Dr Grady is a great dr. He is very caring and treated me great . I could not have asked for a better dr. However his staff is poor. The front desk clerk is not friendly. The nurses and assistants do not follow through on things and do not call back after leaving messages. My after surgery healing would have went by quicker and my pain would not have lasted as long if the staff had done their jobs. It seems they are not well trained or just simply dont care. I would give Dr Grady 5 stars if he had good help.
