Called to get a check-up appointment for my child as we already been there. Lady on the phone was absolutely useless. First she was trying to convince me we never been there and then was trying to convince me we only saw a male doctor. When we originally were seeing a female doctor. She said they don’t have records of that. Makes me doubt the professionalism of your clinic. Never going back.

Ive been going here for over 35 years and have always had excellent care. Even after moving 250 miles away, I still come to Ballard Family Medicine.

Have had multiple medical issues that didnt fall under urgent care but need to taken care of before the 6-8 weeks to make an appointment I was quoted for. Make you jump through a ton of hoops just to get in and unfortunately its the nearest Swedish campus near me and now I have to drive 15 mins to the nearest one.

Excellent care. Superior clinic management.
