Ive been seeing Dr. T for years but my toddler was recently seen by him at her school with their mobile unit and came home super excited. She wouldnt stop talking about it. She keeps asking when she can see theDoctor Bus again. Its really nice that she can get great care in a comfortable environment with her little friends and I can skip the waiting room with a little one!

Went in as a new patient. Everyone was really nice and professional! Ordered glasses and I received them sooner then what I was expecting. I definitely give this place a 5 star reviews and I will for sure be going back for my yearly vision exams!

Ive been getting Eye care here for years. They have all the latest equipment! The doctor is good at explaining things and my eyes improved by quite a lot, my organic healthy diet is making a difference, even in my eye health! I always reuse my frames and just get new lenses....saves me money. I highly recommend Advance Eye care!

If youre simply going in for a routine check up or something basic, the experience is ok. The doctor himself is very friendly, some of the staff are rather clipped so not to become inconvenienced. However, services outside routine are where problems arise. During my childs exam I had the doctor address a stye on her eyelid. We were prescribed antibiotics. Went back because the antibiotics did not work. Waited an hour after our appointment time before being seen. Given a second, stronger, antibiotic and asked to call if no changes were made after a few days. Unsuccessful again, I called, and was told Id hear from the doctor later that evening. After calling again and no response the next day, I took my daughter to her PCP where he instructed that the eye doctor would indeed have to address the issue. I have tried to contact the doctor for over a week now, and I have YET to recieve any help or even an offer to make an appointment. While on hold for the doctor (during one of several attempts to contact him) the staff picked up the line and told me he had literally just walked out the door! I was promised, several times, by the clerk that they would personally find and have the doctor let me know what steps I need to further take. I am most appalled, because this is the care of a child that is being ignored. Do better.

Awesome place to get glasses. Affordable prices and the staff is all friendly and the whole experience is bilingual which is great.

I would have given a 5 star rating because Dr.Thomason and his staff that do the eye testing and work with him are awesome, on the other hand the front desk and Optical Lab are some of the rudest most unprofessional people i have come across. My glasses weren’t right from the start the lenses kept falling out and when i took them back instead of cutting the lenses to fit the frames better they just put longer screws in. I would think for the $430 i spent just on lenses they would have done more to make it right. I had better optical service from Walmart. I will continue with Dr. Thomason but as for their Optical lab i will not use them again. I would give their Optical and front desk 1 star. I should have known as soon as i was ordering my glasses and the girl putting it all in had an attitude from the start.

Best experience at an eye clinic ever. Was a new patient and staff was extremely helpful.Doctor was personable and kind, very upbeat.“Sales” staff was excellent. The person that helped me listened to my financial concerns, didn’t pick out frames for me to try that were too out of my price range, and she made me feel comfortable and informed rather than pressured. She had a print out of my insurance details so we were able to go down my list of coverage to see what was the most cost effective.This is my new primary eye care doctor for sure.

Very bad service, I went because my daughter had years saying that she did not see or write letters backwards, I always thought it was learning, but I definitely wanted to do a test of her eyes to be sure. When I went to this place, the ophthalmologists comment was my daughter is perfect, if I thinks that by magic if I put some glasses his learning problems would disappear, unfortunately it is not like that.

Advanced Family Eyecare has an excellent staff. From the personable, thorough, and detail oriented doctors to the incredibly helpful office personnel, our whole family has had good experiences there. I have a son with special needs, and the clinic ordered a whole new line of glasses that are designed for kids who have the lower nose bridge associated with Down syndrome. They also helped with insurance issues, and worked with Medicaid. Highly recommended!

Love this place they make sure to contact u for anything and if u lost something they will make sure to give it back to u if they find it or they help u find it 😃

Been waiting 4 MONTHS For my glasses. After finally just deciding to cancel it, the woman on the phone when I called assured me that we would figure something out( I.e pick out new frames, etc etc) and that she would call me back the next day. I now realize that was a load of bull cause its been 3 WEEKS since that phone call and Ive never heard back. Will NEVER go back.Update: Got a call today about my glasses being in after a nearly 7 MONTH WAIT.

I had my very first eye exam here & Im happy I chose AFEC!!! The staffs here are super friendly & nice! Even though it was a very busy day, I saw that they handled it very well & took care of every patient that came in that day! I love it here! The doctor was super nice!

Availability of an eye appointment was great, the exam went flawless, the eye Dr experience was fantastic. Once done I picked out the frames I wanted and lenses with Rachel. About 8 days later my glasses were done and I received a phone call on Thursday that they were ready to be picked up and I went to the clinic to pick them up within 15 minutes of the phone call. Once there there was a sign on the door that the clinic was closed and the front door locked. I called and told them I was there and I had literally just been called and told my glasses were ready but they are now closed. I was then told they would bring out my glasses and I was hurriedly rushed through the front of the clinic to get my glasses. I tried them on and the lenses were not right, the distance vision was distorted and blurred compared to the crisp clear distance vision of my current glasses. Rachel said to take them home and put them on in the morning and try them before wearing my current glasses. I also did not get or have the option of the glasses being fitted and they were warped. Upon doing so, I wore the glasses to drive into work the following morning and I was unable to clearly see street signs as well as I could with the current glasses I have. I called the clinic Friday morning (nest day) and was told that Rachel does not work on Fridays. (AGGRAVATED) so now I have to wait till Monday. Im not really sure why I was given the glasses without them being fitted #1 and #2 why an office meeting takes precedence over the patient or customer. #nothappywiththisclinicsservice.

I came to ask if they could do a repair on my child glasses after not being able to get it done at a different place. The front desk lady was super sweet and told me she would have someone repair it. I was there for 10 minutes and the glasses where repair very fast at no charge! The optician who repaired them also tighten one of the screws on the temple. Great service! I plan to schedule my children’s next eye appointment here!**We finally scheduled appointments and Dr. Page was amazing! He is so funny and very informative! Loved this clinic as everyone was helpful and kind!**

Unfortunately this place is getting a 1-star. That time that it took to place glasses for order has taken longer then expected. The place where they make them the “Lab.” Was giving them updates on my glasses. However during their “tests” they never thought about my prescription and so im having to wait even more for my glasses that I desperately need. So thank for makeing making me wait almost 2 months for my glasses.

Horrible place! Appointment was at 8:45 A.M and they didnt help me until 9:28 A.M. And everyone that would get here after me was going in and out and me sitting in my truck just looking how they walk in and out! Would not EVER come back here and i would of left but i needed the exam for work! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could give this establishment less than a star I would. I waited almost 5 weeks for glasses when it was supposed to be a 2 week wait. My glasses did come in after 2 weeks, but the coating I paid to have put on my lenses were smudged so bad it impaired my vision in certain spots. So they take my glasses back and send them off. 2 weeks after that my new lenses came in that were not smudged. I go in to have the lenses installed and they were cut way too big for my frames. For glasses that cost $365 I assumed theyd come back right the first time, and not the third. I was never told sorry for the delay, or anything along those lines. I just had employees try to make me feel like I was in the wrong for being upset. Save yourself time, and probably some $$, and take your business else where. Very unprofessional, and I will never be coming back again.

Rude, you walk in and no one acknowledges you. The eye doctor is very nice and friendly, but the receptionists and everyone else are not.

Wonderful place! Their vision therapy department has helped my 5 year old daughter AVOID EYE SURGERY. Her eye has gotten so much better & the treatment is non invasive and affordable. And they corrected her prescription & did the same on mine too. If you want to avoid eye surgery, ask about their vision therapy, it may be a viable option!

First time I came here was 2 years ago my sister recommended me to come here. So I decided to give it a try. Loved the service the techs were really attentive and explained what every machine was for. Which was very interesting finding out all this information that I had never received at my previous eye care provider. What I liked the most was definitely that they do not dilate the eyes perfect for me because I hate that. The doctor was very thorough in my exam and let me know of a problem I do have in my right eye. They have a great selection of glasses and the prices are reasonable. I ended up bringing my whole family back to get the eye exams here. Love this place and will definitely continue to come and recommend this place to all my family & friends. They deserve this 5 star rating for service and their staff....

GREAT Doctor and Staff!!

Dr. Page and his staff were excellent. I was thoroughly impressed with the technology that they had and all of the tests they ran before my actual exam (they didnt have this at my small town optometrist). Dr. Page explained what he was looking at with the tests results and what they meant on a level that I could understand. His staff was very friendly and provided me with documents that I requested by email in a timely manner.

I havent been to an eye doctor in far longer than Id like to admit. My experience here was better than Id imagined/hoped. Dr. Logan Page was amazing! So funny with a big personality while remaining professional.

Ive been to this clinic, four times, now. They give, by far, the best eye examination, I have ever received. Great, friendly, professional, and courteous people, in every aspect. Saved me money, as well, having new lenses put in my old frames, which I liked. Happy to give five stars, to a business, which deserves it!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Page and the staff at Advanced Family Eye Care! I felt the doctor was very thorough, explained a lot to me, and took the time to ask if I had any concerns or questions. There was a large selection for frames and Dr. Page gave me a few samples to try of different contact lenses that would be best for me!

Awful! My poor daughter had to get glasses to be able to see at school and so we went and got her exam done. It wasnt a great experience but it wasnt awful. I really didnt have a problem until 4 weeks after we went I called to find out why my daughters glasses hadnt came in and they in turn said they lost the order and never turned it in. Another 2 weeks before they will be here and my kid has to go without seeing at school. Ridiculous!

If you’re looking for a great friendly service you should go see them! The staff was friendly, the doctors were awesome! I got out of there in time will be going back!!

The Doctor was great. But after that it went downhill quick. The DR prescribed progressive lenses. When I went to get the script filled at the front, the lady kept asking me if I really needed the progressive lenses. I kept telling her thats what the DR told me and was on the paper. She kept asking to the point I felt like she was saying I was lying to her. This was on a Tuesday, I was told they would be ready Friday. Friday came and they told me, oh no, it takes 2 or 3 weeks to get them, depends on how far behind their lab was. Finally got the glasses and they felt like they were not right, when I said something they just told me thats what they are supposed to be. When I emailed my problems to them off the website, I was told, sorry to hear that, hopefully next time will be better. There will not be a next time. Do not recommend. Next time I will go back to the place in Rogers who treat you right.

My children have been attending this eye clinic for about tree years. They are really nice and their service its very good. They take all the exams and test my kids need it. They always call me to remind me of any appointments I have. The doctors are very professional and the assistants are very professional as well.

Service is always prompt and professional from walking in the door, eye tests, and doctor exam. Dr. T and his staff truly care for everyone they care for.

My appointment at 415pm... 445pm not even close to call me 2 people ahead of me, overscheduled and not enough seatinfor the patient waiting, the receptionist couldnt even find my insurance info.

I received a call yesterday to schedule my eye appointment. I was told that I could come today at 8:30 am. Yesterday, I asked how long the appointment would take because I had another appointment this morning. I was assured that the appointment would take no more than 30 minutes. When they finally opened the doors, a gentleman and I entered at the same time. He was acknowledged, I wasnt. He was called back, I was not. I sat there for 18 minutes before ANYONE in this office acknowledged my presence. I was finally asked if I had an appointment, what my last name was, and if I had the same insurance. Around 9:05, I asked what time my appointment was and when I could expect to see the Dr. She never really answered the question, but went into an explanation of how they were behind because several technicians were out of the office and there was only one Dr. I understand that sometimes things happen to cause offices to run late. However it is extremely unprofessional to not acknowledge patients in your waiting area, especially if there are only two. Secondly, I would have appreciated knowing that the office was running behind, rather than being ignored. I saw 4 employees and I was the only one waiting, so its difficult for me to understand the delay. As a healthcare professional, Im deeply disappointed in my experience at this office today and will not be returning as a patient. I hope the staff will do better and at bare minimum, acknowledge patients when they enter the clinic.

I have been seeing Dr. Thompson for my eyecare needs for the last 3 years and every single time I enjoy talking to him. A very friendly and professional man. He takes his time to explain your eye health and throughly explains ways to prevent or help aid in your eye care. Support local businesses like his. We need more healthcare professionals out there like him and the staff at Advanced. Thank you all, see you next time.

Saw Dr. Thomason, very knowledgable extremely nice and patient.

The tech tried to take pictures of my eyes for almost 20 minutes. She kept complaining I have “dry eyes.” I’ve never had issues with dry eyes. The optometrist told me I had glaucoma and need more testing. At checkout they tried to sell me special eye dips for my dry eyes. Very “sales-y.” I didn’t buy the glaucoma-thing and went to Mertins. She saw no signs of glaucoma at all or dry eyes.

I have to get my safety glasses here, because this is where my work makes us get them. They have the poorest customer service of any place I do business with. If had any other choice of places to get my glasses I would go somewhere else. Most of my coworkers have had poor service here also.
