Honestly, I never really write reviews but I had to share. My first prenatal visit for an ultrasound at roughly 25weeks; Desk is and has been very friendly and polite. The tech though was rude, I was asked Are you hoping for a specific gender? I answered, not really, but my my family hopes for a boy the tech then replies, let me rephrase my question, do you want to find out if its a boy or a girl? Like why not ask that in the first place? She was very short and unfriendly the appointment took an hour because baby had a mind of her own (moving around too much). The technician was quiet as I was sharing my enjoyment of being pregnant, I felt invalid and unimportant. I truly felt horrible afterwards and felt as if I shouldve kept my excitement to myself, which is unfair. (I understand if she is overworked or not enough staff but there is a certain degree of professionalism.) There were a few concerns healthwise when it came to baby, she noticed something unusual which alarmed me so I asked, whats wrong? She informs me that babys kidney is slightly over in fluid and that it is an alarming situation but that she will notify my MD and that he will let me know more! I did not know that ultrasound tech had the right to share information about what they see, when Ive been told, that it is the MD responsibility to share that info with their patient not the tech who only knows what to photograph. When it came to finding out the gender she did not even bother to explain what she was looking to determine gender (I was not included in the findings of the gender) she just informed its a girl and that was the end of my appointment. I felt as if all my joy was depleted no excitement of a new life coming ( I get COVID-19 times but SHEESH) I felt like a transaction to put it plainly.2nd visit was not great either and I landed the same technician (confirming my thought of being understaffed) I was 35 weeks at this point. We were checking on the kidneys and if baby was head down. With last appointment still on the back of my mind, I was not satisfied with gender reveal, so I asked if I could see the gender this time. I was met with the response of, if we have time, baby may not show gender because its harder to see now that she is bigger, but Ill try. She got the photos she needed and then says ok, Ill make sure that I have that we need for your doctor and send the sonogram over leaves and comes back 15 minutes later and then I asked/pleaded again, can you please show me the gender? Replies with ok, we may not be able to see it though! πŸ˜• I did finally see while she confirmed by pointing at the screen for my not so trained eye as she called it..... Even though she was yet again rude, short and transactional yet again, I was happy to see that my baby was/is a girl!Last, and most recent visit was the worst, they had me crying leaving the place. I had a last minute appointment made to check on babys growth and fluid amount in womb because my MD was concerned for this but I didnt even get passed the door. I understand COVID-19 is a SERIOUS thing and there are rules but I had no other choice. I have came by myself to withstand all this mistreatment from these people but I had no other option this time around as my 3year old toddler accompanied me. I had no sitter. The staff at the entry of the place (screened us) said nothing to me their desk staff also said nothing to me about not being allowed to be seen because of my child with me. The tech who called my name noticed my little one, ran back in like she had witnessed the plague approaching her. Came back out and said no children allowed I replied, ok, if I had someone to watch her she would not be here. This wasnt a choice I made on my own. Another woman came out just to reiterate the other techs statement sorry hospital policy no children allowed then stared at me.....

Called to make an appointment for my 20 week ultrasound. Really wish I had opted to wait longer for an appointment at First Hill. We understand that hospitals are taking extra precautions due to coronavirus, so I asked Cynthia when making the appointment if my husband and 1 yr old would be able to attend. She said yes. I got my family up at 4:30am only to arrive at the hospital and have my husband and son turned away with no explanation as to why they had told me it was allowed days prior. Yet, there are signs in the imaging center lobby saying guests are allowed. So now they get to wait in the car, for hours or stand outside in the dark.Cynthia had scheduled my appointment for 6:30am. When I arrived at the imaging center, I was told they don’t start until 7am. While I’m lucky to have the free time to just sit in the lobby and wait, there are a lot of people who don’t have that extra time and should not be lied to about appointment times and who is allowed to come in.Now I know why First Hill was booked out weeks and Cherry Hill was not. I will not be scheduling anything with Cherry Hill going forward.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment with someone named Cynthia over the phone. This employee has zero customer service skills, extremely rude, keeps interrupting me all the time. When I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor, she said the manager will be back on Monday. I insisted on speaking with the manager in charge or superior then, and she gave me a the number of someone named Dave Wilson and of course, I had to leave a voice mail. Cynthia never apologized for not being able to find my order number from the provider. She is a great example of a rude employee who has given poor and offensive service.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I waited on hold for over an hour (twice!) to make an appointment. Swedish, shame on you! Hire more staff.

Great staff. Quick imaging. But, somehow they forgot to prepare my STAT xray report. Just terrible. Lucky for me, it turned out to be a non-urgent issue. Wont be coming here for future cases.

I called a made an appointment with Ashley for the 27th of August at Providence Hospital. (Now called Cherry Hill ) Received an email from her that they had received the referral that they require even though I dont need one. So I call this morning to verify the appointment and it has magically disappeared.
