Recently moved to Seattle and so glad we found Dr. Roberts’ practice. My husband had a dental emergency over the weekend and I called a few offices nearby to try to get him an appointment. Dr. Roberts’ office called us back early Monday morning and was able to see him immediately. They have been professional, caring and very informational when communicating and treating us. We both now have gone in for cleanings which were very thorough as well as gentle. The Dentists, Hygienists & staff have all been exceptional. Glad we have found a wonderful practice.

After visiting this office for a cleaning, I honestly feel like every dentist Ive ever been to before was ripping me off. Usually after a cleaning, the back of my lower front teeth have this rough feeling, but now its like touching my tongue to marble. I cant believe it. And, it was one of his assistant dentists, Ivy I think her name was, so however hes training these people, they do the best job above and beyond what I even expected. Extremely professional setting, and they gave me a lot of information I never knew. I definitely learned a lot, not the usual end of cleaning speech but real information about my specific teeth and what the images they take actually tell them about my gum health and enamel. It was really cool stuff to learn. They raise the bar to a whole new level.

Dr Roberts & all the other dentists and hygienists are soooo nice here! They are kind and gentle. I feel like I get excellent care here. They were even able to squeeze me in quickly for a small dental emergency that I had. Highly recommend!

Dr. Roberts is a great dentist with a great personality, and it is unfortunate that a woman who answers his phone does not represent him as the man he is. Her ability is limited to making an appointment, canceling an appointment, and accepting payment for a bill. However, if you pose a problem for her to solve, she becomes anxious and her voice takes on a hard edge. If you restate the question to give her time to reconsider, she barks to emphasize that she is challenged beyond her pay grade and that she wants the conversation to end. I first experienced this lack of professionalism two or three months ago. I thought perhaps I called on an off day. However, having had an identical experience yesterday, I now know this is typical of her behavior. On the first occasion when I asked to speak to Rhonda, she told me that Rhonda now comes to the office seldom. When I asked to speak with Dr. Roberts, she told me he was unavailable and her voice took on an edge indicating that if I didn’t bring the conversation to a quick end, she would. For many years I looked forward to calling Dr. Roberts’ office and speaking to Rhonda who dealt professionally and resourcefully with any problem you threw at her. Now, if I call his office I run the risk having to deal with the emotional breakdown his employee has because of her ability is limited to making an appointment, canceling an appointment, and accepting payment for a bill and who doesnt want to make a referral to somebody else in the office because it would disclose her limitations.

I had a dental emergency. My Dentist was unavailable because of the holidays and Dr Roberts staff fit me into their schedule immediately. Dr. Roberts expertly dealt with my missing crown, and he is now my dentist for everything.

Dr. Roberts and his staff are great! They are all extremely kind and very skilled. I have been a client for twenty years and felt that Dr. Roberts intervenes only when necessary, but when it is he has always shown good judgment and has been able to accommodate my needs.

I went for my first cleaning at his practice today. I hadnt gone to the dentist in three years (shame on me), but luckily everything was fine. Dr. Roberts and his staff were very positive and encouraged me to improve my habits without even the slightest bit of judgement or shame. I will definitely be going back.

Dr. Roberts has a top notch practice! He makes going to the dentist much less traumatic. From the desensitization rinse prior to my cleaning to the Bose noise reducing headphones connected to HIS iPod that he had me wear while he filled a couple cavities, he has every detail thought out. He truly cares about patient comfort.

Dr. Roberts has not only put in three gold crowns, two front caps that look and feel great, and a nightguard.He is a very gentle and reassuring, has a great sense of humor.His staff have always been right on insurance issues. All this dental work in three months, a git er done dentistry practice! I am a very satisfied patient!

I have no problem not staying loyal to professional service providers, but Dr. Roberts is easily the best dentist Ive ever had. All procedures have been perfect, and he is very skilled at doing them without pain or discomfort. Been going there for over 10 years now.

Ive been going to Dr. Guy Roberts for easily over 15 years. He has a calming, relaxing way about him that makes going to the dentist not so bad. Youre in good hands with Dr. Roberts and his team.

Awesome experience! Dr. Roberts explained everything about my current teeth heath, and the routine cleaning was the most thorough and gentle cleaning I have ever had. Almost fell asleep during it!

Dr. Guy Roberts has been my dentist for a long time.  He is very kind and gentle.   His staff are very friendly as well and all professional. The clinic is very clean and accomodating. I would not  dream of going to another dentist.

Well Ive been a patient of Dr. Guy Roberts since 1990 and hes done great work for me in the past but, of recent not so much about a 1year-1/2 ago I needed (2) dental implants Im a WADA insurance member which would have covered close to 1/2 the cost for this procedure had I been referred to another in network specialist instead I was referred to a out of network specialist (friend) (Dr George Goll) now Im saddled with a cost to the tune of $14,000.00 plus... Its 2017 and I can not afford to go to the dentist for the additional work I need for at least a few more years due to the payments for the implants. I wants others to be forewarn so, this experience does not happen to them...

I wrote a review about Dr. Roberts about 9 months ago and I dont remember the doctors name, but he was great. I thought Dr. Roberts was the name of a doctor who is never in the office because he is too busy to be there. Well, the last few times I went to get dental work done guess who performed the procedure? Dr. Roberts.It was great to meet him. Not only that, he is really good at what he does. I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists but Ill tell you. He is really good at what he does. Hes is very nice and professional. He makes me feel comfortable and I trust him.His Dental assistant Mel knows my situation. She assured me a long time ago that I would be ok. Im not scared any more because of the confidence Mel gives me and the really good work Dr. Roberts does.To be honest, I was still a little shy about having to go to the dentist again today but seeing Mel there made me feel more comfortable. She is an awesome person. She cares. That makes a difference with me.I know this is a long review but it has to be told. I saw an old friend as he was leaving and I was coming in. Long time no see. He said he has been coming to Dr. Roberts office for 20 years. Says hes a really good person. Hell work with you. I dont care where I am. I will always trust Dr. Roberts from now on. Take it from a guy who was scared to death about going to the dentist because of bad experiences in the past.The atmosphere is really nice. The place is clean and organized and the people who work there are really good people. Good music in the background . I love it!!!I got to see Fallon this visit. She is the Dental Hygienist there at Dr. Roberts office. Shes very upbeat and down to earth. That means honesty to me. Been lied to in the past. She is the most. Lol.Can I tell you the truth? I couldnt make an appointment with my regular dentist The dentist from hell and it was an emergency. Long story short. Dr. Roberts was available. I made an appointment with him and I never looked back. My friend has been going to see Dr. Roberts for 20 years. Youll see my smileing face walking through the door from now on.I know reviews are ment to be short and sweet. There is a story to be told about my experience with Dr. Roberts and his professional Dental team. His dental assistant Mel gave me the confidence and Dr. Roberts did the rest. Thank you all for making my experience a good one. Theres a story to be told about the Dental Hygienist Fallon. Ill do that at a different time. I guess in too old to be scared to got to the dentist but the work Fallon, Mel, and Dr. Roberts do, ( In My Arnold Schwarzenegger Voice ) Ill be back For sure.

How general they are and the front desk person is fabulous

I’ve been coming to Dr. Roberts for just shy of 20 years and they feel like family. Professional and kind… I won’t say I *love* going to the dentist but Dr. Robert’s office gets me as close to that as possible.
