Absolute trash customer service. The only company even close to as bad as Aetna is Comcast. No customer care representatives know any information, they put me on hold for lengthy amounts of time, hung up on me, transferred me to other people that knew even less. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

If you want your child to see a pediatric dentist as a primary care without referral, dont use Aetna Dental. It is obvious that bottom line is most important to this greed-infested corporation.
