Amazing, ready made meals that are delicious! So many options…plus, it makes it easy to stay on a great healthy diet. Most ready made meals lack flavor and variety. These don’t. So thankful for BYT.

Horrible experience! Walked in... girl looks at me rolls her eyes as I walk to coolers I look at the food (first time coming in) never felt welcomed so I walked back out and she never said a word to me. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone!!!

I stopped into BYT a few weeks ago when I was in Shelbyville. I was impressed by the large variety of meals they offer along with the great prices. The team in BYT is super friendly as well. I highly recommend BYT to anyone. If your just looking to get healthy alternatives for lunch or looking for meal prep this is the place.

Food is priced affordable, good taste and plenty in a serving. Was told they will help customize an eating plan since I am low sodium, with heart issues.
