Ive had a skin issue that has confounded multiple doctors - Dr. Berger for to the bottom of it, and found small cancerous mole, to boot. Ive been coming here for 2+ years and have always found the the entire staff friendly, courteous, compassionate and, above all, knowledgeable. I appreciate the whole clinic.

I was hoping for a great experience with this office based on the reviews here. Unfortunately, I’ve had two interactions that have motivated me to leave a one-star rating.I have had one appointment at this office. Overall, it was pleasant. The staff were helpful and it is very clean and welcoming. I saw Rebecca Patton for my appointment. I was only with her for somewhere between five and ten minutes. I felt rushed to express my skin concerns before she left as she didn’t ask me many questions to get to the bottom of my reasons for being there and I got the sense that she was trying to keep our appointment brief. She quickly prescribed a medication, but didn’t go into detail about any of the possible complications, so I asked a few questions to clarify the risk. I assumed that maybe she was just having a busy day and wrote it off as such.Today I called because I woke up with a skin reaction, presumably to the medication I’d been prescribed by Rebecca. I called around 10 am and was transferred to a medical assistant who told me they would call me back and asked me to email in some pictures of the reaction. I sent the email and waited. Since the office closes at 4 pm, I called again at 3:30 pm and left a message asking to get a call back. I received a call from the front desk staff about ten minutes later confirming that I would receive a call shortly. I never did. I ended up having to contact my primary care provider and try to understand what was going on. Although the staff is very friendly, this was clearly a significant oversight if a patient is communicating a possible allergic reaction to a potent medication and they never receive a call back. Concerning to say the least.

It’s a good clinic in general but would recommend checking other options first.I had a few visits at this clinic to see doctor Berger. Every time I was there I felt rushed during the appointment.I had skin related issues. A couple of those issues we were able to resolve with a cream or treatment. The other issues I had, the doctor didn’t have an idea and just asked me to give them some time to heal. They got worse and I went to another doctor that diagnosed me right away and gave me a solution that healed my skin in a few days. The office is all white and nice. The staff is welcoming but I wouldn’t recommend them as the best expertise in the area. They also scheduled me for an appointment I don’t remember then ended up charging me a no-show fee. I called and asked to waive that but they found an excuse to not to. You can easily tell when a clinic is willing to keep their customers happy or not.

I have had an awful skin problem for a few months and the waits at other dermatologists were months. I only had to wait about 10 days. Its a Really beautiful office and completely professional with a zero wait. Dr Patton is extremely caring and thorough. Her staff is the same. This is really the best choice in Seattle for a dermatologist. I would rate them 10 stars if i could

Beautiful office, friendly and welcoming staff, and almost zero wait time. I felt comfortable and cared for the whole process. Use of ipads instead of paper or computers was really nice since Im so tired of filling out forms on forms every time I visit a new doctor! Would highly recommend Rebecca and Arboretum Dermatology!

Dr. Berger was very nice and attentive, and the juvederm Rebecca Patton, her PA injected was by far the most natural placement I’ve had. Only a day out and I’m barely swollen at all, amazing! Not to mention, her new office is just gorgeous. Would highly recommend!!
