After losing a few prospective tenants, I cancelled my membership.I thought this was supposed to be a one stop shop for landlords. Their web portal is clunky, buggy and unintuitive. I will go back to the old way ( that always works.)

You cant recover/reset your password on their website unless you call in during office hours. Otherwise an error message of Your password cannot be reset using this process is displayed. Very inconvenient! Please fix!
