Just got out of an eye exam and took my prescription over to the vision center and had the best care ever by Amy! she’s the most patient sweetest helpful person ever! she took the time to talk to me about my lens and what i could get with time and i talked about not ever being able to wear sunglasses due to always having to wear glasses to see so she gave me options to polarize my glasses or to get an extra pair of prescription sunglasses to go with my regular pair and gave me the prices for both options even though she had other costumers coming for help I felt completely taken care of! she was awesome if anyone needs glasses go see Amy I highly recommend her!

Calling to make an appointment was easy! However the Eye Exam center is separate from the Vision Center. Vivian is who answered and she kindly provided me the number to make an appointment. They took my information over the phone and set me up for an exam within the same day.

I walked in with my prescription and was looking around at some frames while she was helping some other customers. After 10 minutes i realized she knew them and was just chatting with them and the customers already had their glasses. I then stood behind them so she could see i was waiting to be helped. She kept chatting with them and not acknowledging me. I was very annoyed and very close to interrupting them when the customers noticed me and told HER they should head out as i needed help. THE CUSTOMERS had more manners than her she then looked at me and stated what do you need? Worst experience ive ever had. I dont recall her name but she needs to be fired.

Employees not even answering the phone so I can schedule an appointment. Whats up with that?

I just wanted to say that if that was the Worst experience the previous commenter has ever had, then shes led a pretty sheltered life... ;) I have always had great service here.
