I would never waste my time and energy to write a negative review but this one was necessary for the general masses.1) DR.DO = No go, especially if youre Vietnamese. Find a Vietnamese doctor who are cares about you or at least tries to pretend too.2) I switched my PCP to Dr. Neary and shes a solid doctor.3) Asked to speak to a manager and got the lead in this office instead.The lead literally said the front and back dont communicate with each other.( BIG RED FLAG) You will be scrutinized for THEIR lack of communication and lack of comprehension.4) Front desk staff will play phone games. Put you on hold, hang up, and when you ask for a manger you will get a lead instead. ( note i called on 3 phones just to pass the one lady playing phone games). Whats sad is the lady doesnt think i know when im being purposely left on hold. Oldest trick is the book when it comes to customer service. Try again...5) YOU SHOULD IDENTIFY YOURSELF IF YOU ARE IN A PROFESSIONAL SETTING.6) DISCLOSING PERSONAL INFORMATION WITHOUT VERIFYING SOMEONES IDENTITY IS A HUGE HIPPA VIOLATION.7) These people will say they understand you but will keep explaining to you of how the process of how things are done but wont take a second to really understand that all youre doing is following directions. Especially, when youve been through their process before.8) The reason this is written because im concerned someone who is more elderly, less tech savvy, and not as outspoken or as vocal as i am will be unwillingly subjected to this treatment, This is unacceptable behavior and for me is extremely worrisome.9) This is suppose to be an establishment where professionalism and healthcare should be priority, however ive never felt in my life that my health was a joke.10) I pray that these calls were on a monitored and recorded line because these calls need to be reviewed.I had to read the prior reviews to see if my experience was maybe an outlier sadly, not the case.This clinic overall has been decent however after my recent experience with the front end staff i had such distaste, im considering taking extra measures.Thank you for taking the time and reading my review.

Just the best service and care I could expect. Dr Britton and the staff are friendly, thorough and always there when I need them.

Update Summer 2020:Still enjoying my visits. Desk help is polite and never unkind. Nurses are also kind and never short or disrespectful. Still have good report with my doctor. Surprising to see the low reviews as Ive never been treated poorly in the office by any of the staff. Ive been a patient at this location for over 5 years now.Original post:I enjoy my visits with my doctor, Dr. Britton. Front desk folks are polite and answered questions without issue. Had an issue with their online customer service answering questions about charges but was an insurance issue not office issue.

Im a 30 year old active male who went in to the clinic for chest pain. Next thing i know, these guys charged me 7000.00 dollars for a 3 hour visit. Their reason was that i was exhibiting heart attack symptoms. After talking to some other doctors, i basically had a 0 % chance of a heart attack. COMPLETE money grab. They tried to give me IV, so when i asked why their response was maybe youll need it for a scan that we might do later today ??????? Good service though, i didnt meet any rude people, they are a bit robotic and money hungry. They really dont care about your health, the reason they even care is because its their job

I love this place! Everyone is so incredibly sweet and you can tell they genuinely care! I recommend 100 percent I have Dr. Doo and she is so sweet and loving do not Hesitate to come here!

People at the front desk were all rude and unkind. Had a feeling they had an aura like they were better than everyone that came through the door, and also the doctor was a little unprofessional as far as everything from treating my mother and and running around to say that she had to see other patients when we wasnt that late, but the nurse was okay. We are not coming back here when they clearly dont care. Never seen anything like this place before. Not recommended at all.

I have seen Dr. Neary and Dr. Ngo and they were both great. Very kind and practical. It’s easy to get an appointment and they get you in quickly once you arrive. Highly recommend.

The staff and nurses are wonderful. However the doctors are a hit or miss. Dr Neary was great and friendly and listened to your concerns. She was organized and calm.Dr Do is absolutely dismissive of patients, a horrible doctor, only cares about ending her appointment on time for the next patient, seemed anxious, easily confused and if my insurance does not list her as PCP I would never have seen her a second time. Will be switching my PCP to a different doctor.If you have to find a Vietnamese doctor, please go somewhere else or try another doctor, Dr. Do does not care about you.

My family will not return to this location.First star!Let me just say that the front desk staff provided my family with the most respect.Second star!For a understanding doctor and for another nurse doing her job after the incident.My first visit went bad when the nurse treated my family with unkind service. Like disrespectful comments, cutting off my turn to talk, being very unreasonable and lazy.No calls from the property manager regarding these matters explained in complaint. Which led me to write a review about my experience. My family was disappointed with the service received and this location could use some training in customer service.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Britton for years I’m 20 so basically ever since I was born. She was great in the beginning but as a I got older she turns out to be more of a holistic and herbal medicine kind of Dr and that’s not what I wanted. I had been getting depo for about 5 years and didn’t know that after getting depo for about 3 years it causes joint problems. I had been complaining to her for about 2 years and she did nothing but tell me to walk more and exercise, till I went to see a new Dr and she told me that it can cause your bones to rub against each other so I switched birth controls that day. Then I also ask her to write me an updated ESA letter and she said she’d have to see me again in order for her to write one. And now I needed some papers from her to have my dog fly with me to Alaska and she said go ask your counselor and frankly she’s starting to feel like my school. Won’t help you with anything to actually help you even though Dr. Britton has written me prescriptions for Anxiety and Depression medications before but I have to see my counselor for then to fill out paperwork.

They tell you to come in 30 minutes to fill out 1 measly sheet of paper. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time them when the doctor did finally see me she said there was nothing she could do and she would refund me my copay, I get frustrated and say Im leaving then she changes her tune and writes me a script and says it will help but I cant get my copay back but she still cant help me only write a script. Still in pain, they waste your time and money. I should have heeded the reviews. The only redeeming thing is the nurses here

Dr. Ngo and her assistant are the best! They are both friendly and help to make your experience at the doctor as pleasant as possible. They also keep your out of pocket costs in mind while still giving you the best of care.
