Theyve removed more tooth than needed and had to add more filling material than originally needed on one visit. On another visit they made one tooth too tall thinking it was the next tooth behind it causing that tooth to hit before my other teeth, which the added pressure would have eventually broke that tooth. I had to go elsewhere.

The amount of problems that I had with this dentist office could create a lengthy list, but Ill just give you the top two. Their dental assistants arent well trained and one hurt the inside of my mouth due to just ineptitude and if they hadnt been halfway through a procedure I would of walked out. After reporting this incident somehow my next appointment MAGICALLY disappeared out of their computer system even though they called and made an appointment reminder the previous day. They had no explanation for this and told me I had to come in for a walk in to fix something they messed up during the first procedure. There are obviously multiple things wrong with this clinic because everytime I was in there prior there was someone upset at the counter explaining why it was the offices error and the staff making it clear they couldnt do anything and didnt really care.Dont go here.

I went into the clinic for dental pain in Oct but only had x-rays done. I was told to use salt water to address the pain. Weeks later in Nov I thought I would be getting pain relief but it was just another exam. Weeks later in Dec I find out I am only getting a cleaning done. I complained that I was in pain for weeks on end and the receptionist said there was nothing they could do with only having one dentist due to Covid, which I understand. But it was the way they said it. So rude. And no apology OR empathy that I was suffering. Because of multiple experience like this at this clinic I am moving on. I dont want to deal with the pain anymore.

My dentist is Alison Smith and she is awesome, always willing to help, and is knowledgeable on many levels. The student hygienists are also great. They do a great job at cleaning and giving me advice on how to do better with my teeth. The location is convenient and minutes away from where I live. I highly recommend this clinic. The wait time is on time. If you dont have insurance, they have a sliding scale fee. I pay $40 for out-of-pocket expenses for cleaning, filling, and other procedures.

Everyone who works here hates their job and hates the patients. Strongly advise you go elsewhere if you can.

I understand things are difficult w Covid 19. But the receptionist I spoke to today was so mean and then straight hung up on me when asking simple ?s. This is not how you treat people. I don’t think I was being to much by asking when was good time to call and set up a appointment. Since this being my 3rd time trying to get through. I hope she understands this is a tough time for everyone and by being rude to people and hanging up on them ain’t it.

All my life I always dreaded visits to the dentist. Neighborcare Health visits were pain-free and therefore as pleasant as a dental visit can be.

Have been treated there several times since 2006. Great care, they will try very hard to get you treated in an emergency situation right away. Well organized, professional, friendly and will work with those with limited funds. Were lucky to have this in Seattle.

Went there in January last year to examine my tooth that was in pain and they told me they could find nothing wrong. They would not prescribe any pain meds and after getting a shot and coming there three times they advised a root canal. When I finally saved up the money for it a week ago and came back in for unbearable pain they tell me the tooth split and was infected and gave me another shot and ibuprofen, which did nothing for the pain. I came in the next day for the extraction for them to half pull the tooth after I got another anti-pain shot and it didnt stop the pain. They quit and said I needed the infection to go down and finally gave me some decent meds, but complained that I had used up all the ibuprofen that didnt work. I requested another doctor, but they wanted me to wait another month to come back in. I complained to the supervisor the next day who gave excuses for the mistreatment. They wanted me to come back in and gave me some meds that finally worked, but I refused to go back for the extraction and they referred me to another place that removed the bad tooth, but afterwards did not treat my severe pain. I finally went to ER.

Horrifying to say the least. More pain day after visiting and no antibiotics or pain meds. I thought my first time there was just a bad experience but I will never go back.

I went there as a Non emergency walking, In case there was an emergency.for flipper for my front teethBecause the tooth looked like it will eventually pop out. Red flag when the intake receptionist was not freindly, theopposite, insolent and apathetic. As she went through the procedures, Iobserved a vast difference regarding how the non-white patient/clients were treated. Exceptional Courtesy and respect..Overall a racist environment,Ignoring clients, slipping charts/forms to the bottom of pile.,ignoring them forHours on end. Not keeping them abreastOf their status waiting. Georgetown Dental Clinic. need to enhance their attitude and public relations performance so all patients regardless of race, class and creed receive equitable care and respect.I highly recommend UW Dental Clinic. They treat all clients/patients equallywith care and no pretense. UW toprated for a good reason.I give them themax stars!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
