Dr. Calvin is the best and is so very knowledgeable. He helped me with tight SI joint issues as well as release some adhesions in my wrist. He gives me exercises to do at home and really listens and understands what is going on. Love the new bigger location 💗

Absolutely terrible experience. First, the massage was awful, as the womans stomach was rumbling the entire time. It was disgusting, especially when she was standing right next to my head. I almost stopped the massage because I was disgusted.Then the billing department was horrible. The person behind the desk said she wasnt sure if I owed a copay, so advised me to not pay and theyd bill me. Fine. But she wrote my address down down, so I never received a bill. Then months later I get a phone call asking why the bills were being returned undeliverable, perfectly polite. I told them my correct address. Still never received a bill. Finally months later I get a threatening bill saying this is my final chance to pay before they send me to collections. Final chance? This was my first chance. You think, especially when the bills were being returned as undeliverable, theyd realize that there was an issue an reach out.Then, they tacked on extra fees for all of this. But I never received a bill. The second I received the bill, I paid.Utterly horrible experience and they should all be ashamed of themselves for this horrible level of customer service.

A friend recommended Eastlake Chiropractic to me a couple years back when i threw out my back and was in middle of my residency and had to drive 6 hours for a rural rotation and was feeling hopeless. They were able to squeeze me in and honestly i went from walking in hunched over to walking out standing straight. I’ve worked with Dr.Calvin ever since and he and the team there have been great!I feel off my preventative routine with life getting in the way and threw my back out again this week with an upcoming trip to Hawaii around the corner. I was skeptical of chiropractic work before I had a back injury years ago. I visited several Drs before settling on Eastlake. Its their attention to the issue and ensuring your well being that is most important. This was so much different than other places that just wanted me there for my insurance.I want to thank the entire team there for their help and customer service. In another instance I had broken my shoulder and was in therapy for 4 months with a frozen shoulder when I went in to see Dr Calvin for a separate issue. He could visibly see the problem and began to educate me on my options. It was within one week after he worked on my shoulder when I was able to have full motion once again.I highly recommend the Eastlake team, their knowledge and professionalism.

I have no complaints with the service I received, but their front desk claimed insurance would cover 90% of treatment when in reality around 50% was covered. They should be held accountable for that misrepresentation. Ill be seeking out other providers.

Had more urgent discomfort. Dr. Immediately spoke to me on the phone right away and fitted me with an appointment within an hour.

I love Eastlake Chiro. Dr. Calvin is almost always available and can get me back in line and feeling lighter in minutes. The massage therapists are outstanding, but I don’t want to say too much about them because their schedules are usually booked out!

Good staff, quick and productive visits. Ive gotten some great help here recovering from multiple injuries now, and when I didnt want to do a return visit, I was taught how best to rid my ribs of the scar tissue developing so that it wouldnt be an issue. Sure enough, I get another chest injury (well earned), just a few inches away, yet the spot Id previously injured was fine under the strain. Obviously great results in a friendly, easy environment.

I originally found this place for my partner a few years back who was in pain from a slipped disk (Dr. Calvin totally helped him and probably saved him from needing surgery).I used to work in the medical field and am very picky about my medical providers. Dr.Calvin is great to work with. He always provides helpful suggestions and guidance between appointments. Ive been going consistently for three months now and definitely have more mobility now than I did previously.

After waiting over a month for an appointment with a specific therapist I found out my appointment had been cancelled with no notification. I called the day of to confirm my appointment and was told I was not on the schedule even though it had been previously confirmed over email. The next available appointment I was offered was a month and a half later. This is really disappointing and rude considering the services rendered are for pain care and management and I would hope the level of care would be more empathetic because of this. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been going to Eastlake Chiropractic and Massage Center for the past few months for massage therapy appointments (with Jen; for lower back issues) and chiropractor appointments (with Dr. Kamell; for lower back and rib issues).They accept Regence insurance and are very easy to schedule with. You can also easily reach them by text and theyll send you appointment reminders. The location is convenient, the staff are super friendly, and Ive always received great service here. Especially Jen -- her hands are magic! So relaxing and she makes it feel like a spa visit even when Im there for massage therapy. I really like seeing Dr. Kamells sweet old dog, Tasha, around the office too. I tried going to at least 5 other massage therapy locations before Eastlake Chiro and this is the one for me!

Great massage care! I have found the staff to be courteous and communicative during every visit.3 stars because they mis-billed me for my insurance. When I brought the issue up to their office manager Sam, she reduced my bill but didn’t make it right. This ended up costing me $120. This is something other insurance patients should be aware of.Update: they made it right and I updated their score.

I’ve been going to Chiropractors for almost 40 years. I’ve experienced all sorts, and I love that Eastlake looks to solve my issue without recommending that I come back over and over again. Also, they are super knowledgeable and have given me advice on how to treat other ailments such as Achilles tendinitis without the need for laser, acupuncture, or other additional services.

Dr. Calvin is the man. Cares about his patients, taking time to understand your issues and doesn’t try to over-treat you to make an extra buck. Have been to several chiropractors in the past and he is the only one I would recommend.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Calvin on and off for the past 8 years for periodic neck pain. I had been to a handful of other chiropractors before and he is by far the best. He doesn’t push you to come in for more adjustments than you need, which I think is refreshing in this field. The other places I went had me thinking I needed two adjustments a week for months but Dr. Calvin had me feeling great in only a few sessions with instructions to come back if needed for tune ups. He also manipulates the muscles in the trouble areas of my neck before adjusting it. This seems to help the adjustment stick, at least for me. Plus it provides instant relief from my tension headaches! He also recommended stretches and other things to do at home to help prolong the effects of the adjustments. If I’m having an especially bad bout of headaches, I’ll schedule an adjustment followed by a massage, which is THE BEST. I can’t recommend Eastlake Chiropractic enough!

Dr Calvin is my go to whenever my neck, shoulder, and or sciatica are out of whack. He gets me in and gets me out. Sometimes my pain level is at a 10 when I go in. I can’t move my neck, cough or laugh without pain but after the adjustment, give it a day or two and I’m back to no complaints with fluid motion. I’ve been a patient for the past 2 years. He’s helped with aftercare for a biking accident, vehicle accident and daily general mobility. He does it all! Knowledgeable and personable. I also appreciate that he encourages you to keep moving. I’ve had another trusted chiropractor for years; but when she’s away, I rely on Calvin at Eastlake, with the same stellar approach! No gadgetry (though he’ll use it if preferred); just lazer-like, precise manipulation, guided by my toleration for pressure. Lovely!This time, I’d done something immobilizing to my mid back. Barely able to stand for long, let alone walk, I was spasming unpredictably. Calvin’s grasp of what he is doing, and ability to be gentle while getting right to the problem was genius. He got the area to move the 1st time, despite a good deal of swelling. Strong enough to move sticky areas easily, he is pure gold. Call before the appointment to confirm that they take my insurance. They confirmed and scheduled me an appointment. Later on, I got mail from them, that I need to pay full price as the masseuse that they told me previously, take my insurance, doesnt take all of a sudden. When complain, they said that they have a note that I was Ok with that. Totally tricked me, playing on the old insurance trick.

Best neck adjustment I had in years.

I went in there and was bothered by the receptionist either not wearing her mask, or didnt cover her nose while wearing the mask. Felt uncomfortable there.

The staff here, to a person, are absolutely fantastic and so helpful and responsive to clients needs. Chiropractic care and massage has helped me so much, and the staff here are truly skilled and very professional at what they do. They offer a very personalized approach and really make you feel cared for. Id recommend this place to anyone, and have referred many friends and family members!

Years ago I had been hiking and when I went to get out of my car I could hardly twist and walk I was miserable and of course this was on a Friday. I didn’t bother going to an ER as I know I would’ve been told to take some pain medication and ice the area and just wait for it to resolve itself. This office has Saturday hours so I went down and got seen by Dr. Calvin M. and swear he was a miracle worker! It took several adjustments that following week but I was up and running and in very little pain. I now go for periodic tuneup appointments for my back and/ or neck. And, another caveat is if you call you’ll talk to a real person and not be put on some obstructionistic telephone tree .

I am a long time user of Eastlake Chiro for chiropractic and massage services. High quality services, great staff, timely, friendly dog, free parking, and they get me in when I need it. I play a lot of volleyball and maintain my neck with adjustments and keep my spine aligned so not to create chronic conditions. They are part of my health maintenance.

The wifes back was tweaked and we were set to get on an airplane the next day. Found Eastlake via Google, the reviews were spot on. They fit her in the same day, her back was better by take off. Shes been back since for a couple of adjustments, and shes still very happy.

Im always well cared for and get along well with all his staff. I now work in Bellevue at Overlaps Medical Tower, but still make the drive across Lk Washington to see him.

Dr. Calvin is excellent! He has put me back together multiple times over the past five years! Their massage therapist are also excellent!

I go to Dr. Kamel each month to have an adjustment and to get a therapeutic massage while Im there. Although retired, I have a part-time job that can get pretty stressful at times so the care I receive from Eastlake Chiropractic has been extremely helpful in getting the knots and painful areas worked out of my body.
