Hands down the WORST inpatient experience of my life. From the day I was admitted to the ER because I had to call an ambulance my emergency contacts were never notified. The food made me very sick and were such small portions I was almost starving upon discharge 8 days later and after losing 10 pounds. There is almost no structure to the day and the classes dont include any CBT or DBT. Wealthier patients are given more workbooks and resources but if youre on Medicaid or Medicare good luck. Also beware if you come in on meds that could be deemed Dependent - youll be stripped of those immediately.

Its a safe place if one is having a mental health crisis. With determination, you can recover, and they will help you along.

The entire staff was wonderful! The Nurses were very quick to respond when i lost control over the waterworks. They helped me feel very comfortable there and on the day of discharge they actually checked to make absolute sure that i still felt ready to go before letting me go home. Possibly the best hospital Ive ever been to

I went here when I was very depressed and they helped me a lot. Some of the other patients were very unsettling but the nurses handled them very well and made me feel comfortable and welcome. They listened to me and helped me get on medications that helped me and allowed me to feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. Really really good program with many different groups. The nurses really care about their patients and make that obvious with how they treat them.

I was in the wrong building and confused .. the lady at front desk not only made sure to make me feel stupid but was no real help to me to find out where I was supposed to be .. the rest of the entries hospital staff was friendly and helpful .. so idk what her problem was . Maybe a bad hair day .. but so rude for behavioral health front desk if you ask me .
