I wish I could give 0 star. I canceled my appointment 23 hour ahead and they charged $100 no show fee??? I booked the appointment over the phone without the notice of fee or anything. I didnt sign any agreement of any fee. This clinic is not law enforcement or anything, how can they just arbitrarily decided how much ticket then can take from you?

Where do I begin... I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Patel. They scheduled me with Stephanie instead without advising me. I am not fond of her bedside manner... very parental; never appropriate but especially when I am old enough to be her Mother! I made it through the appointment okay. Then they scheduled another appointment in 30 days even though I said I was not interested in a bone density test (completely unnecessary) as I would have to pay out of pocket. Now they are trying to charge me a $25 late fee for being a no show to an appointment I never agreed to. Also, they are sending me letters to say if I do not reschedule within 30 days, I need to find a new doctor. No problem! A change is long overdue... this office is so unprofessional!! There is more but I wont bore you... The 3.2 rating is very generous. Note that the five star reviews are either from guides (paid?) or people with names that appear to be related to the staff.

I have been going here for over 2yrs and never had any problems with nothing the staff is wonderful everyone treats me nice. I never had an bad experience. I love Tamika Hall she is very pleasant but tells me exactly what i need to do to better my health as should. I get in and out quickly unless if i make an same day appt(sick) which I was squeezed in. Also i cant forget about the other to doctors Ashley Weir and Mr.Patel. I give this Practice 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you combine a Friendly and competent doctor with a wife managed staff... Not a perfect service.

Hands down, the best doctor I have had. His appointments are always on time. He gets you in and out quickly, although he will spend as much time with you as you need.

This office is a joke. Be prepaid to be treated like a drug addict if you want an appointment. First they make you sign a paper that states any missed appointment is $100 and then they have you sign a paper stating you need to bring all prescriptions, even blood pressure into office for pill counting before refill are called in. Are you kidding me?? What is the clientele this office is catering too? What level of care does this office provide...Oh also they have a sign that says..If you discuss anything that may be bothering you during your well check it is no longer a well check and will be billed as a sick visit. So when you go for a check up and say hey i have been a bit off lately be prepaid to pay extra.

This doctor and his wife, the office manager, are extremely greedy! Myself and my husband were charged a $25 no-show fee when trying to reschedule an appointment on a Friday for the following Monday. They stated that it had to be 24 business hours to avoid the fee. Also, they billed my insurance company incorrectly and I was charged a specialty co-pay rather than a primary care co-pay. They said that I was still responsible for the two $50 co-pay visits that should have been $25 each because the insurance would not change the billing codes. I asked them since it was their mistake and it was just a matter of profit on their end, could they just accept the $25 co-pay for those two visits and they said no. This office is very unprofessional and only concerned about money, not the patients. My husband and I are both medical professionals and have no problem paying money that is rightfully owed. But we would never charge a patient more money due to our mistake. And that is exactly what theyve done.

The WORST experience ever. You book an appointment, then they tell you that doctor is not available. After, that they give you an appointment according to their timing, which will be after a month; then what is the point of getting an appointment. People get doctors appointment bcoz they are not feeling well. Staff is completely unprofessional, it seemed like they all care about is money.
