I was already a big fan of Body Reflects; it’s a beautiful, naturally-lit yoga studio space with private body work rooms operated by a brilliant, energetic, and positive team of instructors. However, I’ve recently made the leap from casual drop-in to ultimate mega-fan. I’ve been lucky enough to practice yoga with Carlie and Mary for many moons, and I’ve received incredible, restorative massages from both of them whenever I book their service. Most recently, I had the chance to get a massage with a new practitioner, Abby, who certainly exceeded my expectations. I didn’t know that therapeutic bliss and delicate posturing adjustments could happen all at once, but the experience left me wanting more. I felt like my body was getting put back in order, and I was completely refreshed from the experience. You literally can’t go wrong with any body work from any of the Body Reflects therapists. I highly recommend them all and will certainly be back as soon as possible for more. Thank you, BR Team!

My instructor for the class I took was Claudia Saunders:Ive only dabbled with yoga in the past and have never had a great experience. I decided to try this one out because its nearby and I wanted to give it another shot. Long story short, I will be making this a regular part of my workout regimen. Afterwards my body felt more limber and relaxed than it has for as long as I can remember. I enjoyed the intimate and peaceful atmosphere, and the challenging, but not frustrating routines.

Low key studio with a warm, friendly vibe. Instructors are great at teaching to many levels within a class. A couple of the instructors are also bodyworkers and their deep understanding of anatomy shows in their classes and their massages. Monthly 10 class pass is a great value!

Love the Vinyasa yoga classes here! Unlike the other classes Ive taken in the past, these classes are small allowing the instructor to give you more feedback and help you work on your posture. Great for all levels.

Carlie is such a wonderful and knowledgable massage therapist. She has helped me with Crossfit injuries, back/neck pain from an old car accident, and general body maintenance. The BodyReflects space is beautiful, bright, and calming. Ive only made it to one yoga class at BR, but that one was great too!

Such a great place, with wonderful teachers. Theyve really got the Zoom classes running smoothly for those of us who are not able to make live classes at this time. Five stars plus!
