Do not recommend. Had one of the worst experiences at this imaging location. Incompetent front desk staff who were not welcoming nor helpful. They told me my appointment was at 12:15, and I waited one hour until they told me it would be at 1:10… why ask people to show up 45 minutes early to do paperwork? Very poorly run business. Bellevue medical imaging is much better

I really liked the staff here at the Northgate location. They were prompt, very friendly, and my radiologist was a dream. She took an hours worth of xrays, and due to her diligence, I now have the spot-on views to determine a diagnosis for my spinal issues.Well Done, CDI.

Great customer service. Some of the best pricing for imaging in the Northwest.

They dont have integrity. Ive been on the phone multiple times now after they pulled a bait and switch on me. After letting them know multiple times that my insurance didnt cover this, the lady at the front desk still promised me a much lower rate than the out-of-pocket fee. Later I get a bill thats almost 5x the cost. They admitted sending me the wrong rate, but refused to keep their word and wouldnt even give me the chance to pay the lower same-day of service rate. Dont come here, but if you have to, get everything they say recorded, written, dated, signed or else they will only document what favors them in their system.

Agree with comments about billing practices. Didnt receive a bill from them, and I can see by the collection paperwork I just received it may be because they added a 1 in front of my street name (though the collection notice with the same error made it here). I know my address, so I feel confident I did not provide them with incorrect information. A call sure would have been nice before being sent to collections. Of course I cant get a person on the telephone. I will straighten out the payment, and I wont be returning to or recommending CDI.

Having visited this facility a couple times now, I would recommend it to others in need of diagnostic imaging in the Northgate area. Each visit has been received by polite and professional staff. Theyre happy to explain procedures, answer what questions they can, and have been quick on turn-around to get me scheduled. The gentleman technician Ive worked with each time has been patient and considerate of my comfort, and responsive if I needed assistance. (A+) Nothing like getting an MRI while in a heavy walking boot!Parking can be a little tricky as the lot is shared with other offices on the property, but its also close to the bus transit station. Access is super easy - immediately off the front building entry with a clear path and wide door for wheelchair or crutches access, too.

Since I’ve been to this location the radiologist and staff were pretty kind. Just spoke with someone named Martha and wasn’t given the oppurtunity to speak. I had called in to question about a unusual bill, and my experience over the phone was horrible. Never Have I felt so belittled as a customer by just asking about some of the discrepancies. I had initially went into the office filled out paper work and they had sent the bill to the wrong address. Her reasoning is that I had filled out the paperwork incorrectly. Now my bills are in collections with no notice email, phone call or bill mailed to me. Why would anyone fill out their billing address incorrectly? It doesn’t make sense! I highly advise this company to train their front desk staff with better customer service.

I had a procedure done yesterday 4/28/17. The receptionist was very nice and gave me simple driving instructions after I got lost. When I arrived, she was unfazed that I was a little late. I was very nervous and upset about the procedure and getting lost made it noticeably so that the radiologist checked and pointed out my elevated heart rate. He and his assistant were very kind, reassuring, and helped allay my fears. The procedure went well and went much faster and was sufficiently less painful than the same procedure I had had a few years ago. It will be necessary to repeat in a couple of years and I will definitely return hereagain.

Awful billing practices. They send you to collections without ever once calling you or sending a notice of payment in the mail. They also send over no confirmation of payment. The worst

I explained to the rep over the phone that I didnt have a referral and she still set my appointment up. Then calls me days later and says your appt has been cancelled because you dont have a referral. Yeah I told you that to begin with. Why cant I just pay out of pocket? Doesnt make sense.

Don’t bother, they don’t answer the phone at the Northgate office. On hold over 15 minutes... a different office had to field my call and they couldn’t help because it was necessary for me to speak to that specific branch.

A family member had an out-of-state referral to CDI for two specialized imaging studies; neither study was available in our area. Appointment coordination was fairly seamless and all staff responded to inquiries quickly and courteously. Service and care, once in town, was competent, kind, and equally courteous. We received excellent driving directions and information on nearby lodging from CDI staff. The Renton location is easy to navigate as it is relatively small (looks like a strip mall); yet, the town is still large enough to provide items needed for a comfortable trip (hotels off I-5 looked much nicer and quieter than the close freeway access, more budget friendly accomodations we chose). Traffic around the Renton location is manageable, so was not an issue for us. There is a small waiting area with a couple of chairs and ambient lighting back by the dressing rooms that is very, very quiet. I cant tell you how important this was for privacy, comfort and to help alleviate pre-testing anxiety for our loved one. Also, I was able to rest comfortably in a serene space before starting our trip home (even managed to get a short nap and reading in). The MRI technologist was absolutely wonderful and allowed for a short break during the image processing between the two studies. Both were completed over several hours. She also made two copies of the studies to send with us for continued care. We really appreciated this; anticipating the need for copies helped facilitate timely ongoing care for our loved one. The neuroradiologist provided detailed findings along with a comparison. (So, try to bring any discs along to appointments, if applicable.) It is also a good idea to provide CDI with all established diagnoses, insurance and contact information in advance of your appointment, along with your referral, as CDI billing staff can assist with choosing the most convenient, appropriate location for your procedure and check on any needed pre-authorizations. We were able to set up billing and complete registration in advance of the appointment date. We arrived 15-20 minutes early to fill out the day of care paperwork just prior to going back for imaging services. (This is important as it provides a window into your current health condition for your imaging care team.) Another patient we briefly exchanged pleasantries and well wishes with in the back area indicated that CDI had met all needs very well during a period of continued care requiring close imaging follow-up and coordination with multiple care providers. This kind patients recommendation helped reassure us that we were in the right place for our needs. In summary, we are grateful for the quality care provided and will return to CDI, as needed.
