Everyone was so nice and made me feel welcome. Didnt feel judged and really felt like the dentist there actually cared about me and my teeth. First time visit just 30 minutes ago and I 100% recommend coming here.

I walked by this evening and saw the whole staff in a small room (there is a glass wall facing the sidewalk) having what appeared to be a holiday party. No masks, no distancing. This is not OK and of all places a dentist office should know better. There are lots of dentists, go to another one.

Ive had an excellent experience with the dentists and staff at this practice. I had a dental emergency, and Dr. Sauvage was quick to accommodate me on a Saturday morning. Its a great facility and they seem to have a strict COVID protocol in place that made me feel comfortable during my visit.

Dr. Sauvage and his dental team went above and beyond to make my appointment a very enjoyable experience! Very Covid friendly measures are taken to ensure a safe dental visit. My teeth feel great after my cleaning and I would highly recommend this office!

TLDR: Every person at this office is kind, informative, knowledge and willing to work with you. Highly recommend visiting them.Details:Going to the dentist has always been a struggle for me. When I shared this with the dental hygienist, they made sure the dentist and everyone else working on my teeth were aware as well. They ensured that I was not in pain, and were efficient in completing the work.In addition to being efficient, the are also thorough and do high quality work. It is obvious they have pride in their profession and value their patients.For every procedure, they explain everything thoroughly, I know what they are planning on doing and why. After they complete the work, they talk through work that still needs to be done, what they want to work on first, and the whys.They are always willing to answer questions to make sure there is understanding and comfort when working with them.Dr. Sauvage took the time to answer my questions, make sure I understood what was happening, and stayed late to make adjustments to my teeth and bite to hopefully prevent additional issues in the future.

These people are so nice. I had a new retainer made, however the first one didnt fit when it was made. I came back with my concern and they remade the retainer no questions asked. I really came out of this experience feeling so thankful and happy to have my new retainer. They went above and beyond with customer service

Dr. Carl Ostergren did an incredible job with my wisdom teeth removal. He is extremely communicative and has a calm way of talking his patients through their procedure. He even provided his personal cell phone number and followed up after the procedure to ensure that the healing process was going well. Ive never had such personalized care before, and would highly recommend this dentistry office and Dr. Carl in particular.

I have had 2 great experiences at The Downtown Seattle Dentist. All of the staff; receptionist, dental hygienist and dentist were very patient, professional and enjoyable. I hope I don’t need to come again too soon, but if I do have a dental emergency I will be coming here!

My husband and I love coming here for our dental care. Dr. Carl Ostergren and his team of hygienists do such an amazing job. We were impressed by their thorough care and dedication to doing everything the right way and not taking shortcuts like I have experienced with other practices in the past. My family prefers this location of Downtown Seattle Dentist, we’ve been to both locations, the Boren Ave office is brighter and more modern. The front desk staff is by far more friendly. The Dentist, is thorough, precise and informative, the staff is accommodating, child-friendly, efficient. There is little to no wait.

This entire office is fantastic! Their staff are very welcoming and make sure patients are comfortable.What amazed me is that Dr. Ostergren performed my cleaning himself, not just checking the work of his assistants.I would highly recommend this office.

Doctor and staff is very friendly and professional. Doctor himself conducts annual check up and deep cleaning. Explains in detail the malady and remedy both. I have been to multiple dentist, and have undergone deep cleaning and filling previously, but this clinic is way better. Would strongly recommend. New clinic and very convenient location for Amazonians.

Excellent customer service and care by the staff.They were very knowledgeable and professional. I had my wisdom teeth removed here by Dr. Carl and it was a pleasent experience. He explained the process before the operation and after-care instructions, I even got a call from him a week later to check on how I was doing. Highly recommended

I believe Im one of the first, lucky new patients to have visited The Downtown Seattle Dentist! The office is brand new, conveniently located right in the midst of SLU (perfect for Amazonians) with a friendly, professional staff. Ive already been for both a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning, and will be returning for all of my regular dental needs.
