I’ve been coming to Gateway Dental for over 6 years now and love them!!! Everyone from the receptionist to the Dentists are all super professional and kind. Susie the hygienist is the best!!!

Apparently this place isn’t taking new patients or doesn’t care about them because I have contacted this place about becoming a new patient MULTIPLE times, and not once, has anyone gotten back to me.It’s been two weeks since both attempts and still no reply. Real great customer service you have there.

Bad customer services. Billed me incorrectly and I asked to fix it but they said they cannot do it even I talked to the office manager. It took few weeks for them to fix it but later they sent me another bill with incorrect information too. I called and left message asking what they tried to charge me bit did not get any call back. I had to call them back and luckily they picked mu phone and said there was an error that was it and dis not even say sorry or what so ever… I fired them. Period

Gateway Dental has been my dental clinic since I moved here in Seattle last July 2014. The staff are polite, sincere and very easy to talk with. Their service is awesome and scheduling is very flexible/easy to make! :) Thank you Gateway for doing an amazing job! More power to you guys!

The team here is fantastic! I had a front incisor chip right in the middle from an old injury and you may imagine it turned heads in ways no one wants. They got in me in straight away where Dr. Kim Winton and her team were top notch. Even when the initial crown came back as a less-than-perfect match they worked overtime to see that I had a crown that would blend in with my other teeth perfectly. It really underlines the quality of an office to perform so well when things didnt go the way they were intended initially.

This is a really good dentist office and I recommend. The dentist is very knowledgable and very smart. The hygienist is very kind and skillful. The staff are also very kind and efficient with their work. The staff also takes care of the paperwork and explains everything very well. Good location too.

Ive been a patient at Gateway for several years now, and have always received excellent service. Would definitely recommend to anyone working in the downtown area. (Parking is not included ... either look for street parking, or find the cheapest garage to park at.)

I have been going here for almost a year and my experience gets better and better every time. They are understanding when Im running a few minutes late, they let me know when an earlier time was available, and they always remind me of my appointments. The staff is outstanding and their work so amazing.

I was going to their old location, and try to change to smilescape in SLU when they changed location. I am glad I am back, they do a great job and it does not feel like they are trying to press every single dollar out of you or your insurance neither make you feel guilty for your sometimes less than ideal dental hygiene. Great service, and honest advices.

Ive been going here for 7 years. The staff members here are very friendly. The doctors are very thorough and gentle. The only downside is the location. Theres usually a lot of traffic and parking is very minimal, but its still worth it to me!

I love Gateway Dental, Ive been a patient for the last 3 years, they are so efficient, kind, and affordable. Just last week I was in so much pain and they were able to fit me into the schedule last minute. I love the downtown location because I can just walk to my appointments.

I am a super anxious dental patient! Here, they are patient, kind and want to make the experience as good as possible. Also, no shame if youve been away too long! Dr. Winton is gentle and listens to what you need and Hanh who cleans my teeth is amazing. She makes being there borderline fun. Im actually making my appointments because of how patient theyve been with me. Make sure to build in time to find parking if you are coming from outside of downtown.

Ive been receiving fantastic service and care at Gateway Dental for over 12 years. Its easy to schedule, theyre on-time rate gives Alaska Airlines a run for their money, and staff is very friendly and professional. The dental care I received was very good. But, I do agree, the administrative staff was quite problematic to deal with.

The worst experience ever. I have a chipped root canal which was told to be extracted mind you its literally hanging in there. I am in a lot of pain and still have to be referred elsewhere for extraction. Someone please recommend me a full service Dentistry because this is not it.
