I just purchased Call of Duty Modern Warfare ( which at the time of purchase I was not told anything about no returns no exchanges ) around 6pm and got home around 740pm and tried the game. The game doesnt work so I called Family Video at 745pm and I told them the game didnt work and I asked for an exchange or money back and i was immediately told no refunds no exchanges. I paid $29.99 + tax I NEED my money back because this is wrong to sell games that dont work.

So I been renting movies in this place years before it was family video but this girl name Rickyia is pushing me away from this place i went 2 times around 9:00 and they close at 10:00 and she have sings off and say cause she dont want people to came in......today March 19 2020 I try to call several times with no answer so I hung up and give more time try to call several more times and nothing....so I went over there and she was on the phone she say she was with the manager talking about safety stuff...however I ask her to let me talk to manager and she denied me the number of the manager.....oh well family video have my number if the want to contact me about it....also have witnesses over what I wrote about sings....

They are really great if youre wanting the just released movies 👍 they are pretty good! Im a older movie fan so not much of them there. But kudos to them for hanging around this long with all the things on a smart TV now. Great people!

I think this is the only video rental store in shelbyville. Been renting from there for awhile. Good selection of new and older movies. BUT... as a movie buff they sometimes dont have some of the older obscure movies I like from my youth but thats what online shopping is for.

I have come here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. However, Ive had a few movies now that do not work. Ive brought them back and theyve replaced them, but not without alittle attitude. I would still recommend but hesitantly

Very helpful and friendly staff. Half price on all movies the first thirty days that can be renewed for $10 at the end which is worth it because I rent a lot of movies. Way better deal than redbox. More selections and longer rent times on most movies unless they are brand new. Love this place.

I got my account here in 2014. I was checking out games so I put a $20 deposit on my account, as was required. I dont play much so I decided to see if I could use the $20 towards future rentals or just have it back since I hardly rent movies anymore. I inquired about it yesterday (the 16th of July) and was first told that I had taken the $20 off my account. I know I hadnt. When pressed I was told that it was used for late fees. As I hardly check out movies and paid the late fees for the one time I had been late returning a movie, I knew this was incorrect. Finally the woman informed me that since I had placed the deposit 3 years ago it was wiped off my account. Either she didnt know what she was talking about, or she was purposefully deceitful. Why did she feel the need to come up with alternative reasons for why the money was not there? I dont know. Im very disgusted by this behavior. She did put a $15 credit on my account but the lies have turned me off from this business. I would recommend going elsewhere for truthful and accurate service.
