I didnt sit around waiting like you have to at so many other places, super efficient. Very nice and low stress environment, adorable dog, paid parking and a really great team. Dr Vo was very clear in explaining things and suggesting treatment. Very happy I found them!

Nikki, Michelle, and John are incredibly accommodating! I was able to get the procedure I needed all within my budget and requested time frame. The customer experience was also stupendous. I look forward to the procedure and follow up!

Fast and friendly check-in and checkout with Nikki (and her lovely office dog Bradley), never crowded or any wait, knowledgeable doctors and dental hygienists. I’ve had my teeth cleaned twice a year by Frank for several years now. He is my favorite hygienist and always makes me feel calm and comfortable. He regularly checks in on how I’m feeling during the procedures, offers suggestions for areas I should work on, recommends new and different products and techniques, and does all of this while offering space for a quiet procedure if needed. I cannot recommend him enough and hope others have the chance to be in his care.

I went in for the free cosmetic dental consultation and from the beginning, it was better than I expected… care was taken to ensure I was comfortable and entire staff was friendly and accommodating. During the consultation, every question and concern was addressed clearly and completely. I never felt rushed, pressured, or talked down to. I must say this dental office goes above and beyond. From the moment I walked into the newly remolded office, I felt very luxurious! The front desk coordinator Nikki is tremendous, she knew exactly who I was when I walked in and she was someone that I felt like Ive known for years. Dr. Vo was also very welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. He understood my needs and made sure I was happy. Frank the hygienist was so funny and really wanted to get to know me. He made sure I was comfortable and gave me great advice about certain products for flossing. Even as I was saying goodbye, I met another hygienist named Alex who also welcomed me and made me feel so special. These folks are AWESOME!!

Dr. Jon (to me) seems to be on the procedure conservative side, adopting a watch and see approach before suggesting expensive work if it isnt obviously necessary, and usually puts me at ease even if Im worried about something. This is a plus for me, as I left a dentist who saw me primarily as a means to make boat payments. Convenient to downtown, several nearby garages. Great office dog.

I went the place for a general dental clean. The stuffs here are friendly and patiently explaining my teeth condition with brushing recommendations. The environment is also good and stuffs have mask on to ensure safety during pandemic.

I love the fact that this is centrally located. Its easier to get here from my house, and they pay for your parking in the basement at the public library.I have had the best quality dental work here. I have been getting my regular cleanings at this office for years, starting with Dr Vo’s predecessor who was referred to me by my neighbors. I have really liked Dr Vo and feel the practice ended up in good hands. I have no particular interest in cosmetic dentistry but feel reassured that they have the skills to deal with aging teeth.I do not suffer from dental anxiety so I have not previously experienced how skilled they are in this arena. Today, however, I came in with a basket of work stress, relationship stress, and home stress that included relocating with a hastily packed bag the day before. Nikki at the front desk was immediately engaging, and my usual hygienist Frank was his usually soothing self, and by the time I left I felt as good as a trip to the spa.I am going to be fine, and, thanks to Dr Vo, so are my teeth!

It’s been a long time since I’ve had a cleaning (so embarrassing), but Frank made the experience so comforting and delightful. You can tell he is highly skilled by his soft touch and confident nature. I’ve never had a cleaning quite like it! One thing that stands out about Frank is how much he loves what he does. He also uses very small words that help me understand my oral health better without feeling overwhelmed by larger medical terms. I don’t live downtown, but as long as Frank is at 4th & Seneca, I’ll travel the distance for his five star service!

First thing they asked me was if I had any concerns and then immediately addressed them. They then walked me through what was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable and taken care the whole time. My teeth are as clean as ever and I couldn’t have had a better dental experience.

Very clean and neat dental office. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They answered my questions very thoroughly and made sure I was taken care of!

I was greatly overdue with my dental visits due to COVID. As such, I developed a problem that required that I brave it out and get in there. No more putting it off. Upon arriving for my appointment I was very comforted by their COVID protocols. I was assured that the office was equipped with HEPA filters, and that everyone there had been fully vaccinated. There were shields at the reception area, where everyone was wearing masks, and the seats in the lobby were spaced and sparsely filled. The dentist, hygienists, and assistants were all wearing masks, shields, and gloves. It felt very clean and safe. Everyone’s demeanor was calm and supportive and put me at ease. The care I received was wonderful and I was treated with such kindness. I will feel much less apprehensive going back. I highly recommend them!

I love this dental office. It’s so modern and the atmosphere actually feels like you’re in the 21st century, not the 1980’s. All of the staff I’ve met have been so friendly and easy to talk to. They really make you feel welcome and respected.During Covid, I love their attention to detail. The reception area is behind this massive bubble wall and the receptionists are so careful about what items have been touched and cleaned. They’re even selling N95’s for small adult faces! I haven’t seen those anywhere and these fit me perfectly.There’s hand sanitizer everywhere. They wipe down everything after anyone touches it and change their gloves frequently. I’m so impressed with how serious the safety precautions are.

Ive always dreaded teeth cleanings, and just took for granted that I was a sensitive person who would be uncomfortable during the process. I warned Frank about this. But to my surprise, I was pretty comfortable the whole time. Frank said he was being careful around spots where I had gum recession, or something--I guess my problem was specific sensitive spots which Frank could recognize by sight? Whatever the reason, it was the best teeth cleaning experience I ever had.

I moved to 4th & Seneca from another dentistry coz I was not at all satisfied with the other place. I suffered from horrible heat sensitivity and I was able to find and fix the “root” cause of that only after going to Dr Kois in 2018. Dr John, Frank, Nicole, Alex, and everyone else here are so warm and always understand what I need. I’d totally recommend this place!

Dr. John and Nicole are so gentle. I needed two fillings replaced and they scheduled me within a week. I’ve had many fillings (my country doesn’t have fluoride in their water) so I knew the “drill” but I didn’t even notice Dr.John’s numbing shot until he pulled it out. I thought it takes 20-30 mins to kick in but he started working on it within 5 minutes. Nicole and the dentist were done with my BIG 2 upper back fillings within 40 mins.. even though I was late. They even cleaned a stain in my front teeth which was really bothersome.Their gorgeous office has amazing views of the city and best of all- there’s a cute puppy who’s there for social support even at 8:00am on a Monday. 10/5– Highly recommend

I had a cleaning and new patient exam on Tuesday night with Frank (Hygienist) and Dr. Jon. The cleaning was exceptional! Frank is gentle but really thorough and my teeth have never felt better! I have been going to this dentist for several years. The dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff are all great, knowledgeable, and I feel confident they are well skilled in the practice. They have the latest equipment so appointments are faster with less discomfort. They are also skilled in cosmetic dentistry so they not only fix the problems, but give you a great smile as well.

Ive been going to Jayne & Kois for 15 years, and my husband for 10. They provide wonderful service. I get good consistency of hygienists and Dr. Jayne always seems completely familiar with my chart and history. They are very considerate with parking validation and my insurance claims are always processed flawlessly. I’ve gone through my entire life with teeth that weren’t very nice, yet I felt weren’t bad enough to justify cosmetic dentistry. It took a milestone birthday, and seeing enough “before and after” photos to make me question why I hadn’t acted before now. Perhaps I was just waiting for the best cosmetic dentist in Seattle to set up shop nearby! And I am SO glad that I decided to do both the uppers and lowers. My lower teeth show so much when I talk (and thankfully now my uppers do too!). I can’t imagine having my old lowers sharing the spotlight with these incredible uppers. I was looking at them in detail yesterday, showing my husband that they even have some “antiquing” near the gum line. They look so natural. I was so excited that I even showed the parking attendant yesterday, as she has seen me come and go from your office many times in the past year. She mentioned that I had a very long day at the dentist and asked if everything was OK. I explained what we were doing and offered to show her. She exclaimed “they’re so beautiful! And they look so real!”. I left the parking structure beaming.

I had a splinter under a fingernail that he took out quickly and comfortably. It was in there for two days and he even got me on antibiotics! Amazing care for the whole person. I was having severe jaw pain. I went into Dr. Jons office to have a night time bite guard made. Nicole helped scan my teeth and shape the guard to fit my bite perfectly.She demonstrated a high level of attention to detail and created a very comfortable mouth piece to help me. She took the time to make sure that it was as close to perfect as possible before I took it home.I had a great experience here and will most definitely return.
