I have been a patient of Dr. Nowatka for several years. He and his care team have always treated me with dignity and respect. I would highly recommend him.

-Dr. Nowatka always asks how I’ve been doing- and he does it in such a way that I feel that he actually cares and that I am not simply another twenty minutes out of his day or a diagnosis.He is just very caring and compassionate in addition to being knowledgeable.In addition he:-Takes my concerns seriously.-Allows me to bring a close friend with me (both of us double masked and vaccinated)- because I sometimes have trouble remembering what was said once I leave.-Looks over my history to make connections with what’s going on with me related to my current visit.-Wait time is not long at all.-Waiting room has very few people right now (with Spartanburg being a hotspot for Covid).-Both the nurse and Dr. Nowatka make me feel seen and heard.-Doctor Nowatka always asks if I have any questions before ending the appointment and puts a great deal of thought and consideration into his answers.

Everything, but the wait time to get back to see the doctor. But usually there is no wait time. Extra busy that day.

Currently, I have a chronic knee problem Im trying to get diagnosed, as well as DVT, I have seen many Doctors but NONE could compare Dr. Nowatka and his team, staff, and nurses. They do everything in their power to help, advise, and try to put a smile on a my face. Imaging and a lab are here at his location. From the moment you walk in the door, to seeing the your doctor, to the moment you leave, you feel taken care and in the loop on your treatment plan.Well done and fantastic job to everyone in the office!

Nice guy, good doc. Way too over booked, been seeing him for over 15 years, called needed to talk to him and do a wellness check. Receptionist told me 3 months before I could get a appointment. BTW the new offices at hospital are horrible and parking sucks.
