This office is a very special place. Nobody believes me when I am saying that I am looking forward to having an appointment with my dentist, Dr Ware or with my hygienist, Carolynn Dizon. I also love Dr. Ware’s assistant Amy who I know from the time she worked with Dr. Ware.The feeling that everything will be done the best possible way in this office always starts with Cindy (sorry, Cindy, I do not know your last name). Cindy will do everything what is possible and everything what is impossible to accommodate the needs of the patient and to answer all the billing questions and to feel me welcome at the office.Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you!

Exceptional service from the moment I walked into the office to the moment I left. Both my hygienist and my dentist took the time to explain elements of my care to me so I felt informed and equipped to understand the plan of action wed be making in subsequent visits. Have always had check in w Dr aware, today Dr Wilson was covering, and I got the same gentle comprehensive care I am used to, following great hygienist work by Carolynn (as I am used to). All consistently attend to making the whole experience comfortable and safe, and I can book my 6 month next appointment before leaving the office.

Ive been going for decades. My hygienist Caroline, usually, is professional, warm, and excellent. Dr. Wilson is super, highly professional, personable, and very careful. Im very pleased, enough to keep coming despite my going on Medicare and the practice not taking my insurance.

I wasnt sure how it would be to visit the dentist during the pandemic. I was pleasantly surprised by how well theyve adapted to keep things safe. Everyone I met was the right combination of friendly and professional. Cindy and Hannah welcomed me as a new patient. Dr. Wiley and Amy worked well together as a team to clean and polish my teeth, and answer my questions. Overall, excellent service!

Carolyn has been so attentive over the years that I rarely have any cavities. Her approach is meticulous. Dr. Wilson we have seen since he started his practice, and both my husband and I trust him to be thorough, and remember our oral histories.

Dr. Wiley is efficient, pleasant and explains what he is doing and why. He administers local anesthesia well allowing pain-free care. I have recommended Dr. Ware for many years and will do the same for Dr. Wiley

University Dental Associates is a really professional group of people. Everyone is always patient, friendly and thorougly expert at what they do. Amy and Dr. Wiley are fun to be around and I feel completely well taken care of while there.

Like many other reviewers, I have been a patient here for over 35 years. Dr Ware, and now Dr Wiley are superbly gifted not only in terms of technique but also in their ability to explain issues and clarify questions. They and the dental assistant work well together. The hygienist, Carolyn, who has taken care of my family and me for almost 20 years is the best there is anywhere. The office staff are friendly and efficient. It feels like a happy place where the people who work there do so because they want to be there. I cant imagine better dental care.

I was in rough shape going in, and the UDA team took incredibly good care of me. It had been years since my last visit to a dentist, but they didnt judge me for it. They just got to work making it right. Everyone - the front desk, the hygenist, and the doctor - was compassionate, friendly, and professional.They communicated with excellence, walking me through each step, giving me clear options, and respecting my anxiety without patronizing me.Their work saved a tooth I had resigned myself to losing, and they did it all while taking excellent precautions for COVID.I say this as someone whos struggled with my teeth all my life - after just one consultation and procedure, I have some hope now that I can improve my health with their help in the long run. Ill definitely be returning.

Theres an easy spirit of cooperation and collegiality at University Dental Associates. When I had my teeth cleaned last week, the hygienist noticed that a filling had deteriorated. She pointed it out to Dr. Wiley, who commended her for spotting it and suggested that I make an appointment to get it repaired.

Just had another awesome experience at University Dental Associates. Carolyn is the best dental hygienist ever! She is gentle and extremely thorough. Dr. Wilson has done many dental procedures for me, always with excellent anesthesia and attention to my sensitive teeth. I am very please with the look of the anterior bridge he did for me.

I just took my 4 year old son to see Dr. Ware this morning...my son had been having some tooth pain and Dr. Wares office staff (who are all extraordinarily lovely) got him in for a visit in under 24 hours. Ive been seeing Dr. Ware in my dentist as well (and Ive been seeing him since I was about 2), my parents both see him, and now my son sees him. He is an excellent, very experience dentist...and as an added bonus, hes a wonderful person too. Fabulous bedside manner. My son absolutely loves to go to the dentist, in part because everyone there is so friendly and welcoming.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Ware and his staff for many years. During those years they have never failed to respond to emergency dental issues--remnants of prior dental work by other dentists--as well as regular appointments, checks, cleanings and repair work as necessary. I always feel that I receive personal and special attention for every appointment. Specifically, Dr. Ware makes absolutely certain throughout any procedure that the patient is as comfortable, pain-free and anxiety free as humanly possible. He takes time to explain every detail and answers all questions about any dental issue or procedure. He is so conscientious that one of his artist patients painted a picture for him displaying the label Painless Tom. I agree! I have traveled from other distant cities where I lived just to continue being a patient. Dental care provided by Dr. Ware and his staff is simply as good as it gets--anywhere!

Dr. Ware is an exceptionally careful, thoughtful, attentive, steady-handed and KIND dentist. During procedures he constantly asks me how are you doing?, is this OK?, or do you need to take a break?. Some health care specialists just plunge ahead with his/her mission disregarding the patients feelings. Dr. Ware scores 10 out 10 on the kindness/consideration scale.

Matchless care and service. Conservative approach to problems:Dr. Ware worked some tooth fairy magic on a molar with a bad crack---that tooth has lasted over a year now. Another problem: a jacket on my front tooth cracked. It meant root canal, a new jacket, the works. Dr. Ware carefully crafted a solution that kept the cap intact.In addition, his hygienists perfectionist work is done gently and with great good cheer. I am grateful.
