wonderful, I’ve had 3 terrible interactions with the receptionist. I called this morning absolutely determined to be so kind and polite the receptionist would have no choice but to be somewhat cordial. When she answered, I couldn’t hear anything she said. In my nicest voice, I said, “I’m sorry, I’m hard of hearing, can you please speak up just a bit for me?” In the rudest tone possible, she replied, “that’s the best I can do”. I thought I must have misheard her because it is really hard to hear her. I said, “I’m sorry, could you say that again please?” and she said, in a much louder and much ruder tone, “Thats the best I can do….”. I didn’t know what to say and there was a very long pause. I finally said, “woooooow”. She replied, in a very rude tone with which I could hear her perfectly well, “our phones aren’t working properly and I’m practically screaming, so yeah, that’s the best I can do! Would you still like to make an appointment?” This is the worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. I made the appointment (without being a jerk back) because regardless of how other’s conduct themselves, I refuse to be a terrible human. In part, I made it because I want to make sure that Dr. Durham knows why, after more than five years as my children’s pediatrician, we’re switching doctors. I simply cannot go through this with this terrible receptionist anymore. This is not how you treat ANYBODY much less a patient’s family… Dr. Durham, we will miss you and we thank you for all you’ve done… Too bad your receptionist has no business being in healthcare or anywhere else dealing with the public.

DR. Anderson once was a doctor who cared but now must have given up and doesnt care about any questions you have. She will just simply tell you that she cant do that. Not helpful at all and will not be going back. Also, if your childbhas autism, it will visibly make her uncomfortable and she will quickly go through the appointment without doing everything necessary.

Since they switched ARCare they are much better now. The new receptionist girls are so sweet to as the old ones. The old ones were so rude. Thank you for coming aboard ladies! Dr even seem happier.

The receptionists are si rude and they protect each other, one of them discussed and yelled to me, I told her I wanted to talk with her supervisor, someone else took the call and she told me they doesnt have supervisor and hung up the phone to me, I will find a way to let their supervisor to know, everyone should do the same please

Ive always had a really good experience here with all the staff (receptionist, nurses, and doctors). The building is clean and everyone has always been very professional and friendly. My 3 year old daughter actually asks me to go see the doctor because everyone was so friendly to parent and child.

They are amazing. Dr Ford is spectacular and has been my kiddos doctor for their whole lives. :) The nurse and front office staff are wonderful too!

It takes me 30 mins to get here but I dont mind it at all. Its worth it. Barely wait in the waiting area & the doctors are amazing!!! I recommend them to everyone.

One of the employees who answered the phone hung up on me instead of being courteous enough to finish the conversation. And they refused to schedule an appointment for my children who have one of their doctors listed as a PCP due to a policy they are claiming they have yet they refused to provide any documentation on this policy.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Between the office ladies and rotating doctors, ANYWHERE is Better than here. If I could give them negative stars I would!

Set up an appointment for my children to be seen, they are new to this clinic and after set up they want me to wait a month to be seen wth!!!! Garbage!!!! Im switching my children to another doctor now!
