Im very grateful for having been referred to Dr. Zook. She is a doctor of great kindness, compassion and thorough workings. She is one of depth, as she made us aware of health concerns many other doctors had overlooked. To have someone like her working to help us has been most pleasing, as we appreciate everything she does and works for. Not to mention, her staff and office environment is quite commendable. Upon walking in, one is greeted with such warm and welcoming individuals. People of whom are truly there to help, with passion for what they do and who they work for.

I have seen doctor Zook for 6 years now. She is usually punctual and advices in the best interest of patient long term.

I have been there twice and they have told me multiple times they will fill my prescription and haven’t. Otherwise my experience was great, but I could really use my prescriptions.

$400 prescription and $100 out of pocket for a visit while in-networkI am not entirely sure how this dermatology managed to do it (given my experience with a different in-network professional), but they managed to.I got prescribed a medicine my insurance didnt want to cover and got charged for a visit my insurance didnt want to pay for.Maybe this clinic did everything right and I got rightfully charged while the other one did everything wrong and I didnt, but, well... as a person I prefer an insurance to pay for such expenses or at least know they wont cover a doctor visit beforehand.

Honestly, every time I have been here my experience has been wonderful and I have already recommended to several friends. Dr. Zook has been very helpful with a range of concerns I have had and is very good about discussing treatment options according to what I feel comfortable with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell she is a leader in her field. Five stars.

I have followed Dr. Zook from her prior practice to Spectrum. I am more than completely satisfied with her care. She knows my dermatological needs and couples exams with care, easy conversation and a positive approach. Her staff are equally caring. I dont understand the negative reviews about staff, as I have always had a positive experience. Added bonus: free parking in the garage in her building!

Really disappointed with this place. They never ever pick up the phone. Neither do they return your calls! I made an appointment online with them, but then they called and left me a voice message and said my appointment is not final yet and they need some more information. I called them back several times, but they never picked up the phone.

Dr. Zook is kind, empathetic, and gentle. After dealing with a skin issue for months, she had me almost completely healed in 2 days. I was misdiagnosed previously and was hesitant to try another doctor. She was worth taking the chance on.

I had a horrible experience with this office staff and doctor, definitely the worst I have ever experienced. Though the recommending physician called the office numerous times neither she nor I was ever able to get a definite answer to our questions. After finally getting through to make an appointment apparently the office staff did not enter it into the calendar and after a month of waiting in pain, I called to confirm the appointment and found that they had not made it. Though voicing my complaint, no follow up call was ever made or any apology ever offered.

Dr. Zook is fabulous! Shes been treating me (52) and my teenage son (17) for 2 years now and we love her care and approach. Calm, friendly, wont suggest anything unnecessary or try to sell you services beyond what you need. She listens and takes her time with you. Staff is great! We will stay with her indefinitely. Go see her.

Dr. Zook is the best dermatologist Ive been treated by. Shes very knowledgeable, but she also takes the time to listen to symptoms or concerns. Staff was friendly. Great view of the city from the waiting room. A good visit in my book.

Medical assistant was not pleasant or friendly at check in or for the appointment. I was also told that consultation fee would be applied to a procedure, which it was not. Barely noticed a difference with the Botox injected. Cold and uninviting clinic- much like the people there! Wont be back!

A pretty terrible service experience. The staff is unhelpful with check in and scheduling. The office leaves me with a feeling like I’m going to get ripped off in some way.
