One of my favorite businesses on the Hill. Great prices, great location, awesome staff. The best place to go for groceries if you want a warm environment and you don’t want to part with all your money.

Amazing organic snacks. It was my first time in this store and found very tasty snacks that are healthy. Also if you like the coffe with chocolate beans from Starbucks like I do. They have a larger container that it only costs $4.85. Thats like 4 or 5 packages of the other beans for a third of the price. Definitely going back to try more organic products

Love the selection and prices. The staff all seem to have a great delivery of customer service. Last time I was there, an elderly woman asked a staff member stocking a shelf where to find an item that wasnt in our aisle. She got up and took the customer to where she could find what she needed.

I love Trader Joe’s, but this location always seems to have inventory problems, they seem to be out of about 1/4 of my shopping list every time I go.I’ve tried going different days of the week to avoid surges but it doesn’t seem to matter. Ended up not going here anymore since it takes too much time going to two different stores for groceries

Who doesnt love trader Joes? Me and all my friends do. Customer service is always great as far as finding a product or simply needing a hand carrying a case of water or something to the car. Employees are always kind and courteous and they never seem to be short on receptionist at the registers.

Great little store to poke in and grab some grub, flowers, or paper towels. Wine, kombucha, and all sorts of other things. Usually a little busy but the lines are usually short waits.

As recommended I went in there around 2 pm and parking was easy and I was in and out in 35 minutes with my usual things.

I had a pleasant experience shopping here for the 1st time and the employees were super friendly. Gorgeous, healthy looking produce and flowers. I found just about everything I needed except laundry detergent. I mustve overlooked it.

This team is super helpful. I came right before close and they were kind, I didnt feel rushed, and they were even super nice to the people who came after close when they had to turn them away. Ill definitely be returning.

First, you have to park in the parking garage which is SMALL. If you have a big vehicle, good luck lol.Then when you walk up to the elevator, theres a sign that says If you can, please use the stairs Well, I was fine with that so I walked over to the stairs. I started to go down and then noticed it was a quite few floors and I dont like being alone in staircases. I lived in Vegas for 15 years and people would hangout in them when they were up to no good. I freaked out and went to open the door and it was locked! I couldnt go back up and to the elevators. Talk about a panic attack. I had no choice to go all the way down the stairs. It takes you out to the street. Not even inside the store.Being freaked out about the situation, I wanted to talk to a manager about the door locking but I decided to let it go and try to shop.Once I was done shopping, I went to the elevator to go back up the to garage. lol. Being new to this city, I have a lot to get use to. Anxiety and all.

One of the busiest locations for Trader Joes. If youre not familiar with this chain they offer a good mix of produce at a very reasonable Le rate. This Madison location also offers parking dedicated for its customers.However it does get busy so plan accordingly. Parking is tight. If you live near by and able to walk your groceries home then go out for a nice walk instead of risking the headache and stress of parking in tight spaces.The staff as always are awesome and helpful.Wayne youre here take your time to explore and get the things you need and want to try. They have it all from fresh organic produce to quality grade meats, dairy, and the ever important snack aisle! Most items are branded as Trader Joes so dont be dissuaded. It is quality product.

1st bad experience Ive had there. I ordered a half and half pizza and they charged my 40plus dollars for it. One half was veggie, the other half was pepperoni, onion and jalapeno. It was about 30 jalapeno slices thrown on top, not even in the pizza itself. I know they can do better because they have. Ill Chang my rating next time I go

You can get lots of great things here. Alcohol is reasonable. The plants are the best. My favorite is the crispy chocolate chip cookies!! To die for!! Ill sit and eat thr whole plastic canister if I dont stop myself. They are perfect size for kids.

Typical Trader Joes, parking is rough here but isnt it at most of their stores. Staff are friendly and helpful and they usually are pretty well stocked.

Josephs, is amazing. Anyone who thinks otherwise is plain wrong.People ask me what I do when Im feeling down. I go to trader Joes. In all seriousness, I go to Josephs.I go to trader Joes because I know they are going to lift me up. The employees; heaven sent!And when they asked me at the cash register, how are you doing? , I will actually tell them Im not well. And then theyll give me a look of empathetic understanding, shrug their shoulders, and respond with well, we have Biscottis. And my day just gets better from there.

I really love Trader Joes! This is a smaller location than some of the others I have been to, but I can still find those things that are my favorites. I live across the street from this location so I really cant complain. The only issue I have ever had with a Trader Joes is that sometimes they get you hooked on an item and some time down the road they discontinue it. I understand the reason for it, got to have a fresh vibe and such but when I like something I dont like the disruption of it Not being there anymore. Especially when they are the only ones carrying those items. I do like the rotating beer selection though.

I have been to trader joes Maybe three times in my life but, the time I went wasnt not a good experience because they thouth i was gonna steal and where following me around the store or maybe because I was black I dont know but Ill give them a four point star rating.

Free parking and decent inventory.

It’s hard not to love TJ’s. The variety and quality is always amazing and I like that they stay in season with their produce and it challenges me to try new things. Sundays are sometimes a hit or miss to find everything in stock, but usually someone can help you find it in the back or suggests an alternative.

Trader Joes is always a fun stop for my wife and I. This was no exception.

Tidy, staff friendly and helpful store just like all other TJs Ive visited. Just a heads up, due to the pandemic expect to wait in line, BUT know the line moves fairly quickly. So if you see the line building up near the entrance of the parking garage youll be fine. From the garage entrance its about a 8-10 min wait on average. I like the fact that theyre actually monitoring the amount of people coming in during this time. Thanks Trader Joes.

Trader Joes is an excellent store if you want to spend money on frozen food and some organics and American style international cuisine. Some things they dont have like a box of instant rice they do have rice but its the regular longer cooking time version in a bag. Dont know why the supermarket industry allows rice and beans in easily rippable bags and it makes a hell of a mess on the floor. I think a jar or maybe a cardboard box would work better.

Well maintained Trader Joes that is always clean, well staffed, and well stocked. Its typically busy on the weekends so plan accordingly.

Even with the restricted capacity, the lines move very quickly from outside to in. Staff is friendly and helpful, plus I was given free flowers on Valentine’s Day! Only being a 5 minute walk from my apartment makes this my grocery store of choice.

This is one of the smaller Trader Joes locations but they have most everything you need. The employees are very helpful. They keep the number of people in the store under control so you feel Covid safe while shopping. I really miss the coffee and food samples but hopefully they will be back someday when we are past this crazy time.

Trader Joes is a quality store with products that no other store offers. The store provides seasonal fresh products and also preserved products are provided to make it through the season ...when the product is not offered seasonal fresh. The store is very clean and presents a fun atmosphere to shop.The staff is friendly and is very helpful and happy to assist. I cant help but notice the extra steps taken to help in the prevention of spreading the virus of today...A+.Okay , these are expectations and goals that all Trader Joes have.Where this store fell short is the location, where it is very accessible for the local neighborhood and visitors, however it is not an easy access for any type of emergency response team .

Trader Joes is a quality store with products. The store provides seasonal and organic fresh products and the store is very clean and presents a fun atmosphere to shop.This is our 3rd time visit in the store and I felt that one staff member was discriminating towards us (me and my husband). For no reason she was acting rude to both of us and our cashier he was polite she came and offered help to our cashier but then told us to stay little away from her. That was rude and also I foundthis store fell short is the location.

The stairwell to go back down to the parking garage isnt accessible for reentry. Can only be used to go to.the store

I mean, its trader Joes.The parking lot is always a bit of an adventure during pedestrian shopping hours (5-8pm week days, most of the day Sunday) generally kept well stocked except late on a Sunday.Love me some ready to eat means and free samples.
