Definitely the worst place I’ve experienced on getting my prescriptions filled & the worst courtesy of all the pharmacists there with the exception of one.I’ll have one person tell me my medicine is ready over the phone then I get there to pick it up & they say it has to be (“ordered”) or it won’t be ready till tomorrow or the next day after I’ve already drove up there. The worst part is every month my prescription comes at the same time but I’m always told it has to be ordered which takes up to 2 days most of the time or over the whole weekends. What kind of professional place does this? Either u have it ready or you don’t. I don’t recommend this place if you need prescriptions filled. Especially monthly prescriptions.

They would not fill a prescription for pain. The said it was too high of a doses and would only fill it if the doctor lowered it. I talk to the manager and asked her if she knew more than a doctor, she just said its Walmart policy. This is the only pain prescription that I have had in 20 years and was due to surgery.

Absolute worse pharmacy I have ever been to gave them the written out prescription they said it would be a 15 minute wait came back in 15 minutes they then told me it would be a 5 minute wait so I sat there waiting then went back up they told me it would be another 15 minutes I told them that they told me in the beginning it was originally 15 minutes. they didn’t say anything. They called me up saying it’s ready I payed for it and before they gave it to me they then said it was still not ready so I waited some more. At the point I left it took the 1hour and 15 minutes when it was originally supposed to be 10/15 minutes. And I was in a rush to be somewhere and 10/15 minutes wasn’t bad but when it turned to an hour that was a problem so don’t go there if your planing on a quick and easy day at the pharmacy.

I have never experienced such bad attitudes and rude ppl. The pharmacist is the only one who is nice and it is the white lady that is the boss. I have been getting my meds for a year there now and there as only been a few times that they actually got it right other times i have had to get partial meds and then they let me come all the way there to tell me its not there or i will have to come back. I was on hold yesterday for 37 mins and they still told me I would have to wait till todday to pick up my meds then the girl on phone tells me to come pick up it will be ready my bf gets all the way down there and they gibe him three days worth so now we got to go back AGAIN!

My doctor called my medication in at 8:45 .they waited till 9:45 to let me know that they did not have the medicine but they can give me a 3 days supply. They also informed me that it would take another 20 minutes.

I will never use a walmart pharmacy after I have seen what my mother deals with at the pharmacy.
