Dr Falicov confidently diagnosed my hip problem by listening to my symptoms and carefully reading my X-ray. I had been wrestling with back pain for a year and thought I had spinal stenosis. Luckily, I sought professional advise from Dr Falicov who convinced me that the pain in my back was due to lack of cartilage in my hip joint. I am 6 weeks post-op from hip replacement and I can easily walk around the block with no pain once again. He was confident, professional, and so very optimistic through my whole experience with him. His #1 goal is to get his patients back to the life they led before pain. I am so very grateful to Dr Falicov and would highly recommend him to anyone with back or hip pain.

The best doctor in the USA hands down. He speaks five languages, including Mandarin. Medicine is not a science, its an art. I wouldnt let any other doctor do surgery on me. 98 percent of Dr. Falicovs spinal fusions are successful. Compare that to the industry standard of 70 percent!

Completely unreliable. He showed up an hour late to my discectomy surgery, it felt very rushed. I then spent the next two weeks in some of the worst pain of my life from the complete failure of the surgery. Afterward it was like they wanted nothing to do with me. Getting through to the office for follow ups was impossible. The assistant Rebecca would not answer for weeks at a time, and conveniently have excuses for it. After a few months they finally scheduled me a follow up mri. Few weeks later Todd looked at it and let me know I will need a new surgery but have to wait for Falicov to look at it after his vacation. It’s been about two months since I was supposed to hear from him. Can’t express enough how incompetent this whole 6+ month process has been. I highly recommend going elsewhere and wish that I had, for I am feeling no better than when I went to them originally.

Dr. Falicov is hands down the only surgeon I would allow to operate on my spine. I have undergone four neck surgeries he has always listen to my concerns and answered my questions no matter how long it took. I would recommend him to anyone and have.Prior to my last surgery my insurance company originally denied the surgery. His Administrative Assistant Rebecca talked me through the process, I received calls on the weekends and into the evening to keep me up with were things were at in the process. She was an angel during the whole time

Dr. Falicov is a 10 star in my book. Incredible surgeon. He has now done two artificial disks in my neck. #6#5. Incredibly fast recovery time. I was Snow Sking, playing soccer and enjoying life again only 21 days after surgery. Dr. Falicov and Todd Kreps are the best. Thank you and to your whole team.

Dr. Falicov is one of the finest surgeons I have encountered. He is not only personable, but takes all other avenues before surgery. He is a very positive physician and makes the patient feel like they are in good care, which they are. If you are considering surgery with another it is worth a second opinion from Dr. Falicov as he sees things others may not necessarily see and is very upfront about needing surgery or alternative methods of treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Alexis Falicov.

Dr. Falikov was excellent. His Dr.s assistant Amanda however, made me feel as if my insurance is / was inferior to the rest of Dr. Falikovs patients. For my initial appointment, I was called back to see the Dr. 45 minutes passed my appointment time while other, multiple patients whom had appointment times after mine were called back prior to me. When my follow up appointment was requested to be rescheduled (which I had no problem with) due to the doc needing to be in surgery, Amanda rescheduled my appointment at a location that I had not been to previously and did not know I was scheduled at this other location. When I was finally able to see the doc for my follow up appointment (at the correct location), again, I was called back 15 minutes passed my appointment time while again, other patients were called back prior to me. When I finally conveyed my concerns & stated that I would be obtaining a new Dr., not so much as an apology was communicated. Rudely, I received an ok as she stormed out of the room. All of my bills have been paid, my insurance is top notch, so I have no idea why I was treated with such disregard. I have never felt so small in my life and I will communicate to every one of my healthcare professionals about my experience with Dr. Falikovs assistant.

I am walking because of Dr. Falicov. I have also had top notch doctors and imagers who have misdiagnosed me. It happens. But when Dr. Falicov has to go over reports, imaging and make sure, yes, you will get pushed back. You will get pushed back for emergencies. It takes about a month wait to see him. He will get the job done correctly. Before my first surgery I researched orthopedic surgeons for a month before deciding on Falicov. Then my daughter discovered that he was named a top Orthopedic surgeon for Seattle. I sat next to people who had come in from Idaho to see him. I have sat next to people with big thick folders who have been in agony for years. In 2011 I could not walk. No one could tell me why. Falicov said I needed surgery and he sat down and carefully explained why because he doesnt do surgery if you dont need it. In 2016 he was named again top orthopedic surgeon and I couldnt walk. I had bruised my knee and it would just take a long time to heal. I had a 90% tear on my ACL that others had missed. Falicov did not. I can walk now. I can work now. Important to me.And his assistant Rebecca is great and has always returned my calls.
