From a health care professional, this is the most ridiculous, underwhelming and inconsiderate health care practice Ive come across. The wait times are astronomical for little to know face time with the Doctor. Theres no way Id ever recommend this place to someone I love.

Now over an hour past appointment time and not a hint of sorry were running behind. This is 4th visit and one visit was over 2.5 hrs past appointment time to get called back. No apology for running behind then either. Totally unacceptable and no respect for patients time at all.

The staff is absolutely horrible but the doctor is even worse! She cared more about me not having the Covid shot than about my issue. She asked me a bunch of questions about the Covid shot versus asking me what was wrong. Will definitely be switching neurologist. She is a inconsiderate doctor for sure.

Horrendous in every imaginable way. Show up an hour late they won’t get you in any sooner than that

U will sit & wait all day long...prepare yourself. No respect for patients time...DO NOT arrive early!

If you have another option, take it. Dr’s just want to move you through. You’ll wait forever to be seen on the day of your appointment. You’ll wait forever to get an appointment. Heaven forbid you need something in between your appointments because you will NEVER get a call back. These people shouldn’t even be allowed to practice medicine.

The most unhelpful, unfriendly staff Ive dealt with. Wait times are hour and a half to 2 hours with an appointment. There is virtually no communication between staff and patients. You literally dont interact with staff until its time to pay. I cant believe theyre in the medical field. Sad...

Office staff are condescending idiots that cant even keep their records straight and talk to people like they are above them. I went trying to help my mother who is in the hopsital for at least 2 more days. To be humiliated in the lobby and talked to like an idiot, when they are the ones who cant update their records correctly. And for the one behind her to be giggling like a school child while she treated me like dirt. Im done, will never step foot back in that building and Im glad they are not my Dr! Its sad, because mom really likes her actual doctor.

Hurry up and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. GET THE PICTURE. WILL FIND SOME PLACE ELSE. EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE TO CHARLOTTE NC..PLEASE DONT COME HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Too many patients and not enough doctors. The wait time is horrible. Your rushed once you get to the room. I felt like why did I even come here. Nothing was changed so I was still going to have the same problems when I walked out the door.I just found a new practice to go to after that!

My appointment was at 9:45 and it is now 11:30 and still have not been seen. Dr just walked into the office 15 min ago. I will be changing drs after this experience. Too slow and dont seem to care about patient satisfaction. I would rate it zero stars if I could.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Kooistra for about 6 yrs. I had 2 seizures in May (post partum to having twins, in march). Prior to these seizures (both same day), my last seizure was 6 yrs ago. She didnt make me a priority patient after my seizures, i actually waited 5 mths to be seen, she didnt come or contact the hospital when i was sent the night of my seizures. When i was finally able to get seen, she acted as if she wasnt aware of my seizures. When i told her i had 2, there was NO questions about them, no exams, no nothing. I waited that day well over 2 hrs (I was the last pt that day, apt was at 4, I got out at 630.) She was in and out very quickly. I was In the room maybe 10 15 minutes. It was very unprofessional, especially beings I had just had 2 seizures. The wait time is absolutely terrible anytime you go, the front staff is rude, and bedside manners are awful. Unless you want to go and waste your time and money and get NO answers, I suggest looking elsewhere.
