I wish I could give them 20,000 stars! I have never had a bad experience here and I have been getting chiropractic and massage services for over a year. I have a pretty bad knee injury with 2 surgeries and doctors have offered little help, but with a combo of PT and services here I am feeling almost no pain in my knee for the first time in 6 years and am finally able to rebuild muscle in my leg! Everyone is totally willing and excited to share their knowledge; theyre all amazing, friendly, and truly care about you and listen to you. I could not recommend Maxwell more!

I echo who other people have said in their 5 star reviews. For me, I appreciate how Dr. Aklinski really digs deep into my tight spots and is able to treat the true root cause of pain or tension, and not just the symptoms.Have gone to other places where I’ve been super prescriptive on what I’m dealing with and then the chiro goes through the generic motions and cracking that doesn’t really do anything for me. Not here, Dr. Aklinski is a gentle wizard. Pelvic blocking was new to me but it’s been effective every time in treating my lower back pain when I sit and tightness in my upper spine, and the other treatments she has given has been a lifesaver.Always more than happy to go out of my way to this practice.Additionally, In terms of massage therapy sessions, Alison is simply wonderful.

Im so glad to have found Dr. Lauren Aklinski. Ive tried several places in the belltown/SLU area and they all wanted you in and out ASAP to get the next person in. Dr. Aklinski actually cares to listen and take the time to do more than just adjust you and move on. My neck and back have started feeling a lot better after a few sessions with her.Thank you Doc. Lauren Aklinski is a great chiropractor! She listens, is thorough and helped me with pain and range of motion. I appreciate how much time & care she put into our appointments and how lasting the relief has been. I refer my patients to her often! They also have great massage therapists of different styles and an acupuncturist on staff, Ryan Law, who is also wonderful. Highly recommend this place and its providers!

Nice family feeling at this practice. I started going to the original Dr. Maxwell but staid on because Dr. E has the same technique. Holistic approach to this office; massage, acupuncture, massage. Take all insurance and have realistic prices if no insurance.

The most precise chiropractor Ive ever seen. Dr. Aklinski will manipulate the spine only where news should be adjusted, and Ive gotten great results chronic neck pain from her treatments. I recommend her to anyone looking for a great chiropractor in downtown Seattle area.

I have been working independently in this practice as a clinical massage therapist for about a year. (my 24th in licensed practice) I am normally somewhat reluctant to send any of my patients to a chiropractor I dont know. Not because I am dubious, no. I understand orthopedic medicine enough to think that most chiropractic care is helpful, but many Chiropractors have a business model that I dont condone.I say this as a preface, because I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lauren Aklinski to care for any of my patients. She is the very model of a kind, caring doctor. Her technique is far to the light side of the chiropractic spectrum, but shes effective with me, and I am a large man. She has more finesse in her treatment style than anyone I have been seen by in years. And she wont unnecessarily oversell anyone on care. I believe ever. For these reasons, I recommend her to you, the general public. I invite you to come to our nice little offices in Belltown for care. We may have just what you need.

I have seen Dr. Aklinski for several years for chiropractic services, and recently began seeing Dr. Underdahl for Graston - and I am very happy and satisfied with the care! They are both personable, knowledgeable, and caring... and great at listening to my woes and developing the right course of treatment and/or adjustment. Ive been under the care of Dr. Tanner Underdahl for over a year now. He has helped me successfully manage several episodes of neck and low back pain. He is always willing to meet me where my body is at on a particular day and use a variety of chiropractic techniques, both manual and instrument to make me feel better. Dr. Underdahl is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. Ive been extremely grateful for the treatment Ive received and would recommend Dr. Underdahl to any of my friends and family.
