Dr. Jonathan Franklin is one of my heroes! Back there in about 1997 when I lived in Seattle I dislocated my shoulder. My right shoulder. Now 20 years later at the age of 53 my right shoulder is still doing fantastic! I mountain bike, road bike, downhill ski, rock climb, Nordic ski… You name it my right shoulder just rocks...The problem is my left shoulder is giving metremendous problems. What with two major separations and a spine injury that seriously affected my left shoulder Im ready to look him up and get my left shoulder fixed once and for all.Also I would like to mention one time back in the mid 90s when I went to his office to have one of my knees assessed. I didnt have insurance at the time. When I got the bill, he had discounted it 75%! That gesture speaks for itself!Its time to look you up again Dr. John! I need you to fix my left shoulder… And I know that you can!Again, thank you so much for the awesome job you did on my right shoulder… I dont think I could ever thank you enough!Trust me! Dr. Franklin is very good at listening to and diagnosing your injury or issues; in my case a torn miniscus in my knee. The surgery was a breeze and Im getting back to 100%. Id recommend Dr. Franklin to anyone needing an expert advise or surgery.

I completely blew the ACL on my left knee 25 years ago in a kung fu class and Dr. Franklin did the repair. During rehab I met lots of people whose grafts had loosened and were problematic. Mine never did.

25 years ago I had the great fortune to be referred to Dr. Jon Franklin as I had been in a terrible wreck and truly destroyed my left knee. Dr. Franklin had just finished his Fellowship in PCL replacement and I needed a new one, and an ACL and an MCL repair. That rebuild lasted me 25 years however as time went on my knee developed severe osteoarthritis. So off the Dr. Franklin I returned. His skill is superb. He listens to his patients. You feel as if you are his one and only concern. You do not feel left in the dark, he explains things in human speak not doctor speak. I will for ever be grateful for the skill of Dr. Franklin and his amazing staff at both Ballard and Wallingford clinics. My recovery has been amazing, 4 weeks out and I am walking without a limp. Not to say it doesnt hurt but the joint doesnt...
