MID is a very important part of Seattle, and they are working hard to bring it back from going through the pandemic. The men and women of the Clean and Safety Teams have dedicated themselves to making the residents and visitors to our beautiful city proud! My late husband was one of those and he loved his job and the people he worked with. MID is a blessing to us all!

As a security officer, I rely on them for various needs. They are prompt , reliable and friendly. Much appreciation for the job they do.

I have owned a business in Pioneer Square since 2004. I am grateful to the MID employees for their help when I have needed to ask someone to move their sleeping bag from the entry to my business. They are always professional and effective. I have only seen or heard a MID employees treating people with courtesy, even when the person was abusive and recalcitrant.
