I visited this clinic yesterday to establish care with Dr. Stephen Drasnin. He, and all the staff there, were professional and courteous. They saw me on time, answered all my questions and referred me when necessary. I will be returning!

I honestly do not understand the negative reviews of this clinic. I have been going here for urgent care and primary care for years and I absolutely love them. The staff is always pleasant and always answers my questions. The physicians are wonderful and the wait times are usually very short. The walk-in clinic is also very convenient if I ever need non-urgent care and do not have an appointment.

Unethical practices, these doctors are more concerned about money than they are with their patients health. As for their billing practices, they are scamming insurance companies left and right.

Thought Id share my experience since there are so many negative reviews. Ive only ever seen Cloutier and I think she is knowledgeable and caring. Ive been coming to this clinic for a few years now and have never had any problems with making appointments over the phone, the front desk or billing my insurance.

I love my Doctor and all of the Docs I’ve seen here. I decided to leave a review when I realized that this place only had a one star????? What the heck? That’s really shocking to me because I’ve been coming here for years and I absolutely love the care I receive here. Thank you everyone, you guys rock!

I love this place. Came for prompt care (upstairs) a few times and ended up making Franciscan (downstairs) my primary care provider. I dont understand why there is only 1 star so far. Really short wait times and personable service. I think Dr. Woo is awesome! Im sorry for the other users poor experience, but I dont think have a primary care provider that you can never get in to see does any good. Thats another reason I switched to Franciscan!

They told me my insurance was accepted. It was, but it barely covered any of the expenses. They will say anything to get you through the door. Very untrustworthy for a religious based care clinic. I instructed the physician (Lincoln Smith) that my upper ankle had been injured and insisted that if any damage had occurred it would be in my ankle. He proceed to take x-rays of the top of my foot where there was no inflammation or pain and totally looked my ankle over.... until it was time to double bill me by sending me all the way back do to the x-ray lab to get another set of x-rays for my obviously injured ankle that only a true quack would have not looked at first since it had a hole in it and was obviously damaged...unlike the perfectly fine top of my foot. He didnt listen to me and I am convinced handled this injury this way to double bill me, which they did. I was billed in every way possible twice since they had to separately send me to the lab two times because of his incompetence and unwillingness to shut-up and listen to his patient. So now Im left with twice the bill that my pretty decent insurance that is accepted everywhere else wont pay it.... likely because the insurance company knows this whole organization is a bad joke. Also, my ankle was fine. Just had to stay off it for a week. Which he didnt even recommend I do. They just threw me out the door after they robbed me.Also, front desk staff was terrible. They did not make me feel welcome.

Steven Woo was my doctor and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a hospital. I guess that is why I was able to call and get it scheduled for the same day.Im 28 years old and had higher blood pressure when I went in that day (checked the following day and it was 120 over 85). He said that it was close to stroke levels #s. He prescribed me blood pressure medicine and a relaxant. He did all of this without asking me a single question about my lifestyle choices (diet, exercise, drink/smoke?) or if I have any stress going on in my life.He was unprofessional, not personable, seemed rushed, didnt ask questions or recommend alternatives besides just writing me a subscription and getting me out the door. Pretty much the last thing you want from a family practice doc. Never again

This review is for Franciscan Family Medicine, not urgent care. I started feeling pain under right rib in October 2016.After seeing one walk in doctor at different clinic, who said it was gastritis, I went to seek second opinion at Franciscan Health. Dr. Woo said it looks more like a gallbladder, took some tests and send me to ultrasound. In a few days when ultrasound results were ready, I receive a call from Dr.Woo and he said that I have sludge in a gallbladder but he is not convinced its a cause of my pain, so he offered me two referral option: either a general surgeon or GI doctor. So I picked GI (who want to go to surgery?) . I went to GI at Franciscan Digestive care and he read ultrasound report and said that its probably not a gallbladder that is causing pain and told me I need endoscopy done to look at my stomach. So I couldnt afford it at the moment so I was waiting few month.Last week I finally got to see my regular doctor(she is very booked up so I can never see her when Im in pain) for annual check up. I mentioned to her problems I was having for a few month. She was concerned if it was my kidney because its bigger in size and only one. Next day she told me that on that ultrasound report it says I have kidney stone!Thats crazy that Dr. Woo never told me that. He needs to tell the patient no matter how small the information is so I can start preventative diet to not get stone growing! But non of Dr. Woo or Dr. Nader told me a have a stone! They both knew I have only one kidney, I put it on new patient form. They either dont know how to read 1 page report or they are careless!I think this is malpractice and you better not go there, especially Dr.Woo.

One of the most unprofessional clinics I have ever been to. My girlfriend went in for a routine examination and referral. Im going to go ahead and call out Dr. Woeng specifically here on not putting in ANY information into the system (it seems like it just slipped her mind, OOPSIE!) There seems to be next to 0 communication between them and the upstairs clinic (the one for women specifically) and a staff member called yesterday asking for my girlfriends info because I guess it still wasnt in. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CLINIC. Keep in mind that I have used free clinics, military, and VA clinics before and THEY are better?! Are you serious, honestly, good job at deterring this sweet girl from wanting to go to the doctors and reinforcing her mistrust in the industry. Seriously, BRAVO. I would give 0 stars if I could but I wanted to leave this review to call them out on their:- unprofessional behavior- information sharing- downright deplorable customer service.Oh dont let me forget that when she received unexpected results there was no explanation, no communication other than just oh hey this was different, k bieeeee 😜. I feel bad for whomever has to work with these people.Update: CHI F tried to blame our insurance, turns out our insurance had never received the referral... Kinda hard to approve a referral that never existed, isnt it, CHI Fransiscan? Keep in mind that we had tried to stay on top of this whole process, even asking the staff specifically to put in this referral multiple times. To reiterate: Unacceptable.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! I would give zero stars I could! They treated me so bad! Ive been having knee problems for a few weeks where my knee is visibly swollen (confirmed by awful doctor), hard to bend, walk upstairs and at the end of the night my whole thigh up to my hip is throbbing with pain. Dr Do. automatically assumed when she walked in that I was just there for pain killers. Without asking me any questions or bothering to check my family history. Told me she wouldnt give me narcotics - she doesnt work that way” but wouldnt look in my chart that says I DONT WANT THEM. So then I got defensive because she was clearly judging me without bothering to understand my needs. She then suggested the only thing she could prescribe me was prednisone which is also in my chart of history as something that does not work for me! I asked for a different anti-inflammatory to which she said there are none and challenged me to tell her other anti-inflammatory since I didnt want to take the one she was prescribing. I felt she walked in with prejudice and automatically assumed why I was there. No compassion or understanding. Why be a doctor if you don’t want to help people? Do not go to this clinic and if you feel you must - do not see Dr. Do!!!!**UPDATE: I want to paint a picture of who I am. Im an overweight 36 yr old wife of 15 years with three kids ages 8, 6, and 3 who works full time at the same job for over 12 years and have owned my own home for 8 years!!Predisone actually scares me. My brother had aplastic anemia and I saw what prednisone did to him. Im already overweight, so the doc wants to prescribe something that will make me bloat up like a balloon? AND if my idea of the medicine is completely wrong then as the doctor you should explain it to me, not challenge me to tell you a different one. WHAT IF I WAS ALLERGIC? Also - challenge accepted, doc!! I found a good doctor at Swedish to actually help me and she gave me a non-steroidal medicine which shouldnt make me gain weight and isnt a narcotic!

Summary: be wary seeing Dr. Stephen Woo.This clinic was near my work and I was very grateful they were able to make an appointment on short notice. I also had heard good things about nurse practitioner, Marty. I was having issues breathing and felt swelling/pain in my throat. I got an appointment for the same day with Dr. Woo. He diagnosed me with simply having large tonsils/tonsillitis and also tested for strep which was negative. I forget the type of medication he gave me and he sent me on my way. I voiced concern that I don’t believe it’s just tonsillitis and that the pain was pretty bad. I had a weird feeling the whole time seeing him. He dismissed my concern and told me to just try the medicine and take some over the counter pain medication. In the very early morning I woke up by choking and not being able to breathe. Went to the emergency at Overlake. Long story short the NP who first addressed me immediately knew I had a peritonsillar abscess and quickly called in a specialist - Dr. Pinczower to open my throat and remove it. I am so grateful to them.I should have made a serious formal complaint to the clinic but focusing on my health was more important to me at the time.I would strongly advise to not see Dr. Woo if you want quality care. As easy as it was getting my appointment, I ultimately paid for it in the end.
