My first experience with the doctor was nothing but professional. I have been in pain for years with my feet and just never did anything about it. After the simple procedure and explaining what I needed to do, also explaining how long it would take for the area to heal, I have been pain free. Yes, more visits but So nice to walk around without hurting. Mine was a simple problem compared to many but but the doctor took the time to explain to me what it was and what to expect. Also, took the time to listen to me about my son seeing his wife, unfortunately he can’t due to he is on Medicare. The front desk was great, the lady took the time to write down a few doctors that I could take him to. Great experience, would recommend highly from first visit.

Very grateful to Dr. Michael Jordan and the whole practice. Dr. Jordon has been very kind, caring, patient, and considerate in treating me - during and post surgery. The office workers were very informative and returned all of my phone call messages promptly at there earliest convenience including the manager. Really appreciate their hard work, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had an appointment at 9:30 AM. I checked in at 9:06, incase there was paperwork to fill out before seeing the Dr. I wasnt called back until 10:30 and didnt see the Dr. until 11:00. I wouldnt have made this review based solely on this but... When I walked up to check out window, there was no professional greeting of any kind and I waited another 8-9 minutes feeling like I was being ignored. After standing this amount of time, the pad the assistant had put on one of my feet was causing pain. More pain than I came in with. I told the check out employee and clearly she was annoyed. She walked away, I presume to get an assistant, but came back and asked again if my foot was hurting. I replied yes and she told me I could have a seat in the waiting room because the assistants were in other rooms. I had already spent an hour and a half waiting there an wasnt doing that again. Im not sure if she was just having a bad day, but by the way she responded and behaved to other customers that morning, I would say her behavior is a lifestyle.

Dr. Jordan really helped me. I broke a toe while getting a house ready to sell. It was the worse time to have an injury. He x-rayed my foot and could clearly see the brake. He realigned my toe and set it in a temporary splint so I could finish this critical difficult task. It worked and I was able to use my foot with very little pain. I returned yesterday and we made plans for a permanent fix. He is such a skilled caregiver. I trust and rely on him for my Footcare. Thank you Dr Jordan!

Every staff member I encountered were friendly. The doctor treated my daughter well and was also friendly.

I never written a review but felt my experienced needed to be express. My partner had an appointment 8/18/ 2021 @ 11:00 am and was seen by Sarah Jordan, it was the worst we have ever had she was unskilled, unsympathetic, she provided no answer/help for his foot pain. We waited almost 2hrs to be seen, to be provided less than a minute of her time. Reason could be that we have no insurance, and was no use to her, but we paid $160 just for the visit she could have provided some kind of result. We’re hurt and disappointed. Today we went to Medical Group of the Carolinas, the staff was amazing Dr. Deepak Malhan, was extremely knowledgeable, he informed my partner had an infection and proscribed cephalexin, clindamycin, and naproxen. I’m extremely grateful for such an angle.

I had a ligament reattached on my toe last November and I was told it would heal in 8 weeks. I still have pain , numbness, and swelling.

The staff and Dr. Michael are amazing! It only took a few days to get in, wait time is minimal, and the staff is so kind and considerate! I saw Dr. Michael Jordan and he was so kind and professional. They also gave instructions both orally and written which I think is great!

Recently I made an appointment with a Spartanburg Podiatrist whom I had never met before. I had heard of her excellent professional reputation in the community.Dr. Sarah M.Jordan quickly worked me into her schedule when she learned about the continuing painful battle I was experiencing with several ingrown toenails. In my first meeting with her, she exceeded all of the praise I had been told about her. She was excellent.Toes are painful!!! However, Dr. Jordan somehow used her scissors, needles, and other instruments, along with her precision, knowledge, and consideration of me, to complete a surgical procedure which, for the first that I can remember,relieves me of toe/feet/walking/ all over my body pain. When my toes hurt in the past, I hurt everywhere. More than a month has past, and I have total relief from ingrown toenails.Very importantly, I must mention the Staff atCAROLINA FOOT CARE. In my first visit, I met everyNurse and Staff member in the office. Rarely, are we welcomed, have conversations, or sincerely wished well upon leaving a doctor’s office, but this is a working office that cares tremendously for their patients.I was also given extensive instructions about my surgical procedure and medical follow-up by my nurse, even though Dr.Jordan precisely covered every detail a few minutes earlier.I have only positive feelings about my office visit toDr. Jordan. She is the best, as are her nurses and staff. Was told to be 15 minutes early. I was 20. The front desk people never smile and only once made eye contact. I watched them the whole time I was waiting and they treated everyone this way. I waited for an hour past my scheduled time to see the doctor. The doctor stated he only had time to do 1 foot. The person on the phone stated he would do both when the appointment was made. I have been to many podiatrists across the country. What I needed done takes less than 10 minutes after lidocaine injected to numb toes. The doctor stated he would need to schedule me for a surgical procedure (for what every other podiatrist does in an office visit). Felt like a way to bill insurance and me for more than necessary. I left without anything getting done. At least the doctor did not charge me.

I would really not recommend this office. I was a new patient and waited an hour to be seen. Once I was seen, the doctor was very short with me and I felt like he was not listening to my past medical history given his diagnosis. I ended up consulting with another doctor that same week who was able to properly diagnose the problem I was having and my problem went away. To make matters worse, they charged me for 3 diagnosiss when I got my bill. I had no treatments or prescriptions called in. I had one problem - yet was charged for 3 diagnoses and none of them were the true diagnosis. I had casually asked the doctor as we were wrapping up the appointment what I could use for dry heels (which was not the reason for my visit) and I just learned upon consulting the billing office when I got my bill that that question on my way out was the 3rd diagnosis I was charged for - a simple question as I was leaving (to which he replied - just use an over the counter lotion). I was told that the quantity of my diagnoses (3) caused such a high charge - I didnt realize asking a simple question about dry skin on the way out would cause the doctor to charge me even more. I expressed these concern with the office before writing this review, but they were unable to resolve the concerns with my charges, even after explaining my bad experience.

Had an appointment for ingrown toenail, front desk was prompt, doctor care is excellent as well as followup.

Cant get billing and insurance to return calls, i need more inserts and they wont work with my husband.

Dr. Jordan definitely knows his stuff, I went in having two bunions on each foot and left with brand new feet, at least they feel new. They kept me from doing so much due to extreme pain, now after having both removed and 6 months later I am pain free and ready to get back to a normal life again without the pain.ALL the staff are very nice and kind as well, I felt like family from day one, will miss you guys. If I ever need assistance again I definitely wont look no further because I have already found the best in upstate, Carolina Foot Care.

Ive been seen here twice, once for an ingrown toenail and again to permanently remove some toenails. They are great! Very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything to me and even called me a couple days later to see how my toes were.

We needed an appointment ASAP, we called Monday and was able to get an appt Tuesday morning without problems. We were a new patient at this office and they listened to what we said, my husband already had an ingrown toe nail so we knew this was what it was and he needed to have it removed and when we asked to be scheduled for surgery they did it without question. Husband had a great experience with office staff and dr. Dr was definitely fun and relaxed making the atmosphere very stress free.

Good doctors. Main complaint are the long waiting times.

Absolutely love this office! The whole staff is super sweet and go above and beyond for their patience. Dr. Jordan expertly fixed my ingrown toenail, I didnt feel a single thing! I will most definitely be going back for any further foot/toe issues!

My first visit was great, but the follow up was a different story. Dr. Michael Jordan acted rushed and as if he just didnt have time to answer questions or be bothered. It was a late appointment, but I expected better. I have friends who recommended him to me, but I would not. He actually said to me it is just the same stuff. He gave me a foot sling which I wore diligently because he told me to wear it. When I tried to explain the problem with it he said well just take it off as if he didnt know why I was wearing it. At the end, he was talking to a staff member and not me. She actually told me he was giving me more medicine. Not a good second visit. Would not recommend. There are not a lot of choices in Spartamburg.

This practice is friendly and courteous! Dr Michael Jordan saw me for foot issues, was attentive, solution oriented and I was back up to routine activities in no time! Love the staff and his office is state of the art. Would highly recommend to any one having issues with their feet!

I am very pleased with the results of my bunion surgery. Dr. Jordan and his staff handled my case very professionally with no complications from the surgery. Healing progressed quickly. The insurance and work related issues were taken care of very efficiently so that I can return to work with no lingering bills/return to work questions. Thank you very much for your expertise!

Dr. Michael Jordan and the staff are wonderful. I had a late afternoon app. and thought everyone would be tired and ready to leave. It was like I was the first patient of the day. Fixed my toe, gave me lots of good advice, called the next day to check on me. I think they set the bar high for others, caring and professional.

Waited for over an hour to be called back and was only called because I was Walking out. Then they took me back and I waited another 20 min for the doctor making me late for other plans I had. What should have taken about 30-40 min took 1.5 hours. Staff is good but the wait time is ridiculous. This was my second time there, the first time I waited around 30 minutes which is still too long for a doctor appointment.

I had my foot surgery on March 15, 2018. I have had NO problems with my foot at all...have had no pain. Did my exercises and icing my foot like I was instructed and it couldnt have went any better. The nurses and desk help were all extremely like and helpful and I encountered no one in Dr. Jordans office that was not willing to help in anyway they could. Thank you Dr. Jordan for a job well done.

My husband had a recent ankle injury that we did not feel it was heeling properly. We were referred to Dr. Jordan by a friend, and he was empathetic to the situation. We were very pleased with our experience.
