Was seen by Ashley at the Renton location. She is very nice and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding my treatment. All the staff that I interacted with are very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Ashley 👍

Let a woman walk in with her nose hanging out of her mask check in and sit down. Waited, nobody said anything, when I spoke to the receptionists they acted like they didnt even know it happened. The woman working on my face had long fake nails, (which means sterile gloves are not going to protect you from contamination), and a staff member walked into an already filled elevator which is against the health directives. Do not recommend.

My doctor is Dr Lamel and truly love how she has taken care of me. My low review is really for her staff. I have been prescribed a drug which needs an annualPre authorization and every time I call and ask them to send it… no one responds on email or callls To let me know it has been done. The only way I find out is because the pharmacy won’t approve the medication. Dr Lamel should change her team to one that is more professional… it ruins the whole experience of being treated there. Currently I have had 3 emails and 3 phone calls go unanswered and just ignored . The reception team has had to take the brunt of my frustration when it is totally not their fault . So in conclusion, Dr Lamel and the reception. Team get a 5 star rating….. Dr Lamel’s Support staff is right now a big fat _5!

Had a virtual appointment with a dermatologist (you must pay before hand) which cost just a bit short of $200. Only to be seen for about 3 minutes and told to just upload my pictures of concern to their app. No communication what so ever after that, no follow up calls.

Dr Jacobson is excellent. She has a gentle touch so procedures are painless. She removed a basal cell carcinoma very close to my lower lash line and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The staff was friendly as well.

My appointment was a complete waste of time. They just didnt care, she was on her phone. Didnt discuss options or potential diagnosis. Didnt provide me with any follow up information or write anything down for me to research regarding my concerns. I discussed another concern that was completely ignored and disregarded. I wasnt valued as a patient - they couldve cared less. I felt my concerns were disregarded and not taken seriously. I would feel highly uncomfortable returning - never going back or recommending this to anyone. Not dark skinned POC friendly at all.

I scheduled a new patient appointment online for September. I got a phone call on Monday but wasn’t available as I was working. A Voicemail was left saying they needed to collect 100 dollars before my appointment! And before I could call back 30 min after the phone call they cancelled my appointment!! Not sure what that was about but definitely not going there.

Dr. Lamel is excellent, and I always feel comfortable with her for yearly skin check ups! She’s also removed a mole for me which was a seamless experience.

BEWARE OF SURPRISE BILLS! I received a bill for hundreds of dollars a couple weeks after a simple visit which I paid, then two months later got another bill for hundreds of dollars more. When I called they told me it was a separate procedure that must be billed differently, and that I also got charged extra for counseling about a scar. Absolutely unbelievable.

Extremely dishonest and take advantage of people. I was referred here by my primary care physician to get a wart removed. Scheduling was easy and everyone was really friendly. The doctor saw me quickly and proceeded to freeze off the wart. Then he asked if there were any other warts and I pointed to a small one my thumb that Ive had for years and its never spread. He said to freeze it off because it did, and he did. When I received the bill, I was surprised at how much it was, almost $400 for 5 minutes worth of work, and then was after the network discount. I called the billing office and was told that since the 2 warts were in different places on my body, they were listed as 2 separate charges. I asked if anything could be done since I am losing my job, and she said the doctor could decide to code it differently. I never received a call back. I finally just paid the bill because I didnt want collections on me. Dont go here but if you have to, dont make my mistake and ask them how much it will cost before you agree to anything. Its sad that you have to do that, but these people will rob you.

I had a virtual visit that went fine, but received zero follow up. Prescriptions not submitted to my pharmacy, no info on diagnosis. Ive called and spoken to people or left messages 2 or 3 times, and its been 2.5 weeks. Without follow up, all I got was a nice chat with a doc!

The office was very difficult to work with. Communication was non-existent. They do not return patient or pharmacy calls so refills were exceedingly difficult. They double billed on several occasions. Results were minimal and they kept suggestion the same thing for several years despite lackluster results.

I love coming to Pacific Dermatology and Cosmetic Center to see Cheryl Hardy. She is The Best laser specialist that worked on my skin. Her technical skills and knowledge are outstanding. Everyone who went to dermatologist office would agree that the overall experience and results are directly related to the provider’s professional expertise. I really hope that she will never retire from the practice because I would not know what to do.

Have been seeing Andrea English PA-C for several years. She is just wonderful to work with. Very friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend her and her team!

After seeing two other dermatologists, a neurologist, and two general practice doctors, no kidding, the doc at Pacific Dermatology identified my skin condition in 60 seconds. I wanted to jump for joy. Knowing what I have, and having someone give credence to constant infuriating itching, was fantastic. Unfortunately there isn’t a silver bullet cure but I at least I now know what to try in order to find a solution. Best of all, there do seem to be solutions. Hooray!

First time patient. Could not have been more pleased with the total experience. Was very warmly greeted by Ariel. Check-in was quick since I had pre-registered online. Only waited few minutes before Jaclyn walked me to the room and covered my needs and what the examination entails. Dr. Sonia Lamel was friendly, took her time doing the screening while discussing causes and treatments for adult acne and overall skin health. There was no pushing to sell products. Ariel introduced me to skin cleanser, sunscreen for active (sweatie) use and a moisturizer. Made sense. Worth trying see if get better results. Cost was reasonable considering, not out of line and glad could use my tax free employee medical savings account. This will be my new normal yearly checkup. Easy to do as part of my Christmas birthday routine. I feel confident recommending Pacific Dermatology.

Trying to schedule an appointment through a referral from the PCP. Referral was sent out late August. I called in September, twice in October, November, twice in December. Each time I was told something was under review and it would take up to a month, and that I would receive a call back. I never got a call back. No accountability or responsibility. Actually, to put more insult to injury, when I called in December I was told they were booking out till March. Why did they not mention that in the first place and put me in an unnecessary hold for 4 months? At least the receptionist is kind, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cosmetic dermatology needs. I go here for all my treatments, including Botox, laser hair removal, lip injections, and soon I’ll be getting micro needling done. I typically see Dr. Miguel at the Renton office, but went to Seattle this time because it’s the location that performs micro needling. I loved Dr. Lamel and the nurse that helped me. I was prescribed pre-treatments to get the most out of micro needling and I’m so excited to continue working with Dr. Lamel!

Swift, friendly & to-the-point professional.

The doctors are thorough and have really great bedside manner. Ive seen then twice, once for a facial skin medical issue and went back because they rocked the first time. The medical assistants are also pleasant and thorough, and the front desk is very friendly. Ive already recommended them to friends, Im an RN and love encouraging my friends and family to keep their preventative care up to date. Cheers to Pacific Dermatology, excellent experiences.

I called to make an appointment (I called on Tuesday morning) and the woman who answered was super rude. She clearly sounded unhappy with her job.This clinic is partner with my insurance and is the closest to me. But I rather to drive further, to another clinic, and be treated with respect than deal with that woman again.

Poor appointment management.Been there 20 minutes prior to appointment and left without meeting with doctor after half an hour of appointment time.Extremely disappointed.

The two nurses and the doctor that performed my procedure were all above and beyond kind and comforting. I’ve never had stitches or even a tooth pulled by the dentist. They were very accommodating and overall fantastic. Thank you!

I feel so blessed to have had an appointment today with the Pacific team. I was treated so well and I was so relieved to be given the attention by such competent professionals. I drove over 3 hours in order to get a reliable examination from the very credentialed and exemplary Dr. Lamel. I have more treatments to follow, but my nerves are at rest after my experience today.

My experience with Pacific Dermatology in Seattle has been absolutely stellar! The staff is really in tune with their patients, they are not just there to sell you something, they genuinely want you to achieve the results YOU want. I find everyone from the moment you walk in the door to be smiling, friendly and personable. The only down fall I have to say is the wait time in the lobby is a little on the longer side, HOWEVER, I believe this is because when it comes to in room, one-on-one conversations never have I felt the feeling of being rushed. So I still leave 5-stars because as a patient I want the time to discuss with the doctor all my questions, comments and concerns and if that means I have to wait a little bit longer because someone else wants the same thing from their practitioner than so be it! Highly recommend Pacific Dermatology for all your aesthetic needs, you will not regret it!

Fantastic service. The doctor and nurse gave great explanations of how the procedure would go, the healing process and what to expect with the final results would become. I felt confident the whole time. The procedure was quick, not very painful and easy to recover from. My results are very good with very visible reduction in the appearance of cellulite. I am very happy I did the procedure and would encourage others to trust it also.

Dr Andrea was wonderful and found basal cell carcinoma on my face. Dr Reichel and nurse Kim were wonderful in my Mohs procedure to remove the skin cancer. I highly recommend this office for the level of professionalism, clean bright space, and location.

I would give Dr. Sonia Lamel five stars even more if I could. I am very much appreciated Dr. Sonia Lamel. When I saw her, she carefully listened to me, answered all of my questions. Most important, her diagnosis was so accurate, the prescription she gave to me worked very well. Two weeks after I visited her, my issue was 100% fixed! I strongly recommend Dr. Lamel to the other patient!

I wasted $5,000 on Cellfina. I was given the pamphlet version of the miracles that would take place. Forget the brochure of the woman in a skimpy dress going out to dinner afterward. Its a lie. After being given pain medication, I was told the doctor would be able to start the procedure early and to call my fiance for an early pickup. He wound up waiting even longer than the regular plan. The doctor walked in 45 mins. late, with the med wearing off, she starts at it and even hits some areas that were not numbed causing me to scream. Once she left, the nurses bandaged me from my bottom to my lower back leg to catch the fluid and blood. I spent three days in pain barely able to touch the toilet seat. Before the procedure, I informed them I would be in Maui for a special wedding and was concerned about bruising. (It was 4th of July when I scheduled and the wedding mid-September). I was told told I might not even bruise, even though I expressed I bruise. I ate pineapple, drank the dark cherry juice and did all of the preventive recommendations. Needless to say, I had deep black bruises and had to hide my legs even more than I would have without the procedure.The worst part is how I was treated by the doctor and staff on follow up. They made sure a new person saw me each time - all of them fearful to engage because of the shoddy work and the knowledge the treatment was new and the awful outcome.However, one brave nurse said, ”tell them” it’s a new procedure - they should know. I tried. I should have expressed the anger I felt and the waste of money and time.The doctor actually turned my unhappiness with the procedure on me - asking what was really going on in my life.What was going on was I given unproven and hyped information and wasted a large amount money.I was enraged and thought a class action suit against Cellfina and the doctors was in order (before the procedure, I reviewed all of the FDA’s testing).On the Internet, there was a Dr. who expressed - hey, I can fit it in between other treatments do a few a weeks and its a half million in revenue. That was the bottom line of it all.Speak up and share your story. Typically, I hate negative reviews and Ive waited a couple of years to share my story - the truth. Shame on the doctor. K

I had no issues with the dermatologists themselves, they were perfectly professional.2 stars are related to their administrative procedures:Apparently, billing for lab fees goes through a separate provider. To avoid embarrassment for clients who had assumed that they were all paid up, I would suggest bundling all fees through a single source. I will not be returning to use their services in the future. Speaks to a lack of timely communication and organization.

I’m leaving a review mostly because the ones online could easily scare people away to see another clinic. I was a little worried due to negative reviews but my doctor was thorough and relaxed. The front desk was very bubbly as well. I would def refer people here for future places!

So far Ive had 2 appointments with Dr. Reichel. First a consult for information and suggestions and then first of a few visits (for aesthetic procedures on ageing skin) on the treatment plan we came up with. Ive enjoyed the info and Dr. Reichels friendly approach. I felt confidence in her right away, shes a good listener and didnt push anything. I had done my homework and knew roughly what I was going for and she gave feedback and great suggestions as a pro. I felt my visit was professional, friendly, collaborative and productive! This is a good place to go for a basic dermatology visit but I dont recommend more then that. I ended up having to get a mole excised. During the excision they put me in a chair too small for me (I am 57 160lbs which is no where near overweight). The doctor and nurse talked smack about the receptionist during the procedure. When I was leaving I asked a question about how to take care of my wound and I was given attitude. Now it has been months since my appointment and I am still receiving bills for the same procedure. After my third bill in the mail I got tired and called them to make sure it would all be paid and I would stop receiving bills. Yesterday I just received a bill with a late fee on $0 dollars owed. My scar from the procedure is bumpy and very noticeable so much so that people are shocked when they see it. Needless to say Im not going back there again.

I love Dr Reichel and her staff! I have experienced professional and kind care and truly appreciate Dr R’s sense of humor. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Super friendly, warm personality. I came in for Cellfina. The procedure was well explained and done in a efficient and comfortable environment. They addressed my concerns and gave me realistic expectations of what to expect for an outcome. Having woman doctor/nurse made me feel as though my issues with cellulite were truly understood.

Not the friendliest environment for people of color. There was no friendly smile/greeting from the receptionist, nurse OR doctor. The doctor assumed I couldnt afford treatment without even asking me. Never felt so discriminated against, which is why I had to share my review even though this happened a few years ago. I hope they have changed their ways!

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Reichel and her practice. My 80 year old dad had a 4-stage Mohs procedure done here this summer, which required multiple follow up visits. We had the best experience and saw nothing but utmost professionalism, kindness and patience from Dr. Reichel herself, her nurses Kim and Mary and everyone in the office. We were never rushed and always felt that everyone genuinely cared about my dads wellbeing. Thank you!

Very friendly and receptionist has been so patient with me rescheduling a couple of times due to snow. 😌/ update 3/4/19 walked in for appt , receptionist did screw up my name and not verify it after submitting copy of ID AND INSURANCE, but lovely doctor who took me back caught this and went out and corrected this with them/ they did a spot treatment for me and I did have to pay 100.00 out the door, but I was so happy I had instant results and will not have to wear makeup to cover it up when I go to work tomorrow!!! ❤️

The receptionists here are friendly and easy to talk with. However, I find the assistants rude and always seem to be in a rush. They wont even smile at you. The PA that I saw was nice but also seemed to be in a hurry.

I’ve been getting laser hair removal at Pacific Dermatolgoy & Cosmetic Center. Cheryl is great! I highly recommend seeing her for your hair removal needs. She’s professional, explains the process throughly and does a wonderful job! She advocates for you and your needs.

Went for a consultation and ended up getting my mole removed the same visit. Everyone was kind and explained everything very well. if I had issues with scaring I could come back and get it lasered for free. My scar is a little raised but overall I feel like a brand new person with a whole new confidence that Ive never had before. I highly recommend Dr. Reichel to anyone for a mole removal.

My oldest sons have been patients of Stacey Lynema at Pacific Dermatology for the past couple of years. Both boys had acne - and needed multiple visits, including an Accutane regiment. This is not an easy task considering they are boys - teenage boys - and going to the Dr. Is the last thing they want to do. Stacey is always funny with the boys - understanding what they are and are not willing to do. Its really important to have someone that teens can relate to - but also someone who helps motivate them in ways they will actually follow through with. She did both things - keeping them interested and motivated to clear their skin, all the while being mindful of their personal space. Im happy to say both boys have clear handsome skin. Thank you Stacey! Highly recommend for teen acne!

Wait time was typical for a doctor’s office (despite me showing up on time). When it came to me finally seeing the doctor (in this case, PA - Stacey Lynema), she wasn’t warm, welcoming, nor friendly, and rushed me through my list of questions, acting annoyed every time I had another one. Also, I already feel bad about my picking habits and she further shamed me about this. While she begrudgingly answered all my questions, her annoyance and rudeness left me anxious and unable to retain any of the information following the visit. Overall, the experience was awful, and I will be canceling my follow-up appointment because of it. Bedside manor is everything, and Stacey Lynema’s is worse than anything I’ve ever experienced!

The staff was wonderful when I had my large skin tag removed from my waist and when I caught MRSA. The were caring and professional. I will have my future procedures done here.

I was referred by the VA to Dr Reichel for the removal of some old scar tissue that had developed into a keloid. She opted to pass on removing it because she did not feel competent enough to do the surgery. She told me that I would get a referral to a more competent Dr but never got back to me. If you need a mole removed from your butt, lipo, or a tummy tuck, go see her, but anything more difficult, look for someone else. ~ Unhappy Vet

I’ll never go back here. This lady walked into the room and looked at me like I was a dollar sign. She seemed aggravated that I was asking about something that wasn’t covered by insurance and told me to make a different appointment for it. She seemed very rushed and impatient. Wasn’t pleasant to talk to at all.My 5min visit cost me $110 after insurance for removing 2 small calcium deposits near my eyes - never cost me anything at the half-dozen other dermatologist I’ve been to throughout my life.Stay away from this place.

Dr. Reichel is highly skilled and very knowledgable with her recommendations. I have had several procedures and I have been very happy with the results.

Cant wait to see my liposuction and ultherapy results! I recently was treated by Dr. Jennifer Reichel for Neck Liposuction and with Cheryl Wells for Ultherapy. I originally set up my consultation for coolsculpting but after seeing before and after pictures, discussing the process, cost and downtime, I decided that doing liposuction for my double chin would be the best treatment for me. Im in my 40s and wanted my jawline back and to get rid of my double chin. Dr. Reichel explained that Liposcution allows her to customize and define with one treatment and the results are immediate. I was awake the whole time and had zero pain, which is what I was most nervous about! It was also a very quick procedure. Her staff made me feel so comfortable. After my procedure I met with Cheryl immediately after to do my lower face and neck Ultherapy. Not only will I not have a double chin but I will have improvement on my jowling that was starting to happen. I cant wait to see my results! I would highly recommend Dr. Reichel for this treatment.

Not a place for people of color. Doctor was rude and impatient and rushed my mother when she tried to explain her concerns for her skin. Doctor kept raising her voice clearly annoyed at my mother and her English.

Procedure went as they said it was and afterward was exactly as they said it would be communicated clearly.

I attended last nights Girls Night Out event. The staff was all very friendly and helpful and were able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Reichel, even though I failed to make an appointment. Ive already book my next consultation!
