All the phone numbers to Sound Mental Health locations have been nothing but busy signals for several weeks...

Ive been with Sound for over 3 years and have had a wonderful experience. I struggled with various mental health issues that have now either been completely resolved or significantly improved. Ive received an immense amount of support both inside and outside of sessions. The virtual transition caused by the pandemic was handled smoothly and my appointments have been scheduled in a timely matter. If I ever had some sort of feedback I was able to provide it and noticed immediate changes.

My counselor that I had moved so I was assigned to another lady, Katherine. It has been three months and Katherine will not schedule an appointment for me or call me back. I have multiple mental health issues plus Im court ordered to be in counseling. This place is a joke and I hope no one else will have the same issues as I am. I want my old counselor Jacci back.
