Came for a cleaning and the cleaning was very good, felt like my teeth were separated from how clean they cleaned it. The inside is super pretty also!

Recently came here for my first time had a good experience, great staff would come again.

I always have a pleasant experience at Rainier Ave Dental! The dental hygienists Ive had are always wonderful, the front desk staff are incredibly helpful, and the dentists themselves are great. I definitely recommend this place if you live in the area.

Had a simple filling done and had pain afterwards, so they filed some teeth down. I’ve had an uneven bite since then, which has caused discomfort and noticed that some teeth were becoming misaligned. This has never happened to me after a filling, so I went back in to express my concerns, and was told that there was no issue. They said that teeth are always moving and suggested I get braces/retainer. I never ever needed any orthodontia before they touched my teeth. I very quickly lost trust with the practice after this horrible experience and I’m gladly seeing a different dentist now.

They used to be great, but then they got new staff and started overcharging me and treating me like an ATM and not a patient. I scheduled a regular cleaning, then the new hygienist decided to bill me double. I was not told of this - I had scheduled just a regular cleaning.When I asked why it was double, the hygienist made up some stuff about my chart history with them. I asked them to show me in the chart where this was. The hygienist reviewed my entire chart and agreed with me, and stated that I was correct. She told me a credit would be issued for my next visit and that in the future, I would be told about any extra services or extra expenses. The office manager has since ignored me and basically refused to give me the promised credit.Be careful as this place now cares more about making money off of you than they do about your dental care. I have never had issues with the quality of service until they got the new hygienist.

I recently received a notice from a DEBT COLLECTOR saying that I owed Rainier Ave Dental money. I did not receive any bill from them. I also was just there in-person in mid-February and no one mentioned that I owed any money. This is extremely upsetting because obviously debt collection can lower your credit score. I would have happily paid what I owed on time if I had actually been notified. It is absolutely terrible customer service to automatically send bills to debt collection without first notifying your patients that payment is owed.

I LOVE the team, with my fear of dental I am always sceptical but from second one, I felt comfortable!Dr Kim is Smart, Kind and Amazing and the work is top knotch quality, very affordable and works with my insurance.Thank you from the front to the back you all ROCK!

They are so nice. I normally have really sensitive gums but they are not bad at all when I get my teeth cleaned. They give me really good advice and answer any questions I have about my teeth. Our family comes here. Also great with kids.

I had not been to the dentist in a long time, and decided to make an appointment here for an exam/cleaning. I heard back from them right away and it was easy to make an appointment. Its clean and welcoming. Everyone made me feel comfortable and did a thorough job. They communicated well throughout the appointment and afterwards. Couldnt ask for more.

Im not generally a fan of dentists (but who is, right?) but have been going to Dr.s Kim and Kim for years and absolutely love them and their entire staff. They always take the time with me to make sure Im comfortable with whatever I need done and treat me like a person, never like a paycheck. I know that I can trust them to be honest and fair.In fact, my entire family goes here. My husband and I, my mom, both dads and even Grandma. If that doesnt tell you how amazing they are, Im not sure what will! :)

It had been years since I had gone to the dentist so I was a little wary about the results. The staff was so friendly and kind to me, my nerves were put to rest. It was special that I found a fellow Michigander as my hygienist! Being a new patient, I got to choose between a free teeth whitening kit or Sonicare toothbrush which was a nice little perk! Im looking forward to returning in 6 months for my check up and taking better care of my oral health.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kim for 14 years and I wouldnt go to anyone else. Everytime I go into Rainier Ave Dental, Im warmly welcomed by the front desk staff and the friendly dental hygienists bring me right back. My dental hygienist Julie is so friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable with my treatment. Dr. Kim is gentle, and informative of each proceedure. She makes sure to explain everything to me before she started and checked in throughout my proceedure to make sure I was comfortable. She really cares about her patients and it shows!The whole experience everytime is pleasurable.Thanks Rainer Ave Dental for a wonderful dentist visit

I have been going here for YEARS!!! Over that period of time, I have sometimes been very regular and on top of my treatment plan, other times (when I dont have dental insurance) I dont go as often as Id like. No matter what my status is, though, the staff here is very happy to treat whatever Im in for! Ive had emergency dental situations when I didnt have insurance, and Heidi at the front desk was VERY helpful to find payment options that will work in my situation, while getting the treatment I needed! When I come in regularly using my insurance, they are just as happy and accommodating as when I dont! Basically, they are all great and the work they do is wonderful!

I went to the dentist yesterday for the first time in nine years and I was afraid. The staff there was really friendly and they made me feel so comfortable. They also made me feel like I wasn’t a bad person for not going to the dentist more than I did.They gave me a dental plan, a little cute bag with all the stuff that I need for my teeth, and a brand new sonicare toothbrush!The office was beautiful and everyone including the receptionist was super friendly and professional.They evenn have plenty of free parking!!!I had such a great time, I posted about it on Facebook! They definitely have a new customer , and I’m telling other people about this place too! If you are like me , scared and haven’t been to the dentist in a long time , go here! Well , just go here anyway.

I was a new patient and had a terrible experience with the Office Manager Chanel. But i had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jiyon Kim. Here is the problems I had with the Office Manager. I prepaid for a service and decided not to receive the service. When i wanted to receive my check the Office Manager gave me the run around, it took longer to get my check. Every time she would give me an excuse. She would not let me speak to the dentist.I had a second visit after waiting for an appointment for 6 months. I arrived at the dentistry for my appointment, i was told my appointment has been cancelled, I cut my Portland trip short for this appointment. The Office Manager said she called me, I said i never received a call, and asked why didnt I get a call earlier instead of the morning of the appointment. She was not apologetic, and did not show any remorse.I asked to speak with Dr. Jiyon Kim. Instead the Office Manager said she is not going to do that, when i demanded why, she said i should leave and i shouldnt come back here. I left and turned around and came back and demanded to speak with the dentist, she then called the police and said a man was threatening her. While i was waiting in the lobby to speak with Dr. Jiyon, Dr. Jiyon came and was apologetic and offered to clean my teeth and offered to call me. I left without getting my teeth cleaned. Good Dentist but a terrible Office Manager. Imagine a patient been treated like a trespasser and calling the police on them.

The office is a little out of the but wayfamily members go there and I have been for awhile. The are very good about getting me in and working with me and my insurance company. I would recommend them to others.

Staff was courteous and conscientious with me. Information on my dental health was made easy to understand. Good services offered here.

I was a bit nervous changing from my dentist of 30 years to Drs. Kim and Kim. Its now been nearly a year and I couldnt be more pleased. Customer service is exceptional, from scheduling to reminders and the quality of the dental work is exceptional. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend 4th and Morris Dentistry to my friends and family.

Dr. Kim was great. He worked to make sure that the correct nerve was numb so I could have my treatment completed pain free. Dental work has always been a very stressful part of my healthcare but I will gladly return for more work here.

I picked this office because I have severe anxiety with dental visits. This office helped relieve my anxiety. I had a pleasant visit with no anxiety.

I have a phobia of dentist do to prior negative experiences. Ive been going do Drs Kim and Kim for about 9 years now. Dr Kim has taken such wonderful care of me for so long now, that I often forget I have the phobia at all! They are so wonderful wether you go to the Renton or seattle office, I have been to both. Dr Kim is SO amazingly gental and knowledgeable the whole staff is amazing. Very flexible, personable, knowledgeable and carrying. I would recommend him to anyone!

Never had a bad experience! Dr Kim is great and very patient with me.

I go to their Renton location, but Im sure Seattle is the best too!
