I had a good experience with Dr. Clemenz. Ive had the same rash for the last year and saw a different doctor several months back and the treatment didnt work. After seeing Dr. Clemenz just two weeks ago, my rash is completely gone. What a relief! She and her staff were very courteous and I felt like I was heard.

Dr. Clemenz was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and confident by the time I left my appointment. I would highly recommend anyone with acne, or any skin condition to see her. Also, her staff was very friendly and easy to talk to!

Dr. Clemenz was not particularly helpful or kind during our interactions. She spoke down to me when I asked if the esthetician could see me that day and told me something like, “like me, she’s very busy and couldn’t possibly do a consultation today”. But, I’m busy, too and no one’s time is more important than anyone else’s. But, now I have to come back for a 10 minute consultation. Wouldn’t the better customer experience be to make sure someone was available for basic questions if you’re going to recommend those treatments? I wanted to know the cost, that’s it. Anyway, I found this interaction to be quite disappointing.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Clemenz in terms of our personal interactions...but I left unsatisfied with the aesthetics of my mole biopsy site. It was an expensive biopsy (over $500) and when I said that I felt a piece remained, she was somewhat dismissive. Now I either have to schedule a second mole removal or live with it, neither of which make me particularly happy.
