Your team is quick and efficient without being unkind.Considering the amount of testing being done in King county and vaccinations are all out both for covid and for flu shots so considering that they had me back in the week of an eye.They got me right back and swabbed my bites for testing so we can be sure that I dont have cat scratch fever .They were also very efficient and got me in and out quickly but I didnt feel rushed.Thank you to all the team and staff that make that happen

I was in and out for a scalp laceration in like under 20 minutes! I was very impressed with the on-duty PA, Jason. Super friendly, articulate, efficient. Had no concerns or questions that were not preemptively addressed. Better than a visit to my PCP!

They were quite good in almost every way. Other than a little slow I have no complaints. I was the only patient in which is why I say that. But the service the people the atmosphere the professionalism were all 5s. Just a 4.5 on speed.9/6 Now a second visit. Much much faster and more efficient than the first.I have to attribute that to the fact Im not a new patient this time and would highly recommend ... definitely 5.

I absolutely will never come back to an Indigo or Multicare facility. The staff were rude. They did not care for their work and they highly lack compassion for their patients. Walking in we were not greeted and no one else who came in after were helped until minutes after walking in even if front desk was not occupied by any other patients. They were not busy at all.. We opted out of receiving care from here after making an appointment at 10am but not being seen until almost 1040am. I completed all the paperwork online including online check in and yet my two kids and I had to sit and wait for the front desk person to un-inthusiastically get us checked in. My kids needed rapid tests for school due to experiencing symptoms. They did not disclose costs up front until I asked the medical assistant (who was also really rude after I voiced my questions on the cost) It was $250 to be seen and $350 for a rapid covid test. After telling the assistant we no longer want to receive care, she brushed us off and stormed out of the room. The facility was not busy and yet we felt like we were such a burden for walking in at 10am on a Monday. I booked on Solv and got a notification saying my visit is complete. There was no visit and if we are charged for this I am filing a complaint. The service my children and I received today was revolting. Please avoid this location. Multicare - please retrain your staff. Medical staff who lack compassion or care in their work should not be in Healthcare. Healthcare is human care and hiring people who lack human compassion or connection is not how you keep your facilities running. Understand everyone has options to shop different companies for their medical care and word of mouth + reviews goes a long ways. Please provide feedback to your staff.

The wait was a few hours on a weekend, but they sent a link that allowed me to wait in my car and monitor where I was in line. Once it was close to my turn, I went inside. Everything went quickly, and all of the staff were super nice.

Very conveniently located. Theyre answering and communications systems were prompt and easy to follow. Upon arrival staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They notified me of wait periods and if I approved; nobody wasted time. The nursing staff was just as great. The facility was clean and updated. I would recommend to all.

I hate going to these sort of appointments. I dont like to talk to strangers about my personal stuff so I never go to Drs appointment unless I absolutely have to. What I saw while I was there was a high level of professionalism. It seemed like everything was under control and everyone knew what they were doing. Didnt make me wait for 20 mins to see someone! The appointment was very quick which I greatly appreciate. And the highlight of my visit was the person who drew my blood. Poked me once and thats it. I wish I remembered her name tho! Highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service. Doctor and nurses were really kind and patient with me. They were fast as well.

About as perfect as experience you could hope for from a walk in clinic. I waited about 40 minutes and was able to get an X-ray and see the results in 20 minutes. The nurses were also willing to hold my baby during the x ray.

Everyone was really nice and treated me well. The waiting room was comfortable and the doctor was knowledgeable and sympathetic. Only issue is that the wait time is quite long. I booked a 3:30 appointment and didnt get to see anybody for almost at hour.

I wanted to get a proactive test for an upcoming business meeting. Booked an appointment online (including having to provide a lot of information that was frankly not necessary) and made the necessary preparations. The night prior to the appointment they sent me a link to an online assessment to see if I had high risk. After completing the assessment they cancelled! No one to talk to.. just a bot. Now I lost two days and need to find a same day results place. Very disappointed!!

My experience with Indigo was great! When I arrived I was greeted by the staff with beautiful smiles. Once checked in, my provider went by the name Kristi. She was so nice & respectful. Now I know it’s every doctors or nurses job, but Kristi made me feel very comfortable and I can just tell she was genuinely concerned and caring about my situation as if I was one of her friends or family members. She did an excellent and thorough job with my check up. Very smart and understanding and immediately lets you know your in trusted good hands on a eye to eye basis. I would definitely go back if I ever have an urgent situation and would absolutely recommend Indigo to a friend or family member! Great community great staff great work !

I went to the clinic near Columbia City. There was a wait because I didnt have an appointment, though I was accepted far earlier than expected. Everyone was extremely nice, professional and helpful! Pretty much what you would expect, I would definitely recommend to others.

Easily the best urgent care Ive ever been too, I feel so lucky to have them in my neighborhood as Ive never had an experience there that was not incredibly compassionate and care filled. Every part of the team theyve assembled there is phenomenal and Id highly recommend it to anyone in the area in need of an urgent care visit. Also their PA-C Jason Legan is an absolute class act and for sure my favorite PA there but yet again every member of the staff is incredible.

Clean facility. Despite being late to my appointment due to traffic, I was able to see a doctor within 30 minutes of arriving. Covid test and result took another 30 minutes.

Everyone treated me with respect and kindness. And they didnt make me wait at all. They also were very organized and well-coordinated in terms of what was to come next. When the pharmacy that received my prescription closed before I was able to get there, the team quickly called it in to another that had longer hours. This was done without hesitation and without making me feel like I was asking for something special. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

They were busy but efficient. Clearly handling a lot of phone calls and walk-in patients, but always cheerful and careful. Every patient felt valued.

My only perception of urgent care was hearing from friends of bad situations. When our daughters woke up in a Sunday with fevers a few months ago Indigo was the only place we could find that did Sunday testing. Luckily they tested negative but Dr Phyllis was amazing with the kids and with us, the parents. THANK YOU for hiring amazing people and running a class act clinic.

Dr. Legan was excellent and Diana who did my vitals was knowledgeable and empathetic. The entire staff at this location was incredibly efficient and accommodating without making me feel rushed or unheard. Dr. Legan talked through his thought process and treatment plan rationale, and Diana had already taken a moment to quickly brief him before he met with me. From the start of my appointment Diana was careful to make sure my chronology was precise and incredibly competent in getting the basic info recorded quickly so that she could help me articulate my symptoms and she could document my experience and pertinent information before the doctor came in. Even the front desk staff was communicative and patient, knowledgeable and solution oriented. The facilities were immaculate and the workflow was comfortably efficient and clear. Best urgent care experience Ive ever had and I had been to a UW urgent care two weeks prior. Thank you! 10/10, 5 stars, two thumbs up, five spicy chili peppers, A+ would go again.

This was my second experience at this location, and I would definitely recommend. Everyone is polite and helpful, I was in and out in exactly 20 minutes and my issue was resolved. Its a relief knowing if I have a small issue I can get in with a quick appointment rather than waiting to get in with my primary care provider.

Was greeted by PSR at front and went right to room, no wait. MA that took me in was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She listened to me when I stated my pain was not heart related therefore did not need unnecessary testing. The PA listened and did an X-ray of chest to make sure no fluid. Every was very friendly and I was out within 30 minutes. Glad I went there instead of ER at hospital.

I’m accident prone so I’ve been to most of the ERs and urgent care places in Seattle. I was really impressed by Indigo. Got to make an actual same day Sunday appointment. Easy free parking. The facility is new and modern, with big well lit exam rooms including radiology (which in many places is a glorified closet). I received outstanding care from everyone. Dr Marshall in particular made me feel really taken care of, and even helped me out to my car. Even with the wait on radiology to look at images, we were done in two hours. I will definitely be back, and I would absolutely take my kid here.

They say they are open till 8, however when i went to get a covid test at 7:30 when there were zero people waiting they said that I couldnt get a test that day. Why bother putting your hours till 8 if you cant even accommodate a 5 minute test at 7:30?

My family has so been so impressed with the care here. Both the adults and children in our family have been seen, and the staff have been friendly, thorough, and have listened well to our concerns. The facility is clean, inviting, and the wait times have been as stated.

I went in because my knee was swollen and painful. The visit was quick and to the point. The Dr was also able to give me a prescription for my thyroid medication that was about to run out. This was an excellent visit!

I came in to the clinic for consultation on my sprained left knee. Registration was easy and stress-free. I was able to see a doctor without waiting. The doctor I saw seemed genuinely interested and concerned with my distress. X-rays were taken to see if there were any fractures - there were none. The knee strain was and is very painful. I hope to recover posthaste.I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care for non-emergency care and consultation.

Way faster, cheaper, and better healthcare provided than my primary (PacMed). They prescribed me medicine to treat my pain and symptoms quickly and got lab tests as well for me. I havent been this sick in over a decade and they finally gave me the peace of mind and pain relief my doctor couldnt. Only wish I had gone sooner.
