To be sick, it was the greatest experience. The staff and Dr. Norton took care of me quickly which I truly appreciated as I was hurting. Very little wait time. I wouldn’t have got this great of service at the ER or the immediate care center. A great big THANK YOU to Dr. Norton and his staff.

I am so disappointed in this doctor. I had to move from Colorado back to South Carolina to make sure my elderly mother recieves the proper healthcare. This man would not do her monthly INR test or even discuss getting her the meter so she wouldnt have to come to his office every month. Then when I asked questions he ignored them and said her time was up on the phone call visit.

He will do what it takes to get the answers you need.The concern from the front desk to Dr. Norton’s nurse, Anita were very attentive and caring and Dr. Norton has a Genuine concern for his patients. Since becoming a patient with Dr. Norton, I have never had any issues with him or his team. I would never change my primary care doctor because he is the best and most caring professional I have ever been cared for by. I also love his Nurse Anita. She makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in.I was sobbing at my last visit because I was so sick and nauseated and I can’t say enough about how patient Dr. Norton and Anita were with me during this last visit!If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Dr. Norton is not the best doctor for elderly parents. My mom has a lot of aches and pains that are real and many times he doesnt take her seriously and tells her that we will discuss it next time. At her age, there may not be another time. I see all the 4 and 5 star ratings, and it makes me wonder why he is not like that with my mother.

Dr. Norton is the worst doctor I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend him! He was unable to diagnose ring worm and was giving me steroid cream which was feeding it and making it worse. Also unable to diagnose thyroid problems. Sent me to gastroenterologist who looked at my hands and said you have thyroid problems. Besides that I was being overcharged for my co pay. Even after asking they still overcharged me and now I’m having problems getting a refund. Needless to say I found a new doctor.
